Unable to update, uninstall photoshop cs6

I am trying to open a video to edit in CS6 and I get this error: Could not complete your request because DynamicLink is not available
I read on one of these formus that I should uninstall and reinstall the program or update my photoshop cs6
I tried to update and it told me to use the Adobe Application Manager, which in turn gave an error and told me to use the Adobe
Support Advisor, which didnt work
I tried to uninstall the program and it told me to use the Adobe Application Manager.
Adobe Application Manager failed and it told me to download the Adobe Support Advisor.
Adobe Support Advisor told me that there was an issue:" cpsid_82829s1: "A restart is pending," bootstrapper error has occurred. "Token Number: 40-87772-063201122012
I followed the instructions it gave me to correct this issue:
If you receive the error "Installer has detected that a machine restart is pending. It is recommended that you quit the installer, restart try again," do the following:
# Restart the computer and try the installation again.
# If the installation fails, delete the InProgress registry key:

Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager.
Delete the InProgress key.
I was not able to find the "InProgress" key.
I just want to be able to edit video using my CS6!!! Please help!

Tasc_redleader which update exactly are you trying to apply? Your screen shot indicates an update to Photoshop CS6 but your installation log appears to be for Extension Manager CS6.

The update for Photoshop CS6 Creative Cloud (64bit) downloads but failsto extractand install

The Adobe Application Manager reports an update for Photoshop CS6 Extended but when I tell it to update, it goes through a download and reports "Unable to extract downloaded files. Press retryto download again. U44M11210"
Repeated attempts to download and install have failed.

Thank you. I read the steps and looked at the log and this is the key error:
ERROR: DF045: File corruption detected. Re-install the product & then apply the patch again.
To re-install the product do I first uninstall using the Windows facility?
Do I need to re-install from the original product disk? If not then where will I find a link to download the product and re-install? (I can only find links to CC).

Everything was working fine until recently when there was an update available for iTunes, and when I tried to update this, I got the message, "The installer has encountered an unexpected error installing this package. This may indicate a problem with this package. Error code is 2330." Can somebody please help me?

Failed installation: How to rerun Adobe Application Manager updates for Photoshop CS6

Hi.
The installation of Adobe Extension Manager CS6 failed - while 2 others update for Photoshop CS6 did intall. I was installing Adobe Reader X .
That's why I discovered the notication from the application manager about updates for CS6 - and I just confirmed that as well.
Apparently the Reader installation blocked only the update installation of Adobe Extension Manager CS6 - saying another installation process was running ... such stuff happens sometimes.
However, it seems Adobes Application Manager update module does not track its failed installations? It does not automatically advertise that update has not been installed and notifiying me again to install it. At least not immediately ...
So how do I rerun the Adobe Application Manager update moduel to check for updates manually?
