Unable to sync music via iTunes (PC -- Ipad) via iCloud

Music is not sync via iCloud.
A check to Edit-->Preference--> Store-->Automatic Downloads: Noted that the option for "Music" is missing. The available options are Apps and Books.
I've upgraded to IOS 5.

Yes itunes is up to date.  In fact the first time ios7 i updated itunes and then waited several weeks to try again and updated itunes one more time and still to no avail.  Yes, i am using the USB.

  • HT201250 unable to sync music on itunes from macbook laptop to new iphone 5

I just bought iphone 5. my mac book is OS X version 10.5.8.
Prolem is I am trying to sync music from itunes as i did in iphone 4, but unable to do it because it requires itunes 10.7 and Mac OS X version 10.6.8 or later. What I have to do now?? Why iphone 5 is not compatible with my existing itunes as I did on iphone4??

Because in designing the iPhone 5 Apple needed to use an Updated version of iTunes in order to offer all the new features that the iPhone 5 offers.  This is discussed in a Support Article on the Mac's OS X Requirements for syncing with the iPhone 5.  Apple has always had to update its Apps and OS's in order to offer new features.  You just haven't Upgraded your Mac and its version of OS X in a long time.  Now would be a good time.
    Hope this helps

  • How to sync music from Itunes to iPad without having to restore or erase iPad's content

    Hi All,
Now I am trying to sync music from itunes onto my iPad, however when I plug it into my itunes, it comes up with a message saying 'Welcome to the new iPad' and says to set my iPad up already as a new iPad. And when I go to file and click devices, it disables me to open it, so therefore I cannot sync nor backup the iPad. Also there is no backup for this iPad already as it is a fairly new iPad, but already has so much content. Is there any other way to transfer the music from my itunes library to my iPad without having to restore it or even erase the iPad?
    Thanks!
    iPad (3rd gen) Wi-Fi

I open up iTunes on my PC and then plug in my iPad. It then displays under devices on the left-hand side in iTunes. I then click on my iPad listed under devices. I have the option of clicking the sync button in the lower right hand side of the screen. Once I click sync, then the iPad will visually indicate that it is syncing. When it is finished syncing, the text message will be gone on your iPad and you can then use it. The items should be stored in iPod app on the iPad.

  • Unable to sync music from iTunes 11.1.3.8 to iPhone 4S iOS 7.0.4 Please help

Im not able to sync music from iTunes 11.1.3.8 to apple iPhone 4S iOS 7.0.4
Rest everything is synced from pics to tones but only music doesnt sync.

Most movies go over the 100 MB cellular download. Do it using computer iTunes then sync to you iPhone provided you have enough space.

  • Unable to sync music and video on ipad 4 but able to sync on iphone

used handbrake to convert video, used itune to convert personnel video made with iphone
    mp3 music unable to sync
all other(book, contact , app) are syncable

iTunes can help you convert video.
let's clear your question: you have some personal video files that made with iPhone, and then used handbrake to convert the videos.  The video and Mp3 files can't sync to iPad 4, right?
Well, while you convert the videos with handbrake, what output settings you choose? iPad or Apple TV is ok.
Or else you maybe need another video converter.

  • HT1386 I am unable to sync music from itunes to my itouch 5th gen. This has never happened before. I use a i3 processor on my windows 7. The music just won't sync and when I go the "on this ipod" tab, the songs come faded and there is a circle.

I have tried resetting and restoring also but it just wont sync music!

Di you restore to factoru settings/ne iPod?
Do the songs play OK in iTunes?
Does any media sync to the iPod?
    Try
Removing and reinstalling iTunes and other software components for Windows Vista, Windows 7, or Windows 8
However, after your remove the Apple software components also remove the iCloud Control Panel via Windows Programs and Featurs appin the Window Control Panel. Then reinstall all the Apple software components

  • IPhone4s updated to IOS.7 unable to sync music with iTunes after updated to 11.1

I just recently updated both my iPhone4s to IOS.7 and iTunes to 11.1, but since then I haven't been able to sync any of my music.
    I tried everything:
    - I restarted my iTunes and iPhone and my PC a couple of times
    - Uninstalled and reinstalled iTunes
    - Syncing with wifi and other options repeatedly *Manually managing music as well
    - thorough check of album or song errors
    - restored iPhone
    - creating a new library playlist
    - and other suggested measures to be taken provided through discussions
At the end it always ends up syncing to the very last step "Waiting for changes to be applied" ; everything is working nothing is frozen or glitched, the syncing arrows that go around also work, but after sometime the arrows stop and then it just doesn't seem to proceed after that step.
Can someone please find a solution for this? Or atleast give me some other methods that might solve my problem. If this is a bug, please do make some update arrangements to fix this error! >.<

    - Downgrading the iPod is not supported by Apple.
    - Reset the iPod. Nothing is lost
Reset iPod touch: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
    - Try restoring your iPod. First from backup and if problem persists restore to factory defaults/new iPod.

  • Unable to sync music from itune to iphone

it will start to sync then the last thing it says "waiting for changes to be applied" I have done all the updates what do I do

    Hello, lopezen714.
Thank you for visiting Apple Support Communities.
Normally this indicates system information changes are being applied on the iOS device.  However, this could be related to security software conflicts.  It also can be related to any other mobile device software.  I would recommend going through the troubleshooting steps in the article below and if any old mobile device software is installed, uninstall them.

Once the Device is asking to be Restored with iTunes... it is too late to save anything...
