Unable to use Acrobat in downing Bank Statement, returned to Explorer return to web site, was able to download, do not know how to fix problem with firefox???
Attempting to to download bank statement from bank web site. Statement is acrobat, when attempt to save statement, message flash that "zeon" had clash! Asked to attempt again, try 3 times same message. Exit web site, attempted again, same problem. disable firefox, returned to explorer return to web site download statement, no problem.
Appreciate the response regarding my immediate problem, but I have no idea, how to disable the Zeon PDF Plugin for Mozilla! I am a user and this is my first dealings with Firefox.

I've switched from Google to Firefox because I was so tired of Google crashed all the time. Now I have the same problem with Firefox, Bank id, file downloading, accessing Web pages, none of it works. What is the error?
Ronnie.When Firefox crashes, it usually records information about what was happening at that moment and displays the Mozilla Crash Reporter. Are you seeing that, or is Firefox just freezing and you're killing it?
Assuming you have crashes, you can submit that data to Mozilla and share it with forum volunteers to see whether it points to the solution. Please check the support article "[[Firefox Crashes]]" (especially the last section) for steps to get those crash report IDs, and then post some of the recent ones here.
If that's not possible, have you tried Firefox's Safe Mode? That's a standard diagnostic tool to deactivate extensions and some advanced features of Firefox. More info: [[Troubleshoot Firefox issues using Safe Mode]].
You can restart Firefox in Safe Mode using either:
* "3-bar" menu button > "?" button > Restart with Add-ons Disabled
* Help menu > Restart with Add-ons Disabled
Not all add-ons are disabled: Flash and other plugins still run
After Firefox shuts down, a small dialog should appear. Click "Start in Safe Mode" (''not'' Reset).

I need to know how to fix the Adobe reader so I can read the same PDF docs, my bank statements, etc that I have always been able to read before.
Then why was I able to read them before? I downloaded a PDF study guide that I have been using for weeks. Then all of a sudden, a couple days after I purchased rights from ADOBE to convert from text to PDF everything comes up in a different fot. It is in a draft type of font that is very light, the caps are bold and it is difficult to read. I can still read the Study Guide, though it is hard on my eyes, but my bank statements are illegible. Now please tell me if it isn't Reader, what is it? and HOW DO I FIX IT?

I use a two button mouse with my Mac Book Pro. It works fine, but after installing Lion, the mouse wheel goes in reverse of what it did (rolling the wheel towards your palm goes up not down the page). Anyone know how to fix this?

I am unable to install apps as my iTunes states my computer is already authorised, then it tells me to authorise it? Does anybody out there know how to fix this. I am sorry if there is already a thread regarding this but there is 224,613 running atm.

Thanks in advance.Removing the SC Folder worked for me. But as an after thought and another potential problem although I do not think it is related, I had movies authorized thru my wifes Apple ID and she changed her ID a couple weeks ago. This, I think, could have had a contributing factor although not sure.
You have to delete the SC Folder and then reboot and then go into iTunes, re-authorize if it asks, then I was able to sync the movies. Hope this helps a little. -
Turned on computer this am and firefox icon not there. Used Internet Explorer to access web sites. Was able to access my Yahoo home page but not able to open my e-mail account. I am not savvy enough to change settings by myself, so I really need help.

Another window said 'C:Program files (x86) Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe' specified in the target box is not valid. Make sure the path and file name are correct.
I have no clue as to what that means. I did delete the shortcut.
Finally went into our Kaspersky virus protection and found Firefox is in quarantine and that is probably why I am unable to uninstall and reinstall.
Any ideas????

WWith the new ios7, I became frustrated in using my iPad3..I'm using Skype as my main communications with my love ones back home,now it seems that ios7 doesn't help me a lot for I'm having trouble with my audio communication coz my family can't hear anything from me.. You can try removing app then reinstalling. If that doesn't work
Try a Restart.
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red "slide to power off" slider appears, and then slide the slider. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears.
Resetting your settings
You can also try resetting all settings. Settings>General>Reset>Reset All Settings. You will have to enter all of your device settings again.... All of the settings in the settings app will have to be re-entered. You won't lose any data, but it takes time to enter all of the settings again.

I went to use my ipod touch 8GB but it wasn't working, when i looked closer it was on just very very dim. The brightness is turned up all the way and the screen is practically black.. does anyone know how to fix it?

I downloaded Yosemite and I use CS5.5. after much wrangling with Java I can now open photoshop, illustrator and indesign.
However acrobat 10.1.12 as soon as I open a document it crashes 5 seconds later. Any one know how to fix this?Hi ,

Am running Firefox 3.6.10. Am having problems with Firefox crashing after upgrading to Kaspersky Internet Security 2011. Anyone else having same problem. Oh, BTW am still using Windows XP operating system.
The latest flash player release is 11,0,1,152.
Can you upgrade to this version and see whether the crash stil exists?

When ever I try to export to Perfect Effects 8 a DNG Photo this is the Error message "Unable to complete the export. One or more files could not be found" Any one know how to fix this?@

Open the PP project.
Export your sequence or project as a Final Cut Pro XML file.
Set up a new PP project.
Import the Final Cut Pro XML file.
This will get you back up an running.
Since getting back to editing this project I have found that some things will be lost or change in using XML:
You will lose position key framing, black video clips, dissolve fx, audio levels, audio dynamic fx, the ability to open a multi camera clip and change the camera view.
You will keep cut points, crop fx.
Not perfect but only took a couple of hours to save 3 days work. -
Why is there over ten thousand file in my "All My Files" on my new MBP. I'm very new at using ICloud. I don't understand syncing vs time vs time vs syncing! I simply have not idea how to manage my files now. I read short comments & how to's in the support sections, but nothing I've read so far explains"best practices" or turning iCloud off to get a grip on managing files. I have 250gb fast storage on the MBP itself, and 200gb in the ICloud, one would thing that's enough. The files seem too be multiplying like rabbits. IPhoto's Faces has created hundereds of "somethings" not sure what. I am sure I am very frustrated! Please comment with kindness.

Nope, you don't understand it.
If you download a song from the iTunes cloud storage (which is not iCloud) it goes into the iTunes music folder (generally to a subfolder therein)
If you download a document from the iCloud drive it will go wherever you chose to put it.
If you download a photo from the iCloud Photo library it will also go wherever you choose to put it.*
If you move something you have not copied it, if you want to keep a copy on the iCloud drive and in a local folder, you would copy, not move it.
There is no 'automatic' movement, you decide what to store on the iCloud drive (exactly like any other drive) and what to remove.
The iCloud drive appears as a folder in Finder, you use it just like any other, copy/paste, save, delete etc.
You can turn the iCloud drive off whenever you like, download the content to a local drive first.
* Because the iCloud drive appears as a folder in Finder there is in fact no need to ever download anything to your Mac, everything on the drive is already on your Mac.
