Unable to start OEM agent on 10g server

Hello all,
I am getting this error when verifying the agent and trying to start it.
Any ideas ?

This is the error I am getting in the trace file emagent.trc and I couldn't find anyone with this specific, any ideas ?

Unable to start Oracle Soa suite 10g on Windows 7

I am able install oracle soa suite 10g on Windows7 platform. But I am unable to start Oracle Soa Suite 10g. Wenever I am starting the SOA suite a new window is popping up the default color scheme of windows 7 is getting changed, but after that this window is disappearing without showing any error. From the task manager console I can see that a javaw process is getting started, but this opmn process is not getting started.
System configuration -
OS : Windows7
RAM: 2 GB
SOA Suite installation : Default (Including JDK and DataBase configuration).
If you have any resolution to this strange problem please let me know. Thanks in advance.

I would be surprised if the amount of RAM in your machine is a limiting factor...

Problem with starting OEM-agent on NT (clustered)

We have problem with starting the OEM-agent (9i) on Windows 2000. The Nt-server is clustered.
I have started the OracleAgent by the service screen. Everyting looks ok.
But, from the server where the OEM-console is installed I can't contact the
agent.
I stopped then the agent and started it by typing;
d:\oracle\ora92\bin\agntsrvc.exe
Than i get the error:
StartServiceCtrlDispatcher Failed with err 1063
Anyone an idea?

I 've tried to remove the existing keys But Not able to remove them as well.
Is this the right way of removing the keys ?

The Packaged are already there on the server as the RHEL software DVD is copied on the server.
Yes it was working before the crash, And Even after the Crash i.e
after starting the server in Xwindows I was installing the rpms from RHEL6/Packages directory on the server even installed 10-12 rpms
and was in the process of installing the sabayon rpm i 've inadvertantly issued or run this command

   I 've Downloaded the new sabyon* and Other rpms from the net and tried to install them with rpm or yum command but
    got the same Errors Header V3 RSA/SHA256 Signature, key ID fd431d51: BAD
   with yum am getting this error

I 've Tried searching on google as well for at least 10 hours but did not get any help from it so far.
The Reinstallation of OS is not AN Option for me rightnow.

Internal bug. Metalink says:
Add the jar file $ORACLE_HOME/opmn/lib/ons.jar at the beginning of REPORTS_CLASSPATH in the file $ORACLE_INSTANCE/config/reports/bin/reports.sh and restart your reports server.

Unable to install OEM agent

Hi all,
I am not able to install the agent my server, I am follow below line to install but i m facing the below errror . In response file i updated the OMS hostname and port, path . I am using the port 4889
./runInstaller -silent -responseFile /<full path >.responsefile.rsp name
it showing port 4889 is not reachable.
Please help me in resolving this

Hi,
This shows that your server is unable to communicate with the server where the OMS is installed.
Check following:-
1. Is OMS up and running?. Run emctl status oms on the OMS server and paste the results
2. run telnet OMSHOSTNAME 4889 on the server where you are installing the agent and then post the results

I have installed HFM,FDQM,HFR Version 11.1.1.3 in 2003 os with Oracle database.I have the following questions
1.During the Configuration Financial management I have given 'Administrator' as a DCOM user instead of 'admin' what I have created as a DCOM user.If i give 'admin' as a Dcom user it is throwing error like Dcom configuration failure. So i given 'Administrator'for successful configuration.is it correct ?
2.After that i can't able to login in windows client to create application but i can able to login in to shared services and can create a user.With that user i can able to create application in Windows client which has application creator right with shared services.
3.I am not able to launch the workspace page i.e..I am not able to launch the 'index.jsp' page
4.Finally when I want to stop the 'Agent service' it is showing 'Start' status.
I want to know the exact solutions for my errors and regarding DCOM user.
Please give me clear explanations regarding this thread and thanks in advance.

I am trying to start the listener on my Oracle 10g personal edition. I tried this from Windows' Administrative Tools' and then 'Services'. I also tried it from the Command line. Both methods fail. Here are the error messages for each method:
