Unable to validate the email addres and password combination - HELPPPPPPPPPPPPPP

Only got my Blackberry 1 day ago and already I could throw it through the window. I've tired and I've tired and still I get this message when I'm trying to download apps unable to validate the email addres and password combination. I've asked for a new password over and over, even through I know the password I was putting in was correct. I've deleted my account and re-opened up another and it still does it. It keeps asking me to 'I agree' with terms and I keep agreeing and it still ask. I've sent a email to the help desk, and I've not heard anything apart from an auto-response.
I so want to be able to download the Apps, I want to be able to say 'hey, look what app, I've got' and it won't let me.
I SO NEED SOMEONES HELPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP

be very careful with capital letters and numbers on the BlackBerry. I had trouble with that when I first got mine..

I went to print out my certificate last weekend and was unable to log on. I tried to reset my password but got a message
"The email address and password entered are not in our records. Please check for accuracy and try again. If you are not a registered user, please create an account. If you think there is an issue with your account, please contact Customer Care at 888-BESTBUY (888-237-8289).
At first I thought it was a glitch over the weekend so I waited. I still cannot log onto my account. I just made this account so I can get some help.
Does anyone know of a solution where I won't have to call the hotline?

If your BestBuy.com and My Best Buy™ accounts are linked, then you should be able to login to BestBuy.com and view your My Best Buy™ account information. It sounds like you are talking about an iPhone that has been Activation Locked. This article explains:

If so, the iPhone can never be unlocked without the original Apple ID and password. This is an anti-theft measure.

No, it is asking you to register with your Amazon user id and password. Your Apple ID won't work.

I get the message listed above when I try to email pics. It asked me to set up an email account. I chose gmail. It asked for a password. I'm assuming it was asking for my email password. And yes I may have typed it in wrong, but how do I "please make sure you have entered the email account and password correctly" ??? I can't find out how to get back to that point?

downloaded IOS8 to my Iphone and now it is logged to my old Icloud account. I am unable to change it to my actual account because I need my password to sign out of the old one. I went to Facetime settings and provided my current Apple Id and password then went to Icloud settings and used my current password on the old account email and it accepted it. Then proceeded to delete old account and then logged in using new account. The same password worked in both accounts. Problem solved, no more annoying pop ups urging me to log in to icloud while using my iphone.

How to break the email id and password its showing old id and password

I updated my iphone 5s to ios7 and do not have access to my icloud anymore. Suddenly internet dissconnect My icloud apple id is an old email address that I no longer have access to (it was hacked, then deleted completely). I cannot change the apple id in my phone until I view the terms and conditions of the updated icloud. Everytime I try to do this, it says "cannot connect to server.' When I try to delete the i cloud account, it will not let me because "Find My iPhone" is turned on and I have to enter my password associated with my old apple id. Even though I know the old password, it will not work and says the id or password are incorrect (obviously.) I have changed my icloud information at icloud.com, I have logged in to "find my iphone" and removed my phone from the list of my devices, and I've reset my phone multiple times....still with no luck. I'm assuming this has something to do with the "Activation Lock" involved with ios7....any help would be much appreciated!!!

Apple ID's can't be deleted completely.
If you don't know your password, don't know your security questions and don't have a rescue address or don't receive a reset email, you should contact AppleCare who will initially try to assist you with a reset email or if unsuccessful will pass you to the security team to reset your security questions for you.
If you are in a region that doesn't have international telephone support try contacting Apple through iTunes Store Support.

I am trying to download Icloud on my PC. Everything comes up but when it asked for my ID I put in the one I have and it says that is an Apple ID not an Icloud. So on my iphone I have the other email ending in me.com and that doe not work either.

If you are using iPhoto as the e-mail client in the iPhoto preferences ==> accounts delete the accountband re-enter it

I bought an old iPod touch. It has loads of music and games on it.. When I connect it to my PC and it goes off to iTunes, it cant find the iPod and asks for a password. I would just like to have it reset so that I can add it to my account and get some of my music on it.

Connect the iPod to your computer and restore tot factory settings/new iPod via iTuns. See:
iTunes 10 for Windows: Update and restore software on iPod, iPhone, or iPad
You may have to place the iPod in Recovery Mode to allow the restore. If that does not work try DFU mode and restore.

POP3 is considered obsolete. In this age of multiple mobile devices, computers, etc. POP3 creates more problems than it solves. IMAP allows for full synchronization of the entire mailbox and all folders with all client devices. If you read a message on one, it will be marked as read on all client devices. If you delete it or move it on one, the change will be reflected on all devices (and the server, of course). POP3 requires that the message store be managed manually on all devices and can sometimes prevent you from being able to retrieve the message on more than one device at all.

Hi there, are you having trouble logging into the ePrint Center at this point (see the image below)?
If so, you can click on the Forgotten your password link where you will be prompted to enter the e-mail address you used to setup your ePrint Center account. If you can't remember the e-mail you used to setup the account you can do the following:
From the display on your printers front panel remove web services by clicking Setup>Wireless>Web Services
Once this is done, re-enable web services by following the same path. The printer should print an information sheet once you've re-enabled web services. This sheet will contain a new printer code.
In ePrint Center click the Sign-In button and then select the Sign Up option at the top of the box
Go ahead and setup a new ePC account and when prompted enter the new printer code from the information sheet
Your printer is now no longer attached to your old ePC account and will show up in the Printers section of your new account.
Just be aware that the printer now has a new e-mail address so if you've shared the previous address with family or friends you'll need to let them now the new one.
