Unable to view 3rd contact number in jabber.

Hi ,
We have recently moved to cisco jabber 9.x from CUPC.
Post implementation we have observed that we are able to see only 2 contact numbers ( Work, Mobile). But in CUPC we can view 3 contacts (Work,Mobile,Other). Customer is asking to add another conctact no also in jabber.
Below is my jabber-config file.

Sorry, but no one can help you except the previous owner. They must either give you the ID and password, or erase it and remove it from their account as explained in the article you were reading. There is no way around it.

Below mentioned is the problem we are facing,
In the Customer Line Item Display (FBL5N) it is vital for us to be able to view the customer's purchase order number as well as the sales order number for each billing document listed by customer.
We need to be able to extract this information for each customer and import to an excel spread sheet for analysis, specifically for our larger customers that have over 500 plus lines.
Kindly advise how to go about the same.

explanation of the issue.
The only way to see some information regarding related PO-es in a Vendor
line items is a workaround. For example, it is possible to create
a substitution in order to fill in one of not currently used fields
like Reference, Text, etc.

Unable to view the Check Number in the Vendor payment Clearing Document

Hi
I am involved in Technical Upgrade. It is from 4.6 to ECC6 EHP4.
I have executed the Automatic Payment Program, and cleared (inter company )Vendor Open Items.
At the time of providing the required parameters, I have also maintained the variant in which I have given the Check Lot number abd the Bank Id.
But still when i am trying to view the check information in the claring document, system gives out message no vales exist.
Can any one through some light on this issue.

Unable to view some contacts

I have a problem with some of the contacts on my iphone 4 (running 4.1)
I am able to call all of the saved contacts, but if I try to open some of the contact information then the contacts app shuts down completely.
This effects about half of my contacts. I sync the contacts folder with MS Outlook on my win 7 pc

I tend to believe after what you have said here, is there seems to be a corrupt file. You will have to try and complete the update for iOS and see what that does to the contacts. Make sure you have your contacts all synced to the computer so they will be available. Good luck on downloading the update after working on the security software issue.

Z10 unable to view contacts

Have a new Z10 and unable to view contacts, this is the case for migrated contacts or manually entered. It appears that the contacts are on the Z10, since they show up as conflicts when using Blackberry Link sync. Unfortunately the contacts don't appear on the device under any view setting including "All".
Any suggestions?

Other than "ALL", what other tabs do you have in your Contacts app?
Also, do this, open your Contacts app.
Swipe down from the top > Settings.
In the "Show in Contact List" turn OFF all contact sources... turn off each one.
Tap the BACK button at bottom left and can you see ANY contacts? Any that you seemed to be missing before?

I am unable or view contacts. I have to go to new message and search for the contacts.

have you got any other application installed to manage contacts ? apart from the default one I mean.

I am unable to use Firefox on many sites as it keeps not responding. Every time I click tools and then options the programme freezes. I have tried starting in safe mode still did not work I have re-installed Firefox and that has not worked. I have not used ‘Explorer’ for at least 10 years but I may have to change soon as I am unable to work with Firefox at present.

Spent about 4 hours yesterday trying to figure out why bookmarks is behaving so poorly with such a slow response. The response time is directly related to the number of bookmarks in each folder. It takes 8 seconds to process a bookmark. The 8 seconds occur between an sqlite shm unlock and the next sqlite lock.
At the start, the first and 3rd systems were behaving OK, the 2nd system was responding poorly. Did all the usual basic, restarted FF, rebooted system, etc.
THEEEENNNNN--the 3rd system started acting up. Tried tracing, etc. -- didn't see anything specific. Messed around with systems 2 and 3 and ,THEEENNNN, the both started working OK!

Screwed around another 1/2 hour and THEEEENNNN, all 3 systems started working OK. Cannot recreate the problem and I don't have a clue as to what I did to correct the problem!
All 3 systems are on the same internal network--192.168...... This leads me to believe that there is some kind of cross communications between systems. I do have Sync turned off, so I don't think that's the problem. But what.....????

Unable to View Data in using Adobe Reader (9)

We are facing an issue in one of the scenario when we generate the pdf where the data needs to displayed month-wise in columns and months are more than 15 months then the report generates successfully but we are unable to view the data even though the data is available and we are able to select/copy the data using the select tool.By default the report is opening at 5.85%. But When we generate the report for the lesser number of months say (9) then we can view the data.

You can chage your default context from Global to ABCD , whatsever name.
Goto File menu ---> User parameters -->Default Context for Designer
Specify whatever value you want .

Unable to view the postings in fb03 or in fbl1n.

Hi All,
I'm facing a issue regarding viewing the posted transactions. I've posted a transaction in f-43( vendor invoice) and saved the document. Document no xxxxxxx has been generated.I'm able to view the current number in OBA7(Document Number Ranges) But when i'm viewing in fbl3n or in Vendor List(FBL1N) it is now showing no document list generated. I've activated document Splitting also .
Can anyone help me regarding this issue.

For e.g; i've posted a transaction on 23.12.2011 and able to view but when i posting transaction(26.12.2011) from yesterday unable to view.
Check the Related GL account, that GL a/c does have Line item tick under Control tab in FS00.
Due to this reason your not able to drill down line item wise report
Solution:
1. In FS00 select the GL a/c with Line item tick.
2. Block the Respective GL a/c,
3. Go to Transaction Code u2013 SE38 and execute RFSEPA01,Execute give GL.
Finally you have to un block eh GL.
once executed , check the line items from ReportFBL1N or FBL5n
Trough this way u can see all details

Unable to view PDF attachments from my iPhone.

I am using service called RightFax this service is send the faxes to clients mailboxs. I have been reported from clients that they are unable to view the attachmentson their iPhones, the attachment format is PDF. The attachment can be openned from any desktops and Android phones without any issue.
i can see attachment from on my iPhone but when i tab on it to view it it just scrolled up to the top of the mail. Also if i farward the same fax mail to my self then i can view the attachment.The IOS version is 7.1.
I contact the RightFax company to check with them why only attachments from fax mails with PDF format is not openning from iPhone devices from the first time, the company check theur services and do tests and reply me that there is no issue with their services since the PDF attachments are openned on android and desktops. They informed me that it might could be compatability issue between Exchange 2013 and apple that doesn't allowed PDF attachments to be openned from the first time, so they advised to contact Apple support to find out why PDFs are not openning when i initially attempt to download them.
I download third party mail client on my iPhone and all fax attachments are openned without problem.
Could anyone help me with this strange issue ??

RightFax advised you to contact Apple Support - this is NOT Apple Support but rather a public user to user technical support forum.
As far as I know, it is not possible to open PDF attachments on an iPhone, but it is on an Android phone, which is why you are having the problems - unless there is an app to help you that you can purchase in the app store, then there is not a lot you can do about this, except switch to an android phone, but as far as I know, you have never been able to open PDF documents on an iPhone.
