Unable to sync Treo755P to MACosx 10.4.11
It started when my MAC Hard Drive crashed. I had Apple store remove the internal harddrive and I've connected MAC to Lacie IT external harddrive. I have reinstalled all applications including Treo from Verizon wireless Treo 755p Getting Started CD. I have -0- records on the desk top Palm application. I am trying to hotsync the handheld to the desk but nothing is happening. The dialogue box on the handheld says it's not connecting. I have "enabled" hot sync in the hot sync manager, have shut down, restarted, based on something I read on this bulletin board I sent to disk utility and repaired preferences and still no luck. Any suggestions?
Hi Carole, I'm having a similar problem, although I didn't have a crash or anything preceding my difficulties. It just stopped syncing, and the replacement phone won't sync, either. Have you had any luck finding a solution?

As it says above, i have been having a lot f trouble with my ipod classic and the latest itunes update, i was unable to sync songs or anything to it and have tried every conceivable 'fix' i could find. i have run an itunes diagnostic and the results are posted below. a major problem is that when i try and view my ipod through my computer it displays nothing at all on the ipod, no files or anything, this may be the problem but i have no idea how it has happened or how i could resolve it.

My usb hub, being usb2, was too fast. I moved the wire to a usb port directory on my pc. That is a usb1 port which is slow enough to run your snyc. -

Multiple calendars have appeared on my Iphone and I am unable to sync all of them to my PC, running Windows 7 and Office 2010. How can I sync all the calendars to my PC, or, alternatively, merge the calendars on the Iphone so there is only one calendar to sync?
If the hard drive that crashed is the one that stored the itunes library, be sure to restore the library from Time Machine (mac) or whatever backup you use on windows. That will get back your music. I suspect that the replacement drive has an empty itunes library and thus, perhaps, the itunes match used that to sync to its servers.
Try posting in the iTunes Match forum, you'll probably find more knowledgeable folks there.

Hi, my iPod touch has been unable to sync since downloading the new cloud software. It says: An error occurred while restoring this iPod (-34) So my music is not on it. The apps are still on it. It doesn't have 3G so the cloud is pointless anyway. It just said it was a software update, I should have avoided it. Music is all I use on it so help me please!

I am unable to sync my new iPhone 4s OR my iPod Touch 4 to iTunes.(this is the first time I am plugging them into iTunes) I have version 10.6.1. I have an iPhone 5s on a windows 8 platform. iTunes is 11.1.4.62, iTunes doesn't recognize my iPhone and I am unable to sync. After the last iTunes update my phone wasn't recongnized and the phone asks if I want to trust the computer everytime I connect it. Other programs can access the photos and recognize the iPhone 5 but not iTunes.
Try holding down CTRL as you launch iTunes to see if it will repair the drivers.

I'm using iTunes 8.0 and Windows XP.
For example: I want to sync a Friends episode.
- first I converted it with Quick Time - no luck.
- than I converted it with iTunes - still no luck.
- last but not least I converted it with a Winavi and also All in one converter (that converts specially for iPod) - again no luck.
All the characteristics are ok - H.264, mpeg-4,... and I am really lost with what more can I do to make it work. Please help.I am also unable to sync my iPod classic to iTunes 8.0.2.20 (my Apple TV would sync just fine). I read on other threads that there is an issue related to DRM.
