Unable to update to the lastest 14.2 version of Photoshop CC

I am still on version 14.0. The creative cloud download centre says Photoshop is up to date and when checking from within the application, the "updates" option is greyed out. I have tried reinstalling the lastest version of the download centre, cleared all the appropriate cache's but am still not able to get the latest version of Photoshop CC

I don't know if it mentioned it in the troubleshooting steps, but one trap that can be a gotcha is if you have different langauge settings in Photoshop and the Desktop Application manager. Sounds daft, but English International, and English North American are two different langauges.

Try:
- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

HT1923 Can not Update to the lastest version of iTunes Windows Vista 32 bit

I am using Windows Vista Home Premium 32 bit on a compaq laptop. I am trying to update to the lastest version of iTunes. I have tried to remove all of the exsisting componets of itunes but I am not able to remove iTunes and Apple Software Update. I get the same error message when trying to remove either.

Does anyone know how to remove these items or how to proceed from here?

You need to find a store selling it and purchase it. If you buy it from an online store, it comes in the form of a DVD shipped to you.
Unless Apple or someone with a site license applicable to you says otherwise, you can't download it.

Try to create a new profile as a test to check if your current profile is causing the problems.

That is correct Mfrazier65. Photoshop Elements 13 requires Mac OS 10.8 or later. You can find a list of the system requirements at System requirements | Adobe Photoshop Elements.

I have found a temporary solution, allowing the previous version of iTunes (v. 11.1.3 (x64) in my case) to be re-installed. It will allow you to re-establish use of iTunes until the Apple software engineers fix the most recent disasterous upgrade (v. 11.1.4). If the problem is sending to just one address and it has worked in the past, I don't know if this will work. I posted this to another thread yesterday for someone who had the same problem you are having and it worked for them. You can take a look. On the iphone i went Settings>Mail, contacts calanders>choose relevant account (if you have more than 1)> accountname>accountname> scroll down to 'Outgoing Mail server' and click on SMTP >click on your Primary Server >
My #Username and Password were showing 'Optional'. Filled them in with the correct details (email account login) and that fixed problem.

I am unable to update to the new version, "proxy server refusing connection."

I am running version 3.6.3 right now and I have not been able to do any of the recent updates, because after I go through the download process and launch Firefox I receive the message "proxy server is refusing connections please try again later, and I am unable to get to the internet unless I redo the 3.6.3 setup. Anybody that has the magic answer would be great, since I have to go through this process every day when I get on my laptop...

I am having this problem and tried to follow your instructions. However, when I got to 'Advanced' I did not see a Network Tab. The closest reference I could find under my 'settings' was 'HTTP1.1 - use HTTP1.1 through Proxy connections' I have the option of 'unclicking' that box. I wasn't sure if that would solve my problem.

I have photoshop CS6 Extended. Version 13.0 x 64. I have the latest version of the Creative Cloud and I am notified frequently that an update for the product is available. But update through the adobe application manager fails. The Error number is (U44M1P7). I have a Mac running OS 10.7.5 on a Mac Pro 1,1 (2006) intel.

My Skype is now disabled after I updated to the newsest 5.0 version of Firefox. Is there anyway I can reset it so it goes back to the old Firefox I had before?

I had updated Firefox after it kept popping up to do so, but in the process my Skype extension is now disabled and it says that Firefox can't find one that is compatible and I need to have my Skpe on here. Is there a way I can go back to the older version of Firefox I had before I updated to this new 5.0 version? When I had the previous one my Skype still was working. Thanks a lot!

In the mac app store version of Elements 10 there is 'get updates' link on the help menu. And when I try to do it manually from a download I get a message telling me that 'this update no applicable'.

Apple only provides support for problems with updates released via the app store and adobe has NEVER bothered to issue updates anything offered through the app store, so you can't get any help from apple for this.
It's more complicated to install ACR in the app store version. You have to do it manually. See this thread:

To overcome the issue i reinstalled JDeveloper 11g (where i delete the environment variables, registry and installed folder) but same thing.
where as i tried to install the 'soa-jdev-extension.zip' but it requires the extension :

Its very confusing, where the installed JDeveloper studio version is 11.1.1.2.36.55.36.

My sister and I share an iTunes account for both of our Ipods. We got our mom an Ipod touch for Christmas and it will not connect to our iTunes until I update to the newest version of iTunes. I have been trying to update it for a while and it keeps saying error. I can't get it to download the new version. My mom says she thinks she remembers paying for two years with iTunes and our two years would be up. I didn't think you had to pay for it. Could that be it? Help please?

However, Error 3014 may also indcate other issues. There is only so much that we can do for you. You have got to take some initiative and read EVERYTHING.
