Unable to vies usage details

I have been trying for the past few hours to get detailed usage of texts, minutes, etc. unsuccessfully. I am able to log on but am getting an error message that the usage is unavailable and to try back later. I am thinking my wife may have done something that blocks the ability to view call and text history. Is that possible ot is it just that verizon is down as far as retrieving that info? Anyone else having that issue?

There are several posts in the forum about an outage; no idea when it'll be over.

  • Can no longer see usage details of other phone lines since updating mobile app

    I just updated the My Verizon Mobile App on my Galaxy Nexus. Since the update, I've lost the ability to see usage of 2 other phone lines I have on my account. Before the update, it was simple to see usage details of each of the 3 lines on my plan. Since I pay the bill and monitor usage, this was the app's most important feature to me. I've tried every menu option and usage detail button but cannot see usage details other than that of my own phone. Is there a way to see usage of other phones as was easily done before the update?

    The primary account issue is likely the problem. My line was the second to be added and is not the "owner account" on My Verizon. I will call and get that changed when wait times are not usually long as I was just warned by the recorded message that answered my call to 611. It must be a change with the update as I was able to see other lines before. Thanks. PS. I submitted this question to Verizon thru their website as an email. I did get a call today that went to voicemail and ironically the connection was so bad I couldn't get the call back number from the agent that was nice enough to call.

    Can someone explain to me how I can view my data usage for a past date today and when I look at the same date a few days from now there will be additional data. Customer support were adamant that the data usage details come directly from my device so I commented that my device must be saving usage and sending it to Verizon arbitrarily to which I was met with silence on the line.
    Here's an example - on 4/1 I checked my data usage details for the date of 3/21 and it looked like this:

    The red rows have been added between 4/1 & 4/7, but where did they come from? This is just one example, it's happening all over my bill and Verizon cannot justify the anomaly and certainly won't consider removing the $40 in overage charges I have this month. Which brings up another question, why doesn't Verizon offer more than 10GB for the mifi? If I want to use more data and am willing to pay for it, I have to go to another provider?

    When you had your data overage (and the additional spurious charges), how did Verizon respond to you?
    I have just reported a 2x discrepancy between individual device data usage (.89 GB total) and the reported 1.5 GB for my account.  They claim it will take 72 hours to get back to me after they research the problem.
    What avenues did you pursue to make contact?
    I caled 611, then emailed tech support, then sent a private message to Verizon Wireless support.

    The page can open with IE7 and it just can not be shown the detail records (llike in "Absence Type" the detail ===>Advance Leave ) in the IE page.

    Hi,
    I´ve two tables (Organisation and Purchases) and want to create a master-deatil with the wizard.
    At the end an error occurs:
    ORA-20001: Unable to create master detail page. ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character to number conversion error
    Unable to create Master Detail pages.
    Return to application.
    Any ideas ? Any reaction will be appreciated

    How are your two tables related? Do you have a foreign key constraint? It sounds like that there may be a datatype mismatch between the master table's PK and the detail table's FK - check to make sure that they are both NUMBER.

  • Can't See Text Usage Details On Old Bills

    I need to review text messaging details on bills from 2010. I can access those bills online and see summary information for both voice and text (and yes, text messages were sent/received each month), but I can only see usage details for voice usage. When I click on the Usage Details tab for any bill in 2010, and then click on the "Messaging" link, I see this message: "You do not have any Text & Picture Message Details for selected Cell Phone Number and Statement Date" -- even though text messages were sent/received on each cell phone on our account during that particular billing period. How do I fix this or get the text messaging details for my account otherwise?

    Is there a way to delete all details of calls and text messages? Even from online reports? I don't need them and don't want anyone to access them. I consistently chainge passwords but I am having a problem with an ex accessing my account. I have tried the lega route and they don't have laws etablished for a lot of things online. I am trying to protect myself. I need none of my activity displayed. Can someone please help me?

    Why?
    Not every body love to sync via iCloud!
    To sync via iTunes is very very usable.

  • SDM is unable to get signature details

    I just installed the latest signatures and I get the message: SDM is unable to get signature details from router".
    Any suggestions on how to correct this?

    It is not very clear when you say that user is unable to get any data. Is he getting any authorisation error.
    Please check if the data is auhtorisation relevant and any specific reporting authorisations have been assigned.
    Check the user role if he has same athorisations as you have for the specific infocube or objects.

  • Call usage detail showed a call yesterday, but today it's gone??

    Weird problem;  yesterday my usage detail showed an incoming call received but the actual telephone number wasn't listed yet.  It showed the exact time and length of the call 4:38pm for 10 min.  I thought no problem, because on some calls the actual telephone number doesn't show up until the next morning.  Well today, as of 2:00, that call isn't on my usage details AT ALL!!  It just jumps from a 4:29pm 1 minute call to a 5:10pm 2 minute call.  How could it have been there yesterday but COMPLETELY GONE today?????????

    I like to help address your concerns about the missing call not showing on your usage details. How many mobile numbers do you have on your account? Were the calls between the missing call have phone numbers related with them? I would suggest checking online to be sure you are checking under your number and/or your next billing statement to see if the incoming missing call appears.

  • Unknown text numbers on usage detail

    Has anyone else had weird phone numbers show up on their text usage detail page? (area codes 815 and 513) We have no idea what these numbers are and why they are showing up.

        Hello WillieG2, Understanding your text detail is definitely important! I want to do all I can to help. Are you seeing the unfamiliar numbers as incoming or outgoing? Are the phone numbers shown in the text message detail viewable on the phone, as well? Is this for your current billing cycle or usage that has already been billed? Please provide a few more details so we can get to the bottom of this for you.

    This issue mentioned is not a bug but handling issue.
    Kindly check the following and the same will resolve your issue :
    Select the Home adress in Human Resources -> Employee Master Data -> General tab -> Home Address.
    After that in Finance Tab you can choose the bank, but the rest of fields (branch, Branch No, Account no.) you have to fill in manually.
    Every bank must be in a certain country, you can't define a bank with no country. To define details for bank > Go to > in Admin > Definition > Banking and double click on the bank name.

    Is there any method to get the memory used by the program and control the program like restricting the memory usage to some limit or any other control measures which can be taken in the program itself if the memory usage by the program exceeds a maximum limit. Or kindly let me know where i can find the details.
