Unable to view / add / change apps in hpconnected

I am completely unable to view, add or change my apps for my printer on the hpconnected website.  All other sections of the website work - I can see my device (it says it is working properly), etc - but when I click on the "Services" tab, it just "Retrieving Subscriptions" and gets stuck there.  This has been the case now for over a week - so I assume its not a service related issue but instead specific to my account.
Any ideas on what could be causing this?  I have tried restarting the printer, reconnecting it to the internet, etc.  It says that it is connected to hpeprint in its status.  Anything else I might be able to do to get this working?  I wanted to get the scan to email app on to this printer.

What is the Operating System installed on the computer, Windows or Mac?
What is the web browser you are using to log into HPconnected.com with?

    I've just spent over 3 hours trying to fix 'frozen' Apps on my (newer model - purchase earlier this year) iPhone - this because I'm trying to clear space; it's completely impossible so far, I've tried everything I can think of. Basic problem being that the Apps are just stuck; I can't remove them, or change their place on the iPhone. Because I can't do this, I can't sync my phone. I've tried (a) updating software (b) resetting the entire phone - twice! (c ) deleting manually from the iPhone screen, (d) deleting my music so that there'd be enough space to update the phone and then trying to put the music back on again (obviously not all of it fits!)…nothing works, period, the Apps are all still stuck. Any ideas beyond those which I've already performed, would be appreciated. Thx!

    Just to add more information after spending some more time with it this morning: despite the 2 restores and several reboots, what I'm noticing is that the phone is NOT communicating with my computer, i.e. the version I have on my phone now is from the Restore. It LOOKS as though the phone is communicating because it connects, and SEEMS to Sync - but it only does this on my computer, not on the phone . This could be part of the problem of the unresponsive Apps? I have no idea where the disconnect is...

  • Unable to view Essbase App in Smartview

    Hello all,
    I am new to Essbase so I apologize if this is a silly question. I have created a new Essbase application but I am unable to view it in Smartview (using version 11.1). The Common Provider Connections does not refresh the list based on the new application. I know I created/deployed the app correctly (did this with help of Essbase person). That same person has not worked with 11 too much and could not help.
    However, I am able to see and connect to the application using the old Essbase Add-in.
    Do I need to trigger something else so the new application will show up in the Common Provider Connection list.

    Typically when you can't see an application in Smartview it is because you have your selector set to predefined or favorites. Change it to All and see if it makes a difference.

    How can I view what apps were down loaded to iTunes and be able to add or delete them since your company updated your system it is impossible to view them or adjust them I would also like to know is there any way to change it back to the old system It was alot easier to deal with

    Um, you're not writing Apple.  We're all users.
    1.  You can not downgrade iOS.  It's not supported nor has it ever been supported
    2.  To view all the apps you have ever downloaded, open the App Store and tap on the Purchased Tab.  They'll all be listed.

    Welcome to the Apple Support Communities!
    I understand that you updated your Apple Id and password but now you are being prompted for the old information in iCloud. You are on the right track by changing the Apple ID back to the previous email address temporarily so that you can sign out. You should not need to verify the email address. After you edit the Apple ID back to the old email address and then sign out of iCloud on your iPhone, edit the Apple ID back to the address you would currently like to use. There is no need to change the password again, only the email address, unless you prefer to update the password again.
    If you're asked for the password to your previous Apple ID when signing out of iCloud - Apple Support
    Change your Apple ID temporarily
    If signing out and back in to iMessage or FaceTime didn't help, try these steps:
    Change your Apple ID to the Apple ID you used previously. You shouldn't need to verify the email address.
    Tap Settings > iCloud. Complete these steps only if the Find My [Device] setting is turned on:
    Scroll down and tap Sign Out, then tap Sign Out to confirm. If you're using iOS 7 or earlier, tap Delete Account, then tap Delete to confirm.
    Tap Keep on My [Device] or Delete from My [Device]. In either case, your data remains in iCloud and will be updated on your device when you sign in to iCloud again.
    Enter the password for your previous Apple ID.
    Change your Apple ID to the new email address that you want to use. You'll need to verify the email address.
    Return to Settings > iCloud and sign in with your new Apple ID.

    I have been using Firefox for about two years. For about a month now I have been unable to view any Google advertisements that run on YouTube pages alongside and under videos. This is important for my business. I would like to stay with Firefox, but this is only a problem when I use Firefox and is not a problem with Internet Explorer or Google Chrome as I checked. I tried uninstalling Firefox and all plugs ins and add ons and then reinstalling it. This did not work. Firefox seems to be blocking the Google codes that enable the ads to run on the pages. I look forward to your help. Thank you.

    CS2 is very old and reached its "end of life" a while back.  So probably won't run on modern operating systems.  If you can still run it, you'll need to uninstall what you have and re-install with the download link below to activate it.

    Please read this whole message before doing anything.
    This procedure is a test, not a solution. Don’t be disappointed when you find that nothing has changed after you complete it.
    Step 1
    The purpose of this step is to determine whether the problem is localized to your user account.
    Enable guest logins* and log in as Guest. Don't use the Safari-only “Guest User” login created by “Find My Mac.”
    While logged in as Guest, you won’t have access to any of your documents or settings. Applications will behave as if you were running them for the first time. Don’t be alarmed by this behavior; it’s normal. If you need any passwords or other personal data in order to complete the test, memorize, print, or write them down before you begin.
    Test while logged in as Guest. Same problem?
    After testing, log out of the guest account and, in your own account, disable it if you wish. Any files you created in the guest account will be deleted automatically when you log out of it.
    *Note: If you’ve activated “Find My Mac” or FileVault, then you can’t enable the Guest account. The “Guest User” login created by “Find My Mac” is not the same. Create a new account in which to test, and delete it, including its home folder, after testing.
    Step 2
    The purpose of this step is to determine whether the problem is caused by third-party system modifications that load automatically at startup or login, by a peripheral device, by a font conflict, or by corruption of the file system or of certain system caches.
    Please take this step regardless of the results of Step 1.
    Disconnect all wired peripherals except those needed for the test, and remove all aftermarket expansion cards, if applicable. Start up in safe mode and log in to the account with the problem. You must hold down the shift key twice: once when you turn on the computer, and again when you log in.
    Note: If FileVault is enabled, or if a firmware password is set, or if the startup volume is a software RAID, you can’t do this. Ask for further instructions.
    Safe mode is much slower to start up and run than normal, with limited graphics performance, and some things won’t work at all, including sound output and Wi-Fi on certain models. The next normal startup may also be somewhat slow.
    The login screen appears even if you usually log in automatically. You must know your login password in order to log in. If you’ve forgotten the password, you will need to reset it before you begin.
    Test while in safe mode. Same problem?
    After testing, restart as usual (not in safe mode) and verify that you still have the problem. Post the results of Steps 1 and 2.

  • Unable to view purchased history in Mac App Store

    I am unable to view my purchased history in the mac app store.
    I just purchased a new macbook air and went to the app store in the hopes of downloading the apps I purchased onto this new this new device. I am unable to view them on this device although I have been able to view them on my macbook pro.
    Is there a way to restore the list of apps onto this new device?
    I have gone to the individual apps and re-bought them. Once I try to buy I get a message informing me that I have already purchased this app in the past and it starts to download. But it still does not appear in the purchased list once the download is complete.
    Moreover, I have purchased adobe elements 9 and I am unable to re-buy it since adobe has released elements 10.
    Please help.

    Launch iTunes on the MBAir.
    From the menu bar click Store > Authorize This Computer
    Now back to the menu bar again click Store > Sign Out
    Now follow the instructions here >  Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store
    Make sure you are using the same Apple ID and password that you used on the MBPro.

    Have you searched for it using the Spotlight? That's the loop icon on the right side of the upper menu bar.

    (If there's a SpeedBit LSP showing up in Autoruns, it's usually best to just uninstall your SpeedBit Video Accelerator.)

  • Unable to edit, add or change passwords in iphoto web gallery

    Iphoto and Web Gallery were working great but recently, I am unable to add, change, or delete passwords to my web galleries. When I go Settings and into Edit Names and Passwords, I can add or change a password but when I click OK, it will not allow either clicking on OK or hitting return. I have also posted an album to web gallery and it does not appear in the list in Settings or in the Edit Name and Password lists but I can see my gallery out on the web with all photos.
    Any help on why this is. I have both a IMAC and a Macbook and it is the same with both computers using my imac account. Both have updated software and the Macbook has Parallels installed. I
    ran repair in Keychain Access with no problems. I created another account and this did not help.

    Welcome to the Apple Discussions. Try the following:
    1 - repair disk permissions with Disk Utility.
    2 - delete the iPhoto preference file, com.apple.iPhoto.plist, that resides in your User/Library/Preferences folder..
    TIP: For insurance against the iPhoto database corruption that many users have experienced I recommend making a backup copy of the Library6.iPhoto database file and keep it current. If problems crop up where iPhoto suddenly can't see any photos or thinks there are no photos in the library, replacing the working Library6.iPhoto file with the backup will often get the library back. By keeping it current I mean backup after each import and/or any serious editing or work on books, slideshows, calendars, cards, etc. That insures that if a problem pops up and you do need to replace the database file, you'll retain all those efforts. It doesn't take long to make the backup and it's good insurance.
    I've created an Automator workflow application (requires Tiger), iPhoto dB File Backup, that will copy the selected Library6.iPhoto file from your iPhoto Library folder to the Pictures folder, replacing any previous version of it. It's compatible with iPhoto 08 libraries and Leopard. iPhoto does not have to be closed to run the application, just idle. You can download it at Toad's Cellar. Be sure to read the Read Me pdf file.
