Unable to upload/download the configuration in WLC 5508

Dear Friends,
I do have issue in upgrading firmware or downloading code from WLC 5508 , version 7.0. I did the same image upload with other devices through CLI from my notebook and it works fine.
Everytime i try to upload/download the image, it gives the error .
Has anyone faced the issues, is there any workaround ?

I believe that is just how Cisco designed it:). I believe in earlier versions this worked.
I don't like it now because I cant download the config on a wlc of the ap I'm on. The enable managent via wireless is totally different... As you know, you can manage it.... Sort of:)

the note also says: "This restriction is no longer valid".
With SP19 I do run tests continously that test content up to 2GB.
Amit: What portal version are you running? What repository implementation is the file stored in? If the file is stored in a file system, what is it's file size limitation?

Not sure what 'all a few episodes' means. Are all the episodes available in your country's store ? If they are then do they show in the Purchased tab in the iTunes store app on your iPad for downloading (and do you have enough available space on your iPad to download them, Settings > General > About > Available) and the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store homepage on your computer's iTunes ? Or does the Store > Check For Available Downloads menu option on your computer's iTunes download episodes that haven't yet downloaded ?

CLI Configuration of WLC 5508 w 7.0.250.0

Hi all. Is there a way to get the configuration of a WLC through the CLI similar to that of what you'd get from Cisco IOS? So far I've tried
config paging disable
show running-config
and
show run-config
but the output doesn't look like that of what you could cut/paste like IOS.

If you want to take the backup & restore that to a different WLC, then you have to follow the method given below.

Problem uploading SSL certificat on a WLC 5508

I'm trying to upload a SSL-certificate (RSA:2048) on a WLC 5508 via the "Management->HTTP-HTTPS" - Tab and get the following problem :

But it doesn't work...

I'm facing the same problem, when trying to upload a chained SSL certificate (2048bits) to the wlc version 7.0.116.0
Did you use an unchained certificate and what size is your cert?
According to a Cisco document, for controllers version 5.1.151.0 and later, only unchained certificates are supported for the management certificate.
I'm just wondering, if this limitation still applies to the newer versions.

4402 is having 512MB memory where as 5508 is having 1GB (based on "show memory statistics" output)

hi, im having a small problem with pc suite and my nokia 5200. Basically i cant upload music files to my phone which i have downloaded legally (unable to support file format, appears on the screen. It will upload music which i have ripped to my computer from genuine cds. Can anyone help me here, is it a copyright issue? cheers

YOu don't give very specific information so I have to do some guess work, which is a pity...
There are numerous file formats of music that the Nokia phones support and some support this format, some other formats, depending on the connected phone (Nokia PC Suite supports more than 250 Nokia phone models), the suggested conversion fromat can be AAC or eAAC+ and now you donät tell to which format Nokia Music Manager converts.
You can move via Explorer the mp3 files directly to memory card if you select data transfer mode in connecting (not Nokia/PC Suite mode).
So to really help, more accurate info needed.

I have subscribed to The adobe cerative cloud solution since dec. 25 2013. I am unable to download and install the starter program . I was in contact with your on line chat room. They removed temp files, made folder accessible, we changed borwsers, and cleaned our old adobefiles. But the result is still the same- first I get a warning from windows (8) that the program is unsafe and may damage the computer, and when i override this I am told that the file can not be installed as the source file can not be read. We have also tried to turb off anit viries. Nothing helps. At the end he gave me a Danish supportnumber to call, and said they had to go into my computer remotely to sort it out. I have now been calling and hearing music without getting any message or help for 5 hours !!! I am so un happy. can anyone please help me or can someone This is really bad customer service!!

AP unable to download the image from 5508 WLC

I have a 5508 WLC connected to 2950 Switch and the LAP 1262 connected to the same default VLAN. My AP's are able to join the controller since they are in the same broadcast domain but They are NOT able to download the image from WLC. When I am looking at the wireless TAB of WLC.. it says... Downloading Image.
Can anyone pls. suggest what all needs to be done to make UP the APs. Also, Following is the error i am seeing at the AP.

Try downloading via Software Update again, this time use the "Show Details" and uncheck, download and install in repeated segments, leaving the largest download for last.
Spread out the downloads over time and during off hours.
Also you have the newest machine, sometimes Apple discovers errors it has made, thus sends out a command to Akamai servers (I'm guessing here) to stop downloads for particular machines, however it's fine to download for other machines.
If after downloading all the other updates you can't download one particular update, give it some time and try again a few days later.
You should run a hardware check on that machine, and if you got a hard drive, perhaps you should consider reinstalling the OS due to a bad factor install, although if you have a slow network this also could be a pain.

Can't open the configuration window in Airport Utility

The Airport Utility was able to recognized my AEBS, but failed to read the setting of my AEBS and therefore can't successfully opened the configuration window; just asked me to check if my computer was within range ???????

Yep, similar problem here. Everything works great until I launch Airport Utility and try to access the setting of my TimeCapsule. It sees the unit, but hangs when downloading the configuration. Once it starts spinning trying to download the configuration I lose my Internet access. Odd thing is the problem only appears on my iMac. My MacBook Pro doesn't have a problem.
I got it to work once by deleting the login key from my keychain (thinking it was an authorization problem). After I deleted the key it asked me for the password when I fired up Airport Utility, and then worked fine. However, the problem is back and my trick doesn't seem to be working this time.
I'm still thinking it is an error associated passing credentials for managing the AEBS/TC.

The latest version iOS 6 does not run on the original iPad. That's why you cannot download it.

Unable to locate / download Pivotal WebServer product

I've upgraded my license keys for vFabric WebServer, upgrading it to Pivotal Web Server. However, I am unable to actually download the new Pivotal WebServer product. When I select Pivotal in my download page, it actually comes up as "vFabric WebServer".

Students unable to upload

Good morning, after creating new sections, students are unable to upload. The error message they are getting is Access Denied. This is after authentication through Blackboard.

We also authenticate using the Baker/Regent building block for Blackboard, and we are getting a lot of "the requested URL was not found on this server", and "An Internal Server Error Has Occurred" messages when trying to access our iTunes U site.
Now, I'm also noticing this is occurring when trying access our public site as well.
