Unable to use Struts taglib in JSF and Struts-tiles app

With the taglib correctly defined as follows,

It may help to force close all open apps and reset your iPhone.

If you still can't enable mobile data for your various apps, the next step would be to reinstall iOS on your device by placing it in Recovery Mode, then choosing Update in iTunes.
Make sure that you have iTunes 12 or later on your computer.
Put your device in recovery mode.
When you get the option to restore or update, select Update. This will reinstall iOS without erasing your data.

That is why I said to restore via iTunes, did you check the link?
This will put it back to factory settings and you can set it up with the new ID once you reconnect with your HDTV. This is not done via ethernet, as per the link you need to connect to the computer via micro usb. You cannot bypass home sharing.
FYI: An Apple ID cannot be deleted so the old one would still exist (even if you no longer use the email account it is associated with).

PLEASE help!! I use Outlook for my email and the Mail App Icon in my dock was also storing all my emails. So, I tried to delete ONLY the emails in the Mail App but somehow (under Preferences maybe?) I also deleted all my emails in my Outlook inbox.

When I was trying to delete the emails in my inbox for the Mail app - I followed THESE directions. It did in fact clear my inbox for the Mail app. But then I went to log on to my Outlook account and EVERY SINGLE EMAIL was gone. And not in the Deleted box. Just gone. Here are the directions I followed that screwed everything up. Please help.
Top menu bar, Mail > Preferences > Accounts > Mailbox Behaviors.
Uncheck "Store deleted messages on the server".
At the drop list for "Permanently erase deleted messages when", choose "Quitting Mail".
Next...
Top menu bar, Mail > Preferences > General.
At "When searching all mailboxes, include results from", uncheck "Trash".

i found out my prob!
here is what you do.
go to the "system preferences" on your dock.
click "software updates".
click "installed software"
if it shows something about a recent update about "EFI UPDATE, FIRMWARE, THUNDERBOLT" or anything like that, exit out of it.
go to mail.
click "mail" at the top.
click "preferences...".
find the account you are having trouble with, once you do, make sure its highlighted, then click the "-" at the bottom of the window (this will only effect that mail account, it will not effect your ical weather or not its synced thought that email account)
hit the "+" (right next to the "-") and add your accout back!

Unable to use AirPlay from multiple iOS and MacBook pro

HI, I seem to be having issues using AirPlay From multiple iOS devices.
I have the following devices, iphone 6 plus, iPad air (both Gen 1 and 2) an iPad 2 and a MacBook Pro running Yosemit. I also have 2 Apple TVs (both gen 1 and 2).
Recently I have found that I am unable to use AirPlay on any of the iOS devices to either Apple TVs, the MacBook Pro will Airplay mirror ok, I am however able to use iTunes shairing from a Windows 8PC. I have restarted and also reset both Apple TVs and my router, I have also reset the connection settings on all the iOS devices but still can't resolve the issue.
The Apple TVs have Internet connection so I can't see any issues network connections.
ANyone else got got any Ideas?

Try the following steps, check whether things are working after each step where appropriate, before trying the next.
Check AirPlay is turned on on the Apple TV (turn it off and on if it already is)
Check that both devices are on the same network (Settings > Wifi, on the mobile device and Settings > General > Network, on the Apple TV).
Restart the Apple TV (Settings > General > Restart).
Restart the Apple TV by removing ALL the cables for 30 seconds.
Restart your router. (Also try removing it’s power cord for at least 30 seconds)
Restart your mobile device.

Unable to use SSL between Access Manager and Directory Server

I am trying to set up Access Manager to use SSL when communicating with Directory Server. Access Manager 7 is running under Sun Web Server 6.1. I have configured Directory Server to use SSL using a Self-Signed CA and have imported the CA certificate into the certificate database for Web Server. When I change the Access Manager configuration as specified in the Admin Guide to use SSL and restart the Web Server, Access Manager fails with the message
(among many others)
netscape.ldap.LDAPException: SSL connection to
eauth1.arc.nasa.gov:636, SSL_ForceHandshake failed: (-8157) Certificate extension not found. (91); Cannot
connect to the LDAP server
I am able to connect to the Directory Server instanc with JXplorer using SSL (with a complaint about an unknown CA). Can someone explain the error message so that I can fix the problem or work around it?

in the initial part of AMConfig.properties, you'll find an entry similar to trustSSLCerts . This, by default, is set to false. Trying setting it to true (AM web server instance will need a restart). This lets AM continue with SSL handshaking inspite of errors. Am not sure if this affects AM to DS connectivity as well. It sure affects AM to AM communication (in a multiple server configuration).
Naturally, it is not recommended that you use this feature when you are ready for production, but atleast it'll let you be sure that apart from the cert issue, everything else is okay.

Additional things to try.
Try this first. Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord for 30 seconds or longer) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.
Go to Settings>Wi-Fi and turn Off. Then while at Settings>Wi-Fi, turn back On and chose a Network.
Change the channel on your wireless router (Auto is best). Instructions at http://macintoshhowto.com/advanced/how-to-get-a-good-range-on-your-wireless-netw ork.html
Another thing to try - Go into your router security settings and change from WEP to WPA with AES.

Note - When troubleshooting wifi connection problems, don't hold your iPad by hand. There have been a few reports that holding the iPad by hand, seems to attenuate the wifi signal.

Using JSF and Struts

I am a bit of a newbie in terms of UI applications on the JEE platform, so I apologize up front if this question seems silly. I was wondering if someone could comment on the approach below. Is this something that's possible or am I barking up the wrong tree?
We have a vendor application that is written using Struts. We want to add a section of our own pages to this application, but we would rather use a more strategic approach in our pages, so we would like to use JSF for those.
The original web.xml file in the vendor app uses a dtd of version 2.3 as shown below:

When I use JSF, I use a DTD version of 2.5 as shown here:

The problem is that when I use version 2.3, the elements needed to support JSF are invalid. When I use 2.5, the elements needed to support struts are invalid.
Could someone comment in that, if you had this vendor app and you needed to add your own pages, is it not possible to use JSF in this scenario or if you can, what is the best approach to resolving this issue?

First make sure that your application server supports Servlet API 2.5. Whether the desired Servlet API version is supported or not solely depends on the application server implementation and version used. For example Tomcat 5.5 is a Servlet API 2.4 implementation which only supports the API versions up to with 2.4. If you want to use Servlet API 2.5, then you obviously need a Servlet API 2.5 implementation, for example Tomcat 6.0.
Consult the website and/or documentation of the application server in question.

JSF and Struts

Why would I still want to use Struts? Doesn't JSF elimintate the need for Struts?

am also very impressed with the Tapestry project just brought
into Jakarta; it seems so much further along than JSF.
