Unable to use or download apps

I bought Apple iPhon 4s a few days ago, but now suddenly the apps don't open.
I tried to delete the apps and downoad again, but it doesn't let me download apps, either.
Actually it wants me to correct my billing information, which I don't understand, since there is nothing wrong with them..
Also I'm trying to download free apps so why does it complain about my billing information?!?!?!
should i throw it to a wall or is there a solutiont?

Did you update your old id or create a new one ? If you updated the old one then on the iPad try logging out of it by tapping the id on the right-hand side of Settings > Store and then log back in again with the updated id and see if it then recognises it - if it doesn't then you could try connecting the iPad to your computer and syncing and see if that syncs your account/password as well.

No. purchases are forever tied to the apple ID used to buy them. Delete them and buy your own copies.

- Reset network settings: Settings>General>Reset>Reset Nework Settings. You will have rejoin networks

Do you have a very slow wif connection on the iPod?
Have you tied connecting to another network?

THey have bought out an update Ios 8.2 perhaps u could try that it may help u unfortunately u cannot go back to Ios 7.1.2 apple wont allow u to i guess hindsight is a good thing u can learn from this and dont be in too much of a hurry to update in the future sit back and wait too see if there are any problems before u update i work on the principle if aint broke then dont touch it...sorry there much u can do other than vent your suggestions to apple support..

Any content that your friend downloaded will be tied to their account - so if you want to sync to your computer's iTunes and keep that content then you will need to authorise your friend's account, and you only be able to download updates to their apps via their account. You should delete the apps and buy/download your own copies of them.

Try downloading any free app (you can delete it later). This will re-authorize the iTunes account on your phone and will often fix this issue.

Unable to use/install apps on eprintcenter

Hi everyone
I have a HP Deskjet 3070A which is causing me problems.
I have added my printer to eprintcenter when installed it, but the eprintcenter wants me to add a printer again and that's strange! Now I'm not able to download apps because I cannot add a printer since you need a password for that and I used that several days ago when I installed the printer. So what do I do now??
I have a Dell Computer with Windows XP.
I hope you understand my English and my problem - I'm from Denmark, so my English is a bit rusty.
Hope you'll help me.

When you say that ePrintCenter "wants me to add a printer again", exactly how is it communicating that to you? What do you see when you log into your ePrintCenter account?
On the Printer tab within your account you should see the printer you added to the account a few days ago. You'll also see a "+ Add Printer" button but this is just an option if you had a second printer you wanted to associate with the account.
If you don't see the printer you added a few days ago you can try adding it again by removing and re-enabling web services from the printer's front panel. This will generate a new printer code that you can use to add the printer to your account. This will automatically replace the previous code so the printer's email address will change to the new [email protected]

Redemption code used to download app is not available in apple configurator to install app

I had to type in a redemption code to download the Kakooma app to our itunes library so we could copy it over to our Apple Configurator. Now when I have setup all the 26 Ipads through Apple Configurator it is telling me on the 26th Ipad that the redemption code has already been used. How do I work around this or fix this problem of applying the redemption code that was used to download the app to the Ipad? Please help. I have one student who can't practice their math facts on the Ipad.

Wait unti the app is done downloading in your iTunes. Then go back to your VPP account and down load the spreadsheet again and upload into configurator. The process is a pain, but the only way it works for you to get all of your codes into configurator.
