The description of your problem is very sketchy; I'm not quite sure what you experience.
Try removing Adobe Reader using http://labs.adobe.com/downloads/acrobatcleaner.html
then download and run the installer from http://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/
If that does not help, please provide more information about your problem.

If the problem is sending to just one address and it has worked in the past, I don't know if this will work. I posted this to another thread yesterday for someone who had the same problem you are having and it worked for them. You can take a look. I don't know if it mentioned it in the troubleshooting steps, but one trap that can be a gotcha is if you have different langauge settings in Photoshop and the Desktop Application manager. Sounds daft, but English International, and English North American are two different langauges.

Unable to Print using Adobe Acrobat Reader - MacBook Pro - Wireless Environment

I have a Macbook Pro with 10.6.4 OS
My printer is the HP Photosmart C5180 All-in-One
It is connected via ethernet cable to my router (Netgear Wireless N Router) via 10.0.0.1 Wireless Setting.
I am able to print everything with any programs, except Adobe Acrobat.
When I send any files to the printer, i get the following error:
Error: pstopdffilter/pstocupsraster failed with err number 13
I uninstalled the driver, installed it (from the HP website latest driver), I'm able to get the printer to work on everything else, I'm able to print a test page, but... I can't print anything with Adobe Acrobat...........
Any suggestions? I do use Adobe Acrobat Reader a lot

OK, let's try more thoroughly uninstalling the hp software for 10.5 using the 'scrubber' option. First, install the wrong software from the CD (for 10.5) so we can more thoroughly uninstall it. Next:
Go to Applications/Hewlett Packard/ click on HP Uninstaller
Click on Continue
Highlight your device on the left pane
Hold the Ctrl, Opt and Cmd keys and click on Uninstall << This is the scrubber option
There will be a pop up that asks if you are sure you want to uninstall ALL hp software. (At this point, if you continue, any HP printers you have installed will need to be reinstalled)
Click Continue and let it finish
Restart your Mac
Now, run a Software Update.
Finally, download and install the "Full Featured" Driver and Software from the "Support & Drivers" link at the top of this page.

Error file missing when trying to upgrade

I reinstalled Elements 11 onto my laptop. When I try to use my upgrade that is in my Adobe file it says there is a file missing. I have deinstalled and reinstalled and the same error comes up.

you need both the exe and the 7z files (file 1 of 2 and file 2 of 2). put both in the same directory and click the exe.

Using Adobe Bridge file structure with iPhoto (latest version)

I use Adobe Bridge and have all my pics in named folders in Pictures/PICS/Folder Names. Inside the PICS folder is the iPhoto Library (only a few pics in it). Is there any way I can use the file structure I have set up with Bridge and iPhoto (latest) simultaneously? I really dont want to import (copy) all my pics into IPhot because I am pretty sure I will end up with two versions of each. I havent been able to manage pics manually the way I like to in older versions of iPhoto.

Here's some info to help you setup Photoshop for use with iPhoto:
Using Photoshop or Photoshop Elements as Your Editor of Choice in iPhoto.
1 - select Photoshop or Photoshop Elememts as your editor of choice in iPhoto's General Preference Section's under the "Edit photo:" menu.
2 - double click on the thumbnail in iPhoto to open it in Photoshop. When you're finished editing click on the Save button. If you immediately get the JPEG Options window make your selection (Baseline standard seems to be the most compatible jpeg format) and click on the OK button. Your done.
3 - however, if you get the navigation window
that indicates that PS wants to save it as a PS formatted file. You'll need to either select JPEG from the menu and save (top image) or click on the desktop in the Navigation window (bottom image) and save it to the desktop for importing as a new photo.
This method will let iPhoto know that the photo has been editied and will update the thumbnail file to reflect the edit..
NOTE: With Photoshop Elements the Saving File preferences should be configured as shown:
I also suggest the Maximize PSD File Compatabilty be set to Always. In PSE’s General preference pane set the Color Picker to Apple as shown:

Note: to switch between iPhoto and PS or PSE as the editor of choice Control (right)-click on the thumbnail and select either Edit in iPhoto or Edit in External Editor from the contextual menu. If you use iPhoto to edit more than PSE re-select iPhoto in the iPhoto General preference pane. Then iPhoto will be the default editor and you can use the contextual menu to select PSE for your editor when desired.

Configurator is 'Unable to Update iOS". Error 11 (Preflight options copy fail)

I'm attempting to restore 720 iPads to factory settings, and place a Configurator profile on them.
I'm using a Bretford Cart that holds up to 30.
Everytime I run configurator, it's unable to update iOS, and it specifically says that It "failed to copy preflight options during recovery mode restore. Error 11."
Half of them work, and are done correctly, and the other half give the error.
Some of the iPads are on iOS 5, I'm sure, considering the amount of iPads that I'm dealing with. Could this be the issue?
What am I doing wrong?

It's been a while, but I think I had to finally completely reset all of them to factory settings, and run them through the entire system again.
It could be the cart (and configurator) having a problem applying settings to multiple OS installs. I'd put my money on this being the issue.

Unable to delete job logs - Error : file is corrupted or unreadable

Hi,
We are running SolMan on Windows 2003 and there are some very old job logs (dated 2009) in "F:\usr\sap\sid\SYS\global\000JOBLG\" which we are unable to remove.
The error is "The file or directory is corrupted or unreadable". Because of this, Data Protector backup always has errors.
I have run "RSBTCDEL2" but these logs were not removed.
Is there a way to remove these stubborn old job logs?

Hi Sisab,
Best is to determine whether you actually have the jobs from 2009 ( completed / Cancelled ones ) in your Solution manager system. If they donot exist in the job tables ( normally can be seen using transaction SM37 and a date range ), just go ahead and delete the joblogs from the OS level from 2009.

SAFARI freezes on me after I updated the Adobe Flashplayer (file name:AdobeFlashPlayerInstaller_15_ltrosxd_aaa_aih(1).dmg). I have done some research on Apple's community support and have found many users with the same experiences, but no progress.

My Safari App started freezing on me after my update with Adobe Flash Player (AdobeFlashPlayerInstaller_15_ltrosxd_aaa_aih(1).dmg). When I open up Safari, it'll freeze but the little ball as my cursor will keep rolling. I've tried emptying the cache files in the library like other answers found on other posts but have not made any progress. I've even uninstalled and re-installed Flash Player but Safari is still not working. Any suggestion?

HT4623 Unable to update applications installed.Error message "unable to connet iTunes" appears after installation icon hanging

Since last two weeks I am unable to update my applications installed in iPad with iOS 6. Also no new app is getting installed. Installation icon appears but after some time error message "unable to connect iTunes " appears.Can some one guide me to solve this problem please?

I've had similar problems. Whenever I try and update apps on the iPhone, the app would apparently download ok, but then not install. This didn't happen with new apps - only ones I was updating.
I got around the issue by downloading the update in iTunes on my Mac, then deleting the app from the phone, then syncing. The problem with this method is that certain apps had saved settings which are lost when following this method.
However... I seem to have fixed the issue after 2 months of trying.
I followed the advice of this page:

Then I repaired disk permissions and finally I completely erased and restored my iPhone BEFORE I synced it after the moving of the Mobile Applications folder.
It's all working perfectly now and made my life much easier (especially with Aurora Feint updates), so I hope that this method works for some others.
