Unable to verify billing address...

I have redeemed an itunes gift card and when I attempted to purchase a song, it said that I was using a new computer to access my account and therefore needed to verify my billing information. I did this and it told me it was "unable to verify my billing address". I checked it over and over again, thinking it may be my error but to no avail. I don't know what to do! Any suggestions?

Making purchases online should be an easy and hassle-free way to get your hands on some great products. As someone who makes the majority of her purchases online, I’m sure it was frustrating to find your order was continuously canceled, especially without a firm answer as to why. I apologize for any frustration this has caused.
While we don’t like canceling an order from our end, there are a few reasons as to why we may have to without first notifying you. It could be anything from the delivery address not being recognized by the assigned carrier (UPS or USPS) to an account detail not matching a credit card’s billing information. After looking through your cancelled order using your email address on the forum though, I’m unsure as to the exact reason why they were canceled.

Unable to " Verify your address" . I cannot update my apps!

I am unable to update my ipad apps because I have to verify my billing info. It keeps telling me that they are unable to verify my address which doesn't make sense to me because Its the only place i've lived in for the past 2 years and I've had no issues before! It was working fine yesterday! Can someone ANYONE please tell me *** is going on! Thank you

This has not happened to me, but a month or so ago there were a couple of threads on the same topic. Seems Apple did a change in their security, and runs a check comparing the addres they have on file for you against the mailing address associated with you credit card, and if it is not an exact match, they freeze the account. From the discussion, they are very specific. "st." vs "street" and that sort of thing. Get your last bank statement and compare the adress carefully against what address you have on file, and see if that clears the account.

Unable to verify iMessage address?

Okay, so I was on my iPod earlier and realized I couldn't send iMessages. It was working perfectly fine yesterday, but today it didn't work. I've had it for a couple months now, and its 4th gen ios 5.0.1. Heres how it happened:
I was trying to send an iMessage, and it wouldn't deliver. Yes my wifi was on, i turned it off then on again, then turned off iMessage and signed out and powered off/on, but then when I tried to sign back in after it wouldn't let me. It would try verifying but in the end it would just say "Unable to verify address. An email with a verification link has been sent to the above email address."
I checked my email. Nothing. What happened, and can I fix it? I also tried a different email (knowing it was invalid) then tried putting in my actual one and yet, it wouldn't verify? Take in note, that it worked for months up till yesterday so YES, my Apple ID is verified. Help!
Please don't tell me to check the 'More Like This' because I can't find a solution for me in there.

TIP: you can use the site below to view your account and resend validation emails. But for me, even the validated ones are not being accepted. Maybe that server is down?

IMessage/Facetime unable to verify email address.

I recently updated to the new iOS 5 on my iPod Touch 4G, and when trying to sign in to either Facetime or iMessage it gives me this message for one of my apple IDs: "Unable to verify address. An email with a verification has been sent to the above email address." No email has been received so far.
For my other Apple ID, it says "Unable to verify address because it is already in use". My two Apple IDs have their own email address, and I use both to shop on iTunes, so I have no idea what the problem is.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. This is gettint frustrating.

Unable to Verify Email Address

I recently bought my daughter an ipod touch and set it all up and it was working fine with her email address. Unfortunately, we had to exchange it as it developed a fault. I am now in the process of trying to setup facetime and IM but when I enter her email address it says 'unable to verify email because it is already in use'. I have tried to troubleshoot this through the communities on here but the only information I can get relates to having more than one apple id which I don't. My daughter is too young to have her own so we use mine. I never had this issue when I had to reset my ipod.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Yes, I have tried this but I only have one apple id so this doesn't aply to me. I checked my account details and this email wasn't veerified. I clicked on the 'verify now' action but nothing happened. I did chec the 2 emails linked to this id and the spam folders but there was no verification email in any of them. I also tried deleting the email from my account and re-adding it but this didn't work either. I'm stumped!

Verify billing address

Using an iPhone 4s, iOS 7.1.2. Trying to add a new card to my account, I cannot submit my information for my new card as my "billing address does not match." I have not yet been able to correct this issue, after contacting my bank and verifying all my information is correct. My information is entered exactly as shown on my bank statement, down to the last capital letter and punctuation. What is it specifically about Apple's processes that does not allow me to enter this card that I have been able to use on Amazon, PayPal, eBay, numerous shopping websites, etc. If anyone could answer this question without telling me that my information was entered wrong or to contact my bank that would be excellent. I am 100% certain that all of my information was entered correctly, that my bank and every affiliated company with my bank has the EXACT same information about my billing address (as shown on my bank statement, have talked to a representative at my bank to confirm) and that my card is valid.

Itunes cannot verify billing address

I have been using the same debit card for years on my itunes account. Yesterday is started saying it can not verify my address. My address is the same, correct and it wont work! HELP! I tried a different credit card and the same thing happens. I have verified my address with both accounts. I am super frustrated.

Game Center - Unable to verify email address

I bought both my boys an ipod touch 4th gen. Set up new apple ID's for gamecenter because I didnt want them under my ID since I use it for my iphone. Problem is when they try to add friends it tells us that their email is not verified. We did the verification email.
Only thing I can think of is when we set it up there was an option to send terms & conditions to parent or guardian. I didnt click this because I was setting it up.
Is there a way to get their ID's to work or reset gamecenter to send the terms & conditions to me, I'm thinking that is why they cannot add. All other parental controls are set accordingly allowing them to play games and add friends. Any help is appreciated.

Same to me on my iPhone (German). My account email is working, but it's not the same address my friends want to add me. When I want to verify the other email address it says we sent an email to you to verify. But I didn't get any email, no matter if I repeat the process or delete the address and add it again.
At all I think the App is not the best. When you touch a link, there is nothing which shows you that there is something in progress. You only have to wait until a new page appears. Why could this App don't use the general interface. The App is from Apple, isn't it????

If you have given correct info about you ios 6.1.3 - all you need to do is delete account. You will be able to sign in with new one afterwards. Make sure you don't delete any info when you see those prompts.

Living in france and having a french billing address, how can i download movies in english?

I live in paris and therefor have a frnehc billing address. This by default only gives me access to the french store, which by default only allows for movie downloads in french versions. If the French iTunes Store does not offer movies in English, then you are out of luck. You must use the store for the country in which you are a legal resident and for which you can provide a payment method with a verifiable billing address.

Why must credit card be same country than billing address ??

I want to buy from App Store. BUT: I have a credit card from Germany (because cash withdrawal worldwide is free if charge), my passport is Austrian and my billing address is Thailand, where I live at the moment.
This was all my life the same. 2002: Credit card Switzerland, Passport Austria, living in Greece.
So, how can I pay with my credit card I use worldwide in the App Store?
I do not intend to get a Thai Credit Card with real bad conditions to be allowed to pay in App Store only because my billing address is Thailand!

Apple's rules are that you must use the Mac App Store/iTunes Stores for the country of your residense. If you use a bank card it must be a verifiable card from a bank in your couuntry of residense with a verifiable billing address in your country of residence. Period. There is no way to get around it if you intend to make purchases with a bank card.
I suggest that you open a simple bank account in Thailand that will provide you with a bank VISA/Master Card debit card and then fund the account with enough money to cover your purchases.

Newly built home. Unable to verify address. Apple not responding. What can I do?

I recently moved into a brand new home on a new street. I am currently unable to purchase anything on the itunes store because my address cannot be verified. I've submitted the form to Apple, however I have received no response other than the auto-generated email. Someone please help! I am not able to use the post office website to verify the address either although I do receive mail at the new home. Is there any way for me to speak with someone at Apple?

All of a sudden, iTunes wont verify my billing address. It accepted it just fine when i verified it a few days ago and ive made several purchases since then. But now my formerly valid address in invalid. This happened to me about a month ago as well.

If it's a PowerPC Mac, you can't use that iPod.

When i am raising PO. i am unable to get the address in ship to & bill to fields on Logistics tab.
am i missing any thing.

In the logistics tab if you select bill to and **** to drop down, you will get the addresses defined in the master.
and they will get pulled in PO screen.
some times it happens that they do not get pulled into the transaction screens.
Are you experiencing this in every transaction screen ?
Try setting default address.
