Unable to track or view an order

Hi,
I recently ordered an Iphone 5 and I would like to track and view the order.
Everytime I go to account/track order or view order or even if I use the hyperlink from the email that I got, I get an error:
Something went wrong with your request. Please try again later.
This happens all time, I dont know what to do.
Everytime I tried to check that I was logged in...I dont understand what's the problem.
I ordered the iphone 5 on the phone with one of the customer service guy and I gave him my account details etc.
Can someone help me out here?
All the links in the ''account'' gave me the same error...just Account Home Page is working properly

    iam facing the problem of unable to view purchase orders in the supplier portal for my supplier.
    ECC 6.0, PI 7.0, SCM 5.0 are the systems being used.
    scenario is like :
    for plant 1000, purchase order is created on vendor 1100 and idoc sent to PI successfully
    also in PI in the integration builder i find messages saying successfully sent to SCM system
    SLG1 transaction in SCM says message received successfully, (in the log i can see the plant, supplier, order no and order details)
    when i try to login to supplier view with supplier login, iam unable to view the orders,
    please let me know if iam missing any thing in this regard.

    smq1 and smq2 ????
    Does your xml posted successfully in SNC(SXI_MONITOR)... Can you open the payload document
    inbound message-payloads-maindocument
    Check thoroughly whether any error information ????
    Check whether commit of xml is proper, or else refresh PI cache
    For your internet user and the xml rfc user(user who is pushing the data into SNC), check whether any update errors are available in so01(inbox)
    It could be a temporary problem, deactivate activate your supplier service in SICF. Could be problem with binding issue
    Just to make sure data is sitting in SNC
    Check this table
    /1OM/ORDR7MP3100
    Give your po number in field order no
    If you find, then it is problem with binding...If you dont find, then the xml update process has issue

    Hi,
    I believe you are missing a sub-menu which facilitates to open the purchase order on the the responsibility menu you are working with. This is the cause for the issue I guess.
    Please refer the below note:
    Receiving Transactions Summary - View Accounting - Function Not Available To This Responsibility (Doc ID 865884.1)
    Note: In the above note, when trying tools > View accounting in the same form the user get the same issue. Similarly as solution proposed by the note, adding the missing sub menu to the menu will allow you to view the purchase order.
    Please add the purchase order view sub menu on the responsibility menu you are working with and check if the issue is solved.
    Please try this in your test Server and migrate the solution to the PROD.

  • Unable to view planned order from exceptional summary window

    Hello All,
    I have ran ASCP plan and it details out the exceptions and recommendations, but I am unable to view planned order from exceptional summary window>recommendations>cilck discrete jobs, no planned orders visible. This issue also shows up for other exceptions, on click of exceptions details it shows up the items but unable to take any actions.
    I have tried by giving large no of days to view recommendations in preference.
    Can someone help me to reslove issue.

    We don't have any query built on the exceptional window. As I am able to view below recommendations

    How to track the actual sales order quantity given by the customer.
    Ex: we assume the customer has placed an order of 100 units and stock is only 90 so we create the sales order for 90 units only.
    How to find out the difference of 10 units as a report in standard sap system.

    Dear AJ,
    This is how normal sales process works.
    You create Sales Order line item for the quantity that customer has requested. (eg: 100)
    Then you do a ATP for that Line item. Let's say you have only 90 in the stock. In that case system will confirm 90 for the sales order line item. (You can see the confirmed quantity in the Schedule line tab)
    Normally we don't change the LI quantity as per the ATP confirmed quantity (i.e 90). Because then we loose the visibility to the customers original requested quantity (i.e 100).
    Say you don't change your Line Item Order quantity to 90. Then your delivery & billing will be for 90.
    So you can see in VA05, Order quantity as 100 and confirmed quantity as 90.
    Your sales reports will show delivery & billing as 90. So that you have a clear visibility to the original order quantity, delivered quantity & billed quantity.
    Further if remaining (open) quantity 10 is appearing your MRP & creating troubles, please use Line Item Rejection Reason as Completed. So that everything is perfect.
    Coming back to your issue.
    Since your changing LI quantity to 90, you cant see 100 in the VA05 report. It always show the existing sales order line item quantity, which is 90 in this example.
    Only way you can find your original sales order quantity is in the Line Item / Change Log.
    This can be view by selecting below Menu option.
    Environment -> Changes
    If you execute it for the relevant Line Item, you can see the Change log. In that by double clicking relevant quantity change line, you  can see the old value & new value. (In this example 100 & 90)
    But that is not a good practice to do as changes will show all quantity changes that you might do based on  customer request. (Imagine if you customer ask to change it later to 95 not 100).
    In that case change log will display 100 to 95, then 95 to 90. So your loosing the required visibility.

  • Can I get iTunes to file ripped tracks in the exact order they were on the CD?

    300 years ago, Bach wrote the Well Tempered Clavier "songs" to be played in a certain order.  The geniuses at Apple offer lots of options for arranging the ripped tracks in every order except "List tracks in the order they were on the CD".  Anyone have any ideas why Apple INSISTS upon destroying this carefully created order?  iTunes CD imports are ripped in sequential order, why can't iTunes simply put them in the library in the order they are ripped?  To omit this simple and obvious ordering is INCREDIBLY STUPID!!  If the option to put CD tracks into the iTunes Library in the order they are ripped exists, but has been hidden by some genius, does anyone know how to find it?  Why are programmers so obsessed with giving us "features" that they completely overlook the simple option of "Do not reorder the tracks at all", just store them in the library? 
    If iTunes is so stupidly designed that it is impossible to leave the order of tracks in the order they were on the CD ripped, is there any way I can reorder the tracks manually so that I can restore the tracks to the order Bach intended?  The 3 ripped CDs are (no option) stored in individual folders.  Is there a way to put all tracks in a single folder?   Does Apple have any "suggestion box", or "bug reporting" input access?  I wonder if they are following the modern trend (like Google), who allow no user feedback since they KNOW that THEIR geniuses produce only products that are already PERFECT when released.  What colossal arrogance!

    They don't.  By default iTunes will import tracks and allow them to be viewed as albums in the "correct" order, assuming that the metadata elements used to control grouping into albums are correctly set.

    Because "the order in which they are ripped" is not a well-defined concept.  iTunes groups tracks into albums and orders discs/tracks within albums based on well-defined metadata elements.  The issue that you may seeing is that much of the information that iTunes pulls from Gracenote to supply metadata for imported CDs is inconsistent or just plain wrong.  Once the metadata is correctly specified, tracks will always be ordered correctly in the iTunes library (assuming sorting by album, disc # and track #).

    Dear Experts,
    I have a requirement as below -
    Usually when a Purchase Officer makes a Downpayment request in F-47, and the Finance user posts the downpayment using F-48, the transaction is visible in the PO History.
    But if the payment is not a down-payment and if the payment is actually an outgoing payment (sometimes partial payments) posted using F-53, the transaction is not available in PO history..
    That is to say that the FI user is unable to track these payments made against the PO unless he maintains a manual reference.
    Can you please suggest the dataflow for this so that these transactions are visible in the PO history and if we need to make any changes in order to achieve the link between the payment and the PO.
    Kindly share your valuable ideas how we can achieve this requirement.

    PO history never update, if DP not made against PO. Normal payments always with respect to Invoices not PO number's. It may possible one invoice posted agaisnt several PO's also. Technically there is no feasible to update normal payments in PO history. You may go for one single report where you can get PO wise payment details. Simple Z report can help you.
    Use mentioned FI tables to develop the same.
    1. RSEG table to get Invoice Number & PO number's
    2. BKPF table to get FI document ,Year with above invoice number ( AWKEY in BKPF table)
    3. BSAK table to get payment details along with payment document (Clearing document)
    4. BSIK table to get partial payment details and DP details.
    Please note no standard report available

    i am unable to pan my view using my magic mouse in maya. panning needs a middle mouse button and there is no middle mouse button in magic mouse. scrolling sideways or up and down only zooms in and out. please help.

    In Maya/Preferences/Interface/Devices, click "Two button" for "Mouse tracking." That will let you use opt+click for rotating, and opt+cmd+click for panning.
    If you need actual middle mouse button functionality for any of the tools, then maybe the application Better Touch Tool can help. For the trackpad it has the option "Use special middleclick mode (for CAD users)," which works with three-finger click. I am not sure whether something similar will work for the Magic Mouse.

    I wont recommend turning off cookies in production.
    Turning off cookies was only from a Performance
    Testing perspective, Not using cookies for a performance test but using them in production, sort of invalidates the test, since much of the issue I had was the testing tool waiting for data to be returned to the cookies so it could be used to move to the next page.
    Partner Management uses all of them. I uses iStore for its external launch page, OA framework for its functionality, but then links to Sales online for Opportunities, and Quotes which I believe is AK framework. so you have a mixture of several
    frameworks involved...... plus Discoverer Viewer...

    Is there a way to track "pages viewed" progress with PDF's?
    Example: Student downloads a PDF from school portal -- Teacher can track who downloaded PDF, when and how many pages were view (where student stopped)? Similar to Flexpaper?

    The only other way I can come up with at the moment is by submitting the data via a URL to your server... The user will still have to allow the URL to be opened, though.

    I tried to reproduce the issue in various available environments...but no luck!
    My guess would be the datafix/BUG that you have referred in the MOS note 960504.1
    Please check with your DBA for this patch in test instance.

    I am using a cascaded mapping in my OM. I have a graphical mapping followed by the Java mapping. It is a flat file to IDOC mapping. Everything works fine in Dev but when I transport the same objects to QA, the Operation mapping though it doesn't fail in ESR testing tool, gives the following message and there is no output generated for the same payload which is successfully tested in DEV. Please advise on what could be the possible reasons.

  • Pass values to OAF search page (View Purchase Order History)

    I need to call a OAF page from a PO Approval Notification. I need to call page View Purchase Order History (func:ICX_PO_REVISIONS).
    I am able to create the URL (using function FND_RUN_FUNCTION.get_run_function_url) and when I click on the link it opens the page fine, but it’s a page that contains simple search region and I need to populate the Operating Unit and PO Number fields (I can easily get from the PO) of the search fields, this will allow the user to just click the go button.
    Is it possible using the function FND_RUN_FUNCTION.get_run_function_url and passing parameters (field values) or setting the URL to JSP:/OA_HTML/OA.jsp?OAFunc=ICX_PO_REVISIONS&akRegionApplicationId=177&addBreadCrumb=Y&CorePO=Y and then passing the parameters?
    How would you achieve this if possible, call the page and populate the search field values? It does not seem to work, I have been able to pass paramaters to an OAF page that does not contain a simple search region to return results.

    What I found is there are 2 variables SiteName and SiteName1, if you use SiteName1 then it shows proper value as a site description. I replaced SiteName with SiteName1 and it works. This might help to all who are like me and trying Tutorial example.
    I am not sure how many may have tried OAF - Tutorial examples. They are really complicated and not easy and in most cases they are not coming out in first try but if you really try then it will give lot of understanding.

    in developer studio 7.1 i dont get error.
    this happens by testing the mapping-programm in ESR.
    can somebody help me please?

    Make sure that the xml created out after the java mapping is a valid xml with only one root node.
