Unable to use Debit Mastercard to pay for apps anymore.
I had used the same card all this while (for over a year now) and never had a problem but now all of a sudden, my "payment method is being rejected", even when I have sufficient funds.Does anyone know why? My phone runs using the iOs4.3 software if i'm not mistaken.
What is the problem exactly? payment methods declining/not accepted or error messages along the lines of unable to contact server?

Trust me when I say this coming from 20 years of experience.
Get a powered external drive, format it 1 Partition Option: GUID and OS X Extended Journed as the format in Disk Utility.
Download and install Carbon Copy Cloner, clone internal drive to external drive.
Set a schedule to remind you to do it at least once a week, keep it near your charger.
When you plug your charger in, do plug the clone and power the machine up, set the display to sleep only,
CCC will do the rest.
If you want to boot from it, hold the option/alt and select it Startup Manager.
I've seen many TimeMachine and TimeCapsule nightmares and so far haven't seen a problem from anyone using a bootable clone.
It's simple, it's easy, it's more reliable and more powerful than what Apple does and it only takes plugging in a extra cable.
Make as many clones as you want, keep them time seperated, off site etc. etc.
Cables don't have network issues, clones can be verified in seconds merely by booting from them.
Clones protect your productivity, your up in seconds on a clone despite even the hard drive dying.
Software problem? No sweat, boot of the clone and reverse clone your problems away.
If you want to fuss and muss with half implemented TimeMachine and TimeCapsule network headaches then prepare to suffer.
I don't like to suffer, I bought a Mac not to suffer, but it appears you do with TimeMachine and TimeCapsule.

Today, I tried to download COD4, Modern Warfare on my MacBook Air. It always works fine whenever I download it completely. However, I was halfway through the download when I wanted to download something else, so I tried to pause it, but instead i accidentally clicked the x next to the download progress bar in the purchases list, removing it from my purchases list. Since then I have been unable to download it again WITHOUT PAYING FOR IT, because when I go back to the game's page on the app store, it says the price of the game instead of 'Installed' or 'Install' I payed 40 dollars for it a while ago, I'm not paying for it again. Please fix this issue as soon as possible thank you. I didn't do anything wrong.

When it is back in situ tell us what the indications are. From there you should be able to delete the app ENTIRELY, then reinstall. You may need to use AppCleaner to get rid of it. -

If you don't have a rescue email address, or you don't know what it is (you won't be able to add/view it until you can answer 2 of your questions) then you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple to get the questions reset.

i've read a few things about this, now i can't use my phone bill to pay for apps, i have no credit card and for some unknown reason you can't use MICROSOFT points in the MICROSOFT marketplace so what are my options i did hear something about a giftcard which you can use like a credit card but i have no idea where to buy 1 any help would be great as always thanks

As Microsoft's Windows support site states
"By default, applications are added to your phone bill (when available). To pay with a credit card instead, press Change payment method on the purchase confirmation screen"
If your operator doesn't support this then the only other method is to pay via credit card. You can't use Microsoft points as this is designed for the Xbox games console Live Market ecosystem and the gift card you refer to is either the Xbox points card which again applies only to Xbox console or the Zune music pass with applies only to music purchases.

I changed my AppleID a long time ago to an email that I no longer use and I have updates for apps that I can't update because my old email is filled in to where i sign in and it wont let me change it to my new one???
The problem with those two apps is that they are supposed to be in your Apple ID and you didn't set up the Mac properly/completely when you got it.
You might try deleteing them and using OS X Recovery to install them again.

After that, before you open any iLife apps go to your Mac App Store account, to the Purchased pane and Accept them into your account. -

Tap Settings > General > International. Make sure the Region Format is correct.
As for your Apple ID. Tap Settings > Store > Apple ID > iForgot
Resetting your Apple ID may help.
