Unable to view bill (or do anything, really, on the business website)

I appear to be unable to view my bill. If I go to 
https://business.verizon.com/
Then click on "Go to my business", then type in my username and password, it sends me to the "Application Dashboard".
Then, under Support, I click on "Pay my bill" and it asks me to login a second time. (??) If I do that, it sends me back to the Application Dashboard. A loop of death and nowhere a bill to be seen.
Any help?

I've had the same problem for over six months.
Promises of call backs and emails, assurances that there's a IT ticket that will resolve it...
Is Verizon really a technology company? Or would it be a better idea for them to stick with copper and leave the technology to cable? Or even to the power company. At this point I don't care which one. I never have a problem paying my cable bill or utility bill. Their websites always seem to work just fine.
Why is it so hard to give money to Verizon?

    Hi. I'm not technically skilled, but based on the reply from the other guy re. AdBlock Plus being the common denominator to everyone's problems, I checked my Filter settings (ABP version 2.0.3) and deselected 'Fanboy's List (English)'. With this deselected and ABP still 'enabled' the messages work as usual.
    I only had this problem using Virgin Mail, so must be the way they now present their mail that conflicts with 'Fanboy's List (English)' filter. I guess I'll need toi choose another filter.

    Everytime I login to the Verizon website and try to view my bill or view my voice mails, etc I get the following message:
    "We are unable to process your request at this time.
    Please try again later. We apologize for any inconvenience."
    This has been going on for a week. I tried multiple browsers with the same result
    I would like to pay my Verizon bill, but I can't if they won't let me see it!

    Not really.
    It is basically a peer to peer support forum.
    Sometimes the admins will forward an issue on.
    best option is to contact support directly.
    You can hit them up via chat, via twitter @verzion support or on dslreports.com there is a Verizon Direct forum that they do monitor.

  • URGENT: Unable to view Bill

    Hello, I have been trying to view my bill online for the last four days. Every time I log in and go to My Verizon > View Bill, I get the following message: "We are unable to process your request at this time. Please try again later. We apologize for any inconvenience." I have tried on three different browsers on four different devices. I have also cleared cache on all of them. I am starting to think that this is issue is no longer my problem but Verizon's problem. I have systematically gone through step by step to make sure that there was not a problem on my end.  To try to fix this, I went to the online chat support. They were unable to send me my bill and sent a ticket which I still have not recieved email confirmation for (three days ago).  I then tried calling and played ping-pong between the e-support and billing-support. Neither department knew whose responsibility this was. The billing department was also unable to simply email me a .pdf version of my bill. I have tried to be patient and to fix this issue in multiple different ways and to seek help via phone and chat, I am now out of options. My entire life is being held up by not having my bill because I need to prove my residency at my apratment and the internet bill is the only utility bill that is under my name. Can Verizon please look into my account, I guarantee there is some sort of permission issue or something that is not allowing me to see my bill. I have done a lot of searching online and I don't seem to be the only person suffering from this. If I do not get word back soon, I will be forced to cancel my service with Verizon because I absolutely need to prove my residency for an insurance policy at work and there is a hard deadline that is rapdily approaching. Thank you.

    Your issue has been escalated to a Verizon agent. Before the agent can begin assisting you, they will need to collect further information from you. Please go to your profile page for the forum and look at the top of the middle column where you will find an area titled "My Support Cases". You can reach your profile page by clicking on your name beside your post, or at the top left of this page underneath the title of the board.
    Under "My Support Cases" you will find a link to the private board where you and the agent may exchange information. The title of your post is the link. This should be checked on a frequent basis, as the agent may be waiting for information from you before they can proceed with any actions. To ensure you know when they have responded to you, at the top of your support case there is a drop down menu for support case options. Open that and choose "subscribe". Please keep all correspondence regarding your issue in the private support portal.

    hi all - excellent news on the reduced tariffs for the uk
    however i cannot view my bill online and an email back from o2 tell me it is unavailable to view, wait for it, ON A MAC!!!
    no kidding - has anyone found a workaround - we don't have a pc in the house and it seems madness to sell the iphone and have the bill unviewable on the very company that make it!!!
    any ideas/workarounds? - i don't have another OS to dual boot

    I wasn't aware of Onyx, though looking at it just now, it seems quite useful. But as you say, given that the Mac does a pretty good job of hygiene, what are the specific advantages of using it in your experience? Also, as it's not strictly an Apple product, any chance of doing more harm than good?

  • Unable to view PDFs. Only on 1 part of 1 website

    Hello I'm currently experiencing an odd issue with a vast majority of the users I deal with. A vendor my company deals with recently made a change to part of their web site so that pdfs do not cache when you view them on that part of the web site. In other words, you receive a link to a pdf and the pdf data isn't rendered until you click on the link. They haven't applied this across the entire web site.
    For the most part, none of my users can view these pdfs. All they get is the RED X. Originally when I spoke with the vendor it was suggested we update Reader, so I did, to 9. I haven't had a problem viewing since. Installing 9 on other machines did nothing to help matters. No users have any problems viewing PDFs on any other web sites, just one part of this web site.
    This seems to be a machine based issue since anyone can use my computer and view the pdf without issue, however I, with admin rights, cannot go to another computer and access the pdf. Thank you.
    However we've done some troubleshooting. We took a few computers and prevent the Global Policies from being applied, then we uninstall then reinstall Reader 8, then it works. Reapply policy and we have to start all over again. Regardless of policy being applied or withheld, my machine still works.
    I've compared settings with computers that do work and don't work and threw mine into the mix as well. Where it should, it looks like everything is matching up save for the differences between preferences for 8 and 9. The vendor site is IE only, but even with the IE tab add-on for firefox, it still works. My users are using either IE6 or 7. The vendor claims that we are the only ones experiencing this issue and that there was 1 other experiencing the problem (even though I don't believe they fully replicated the issue) and the fix was to "Enable PDF in Browser" which I wouldn't assume to have anything to do with the problem.
    We've accepted the fact that something in our Global Policy is at odds with their anti-caching, but due to the size of the policy it seems hard to pinpoint and my IT dept doesn't think that any of the policy should be affecting anything with Reader.
    I greatly appreciate any help anyone can offer.

    There seems to be an issue with Adobes plugin and Safari 5, your options are:
    Wait for it to be updated.
    Uninstall the plugin nd let Quicktime handle it.
    Install Schuberts PDF plugin from http://www.schubert-it.com/pluginpdf/

  • I cannot view video content on You Tube or the BBC website

    and although I have downloaded the up to date Adobe Flash Player - I get an error message saying that it is not up to date - all video content is blank except for a 'blocked plug in' notice. My computer was working fine until I downloaded an Apple update and then it has not worked properly since.
    Has anyone got any ideas? For the record I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Flash player several times to no avail.

    Google Chrome has Flash Player embedded.
    You can try GC and see if flash videos are able to play.

    I don't believe that you can actually "delete" a built in app. You most likely just "hid" it. Look in "device information" then scroll down to "more information" tap "software" and see if it's listed there. If so, it's probably greyed out. Tap it and you should have a choice to unhide it.

    I wanted to get an excel file of my itemised call log - no problem with the most recent bill - I got it through the view bill option. However the view bill option is not shown for the previous bill - is it possible to make it available or to get the excel file some other way.

    Before the online billing changes, you used to be able to download a .csv file of all calls made alongside the pdf of the bill for several previous quarters (don't remember how many, but at a guess probably at least the last four).
    I can download itemised calls for the last bill on the "What you used" page of "Your Latest Bill". That's fine, but I want to see itemised calls for the bill I got in February of this year.
    I don't know why this facility was removed, but I'd like it back! (and reading other messages I'm not the only one).

    I am facing an issue where in the next level manager is not able to see the appraisal docs of employees.
    Follwing is the link that we found on SDN related to the same issue-
    Next higher level manager should see the appraisal docs of the employees
    During the PM testing, an issue was discovered with the existing logic of the ‘Default Next Level Manager’ BADI.
    When a manager manually reports to a NL manager’s organization unit, the next level manager is unable to view or access appraisal forms for all the employees who report to the manager.
    For example,
    NL Manager/Cheif: Susan
    Manager/Chief: John
    Employees: Mary and Matt
    If John’s position (manager/chief) has a “A 999 Reports to dotted line” relationship to Susan’s organization unit (NL Manager), then Susan is unable to access, approve or reject the appraisal forms for Mary and Matt (John’s direct reports).
    The relationship type is A 999 – Reports to dotted line
    Type of related object – O (Organizational Unit)
    We need to update the BADI in order for the next level manager to be able to access appraisal forms as described in the example above.
    BADI implementation Name : Z_HRHAP00_DOC_DEF_DO
    Method - IF_EX_HRHAP00_DOC_DEF_DO~DEFAULT_OTHERS
    Now we are facing the following issue-
    After identification of the employees who report to the manager’s organizational unit using the  A 003 – ‘Belongs to” relationship we are not sure how to pass these employees information from BADI to appraisal form, so that the previously identified Next Level Manager will be able to access, accept and reject appraisal forms for these employees.
    For further details please refer the thread. I was not able to understand how this can be achieved.
    Can anyone please mention in brief how I should be able to do this. I am new to this and I would appreciate any help .

    There are no Function Modules to my knowledge. Pls try the transaction S_AHR_61016530 which would display the User's approvers as per hierarchy. This would bring datas from the HR tables. If this helps pls award points.

  • Unable to view some performance counters

    I am running Exchange 2013 Mailbox Role on a Windows 2012 Server and in Perfmon there are a few counters which I am unable to view, eg:
    MSExchangeTransport Queues\*
    I can see the counters, and add some to the right hand pane, but when I click
    ok the counters do not appear
    I have run the re-register perf counter Powershell script to no avail
    I have run lodctr /q but none are disabled
    The counters are visible in my lab environment - which should be the same as production (!)
    Maybe it is a permissions issue but I cannot see a difference

  • Unable to view some ESPNFC content on Firefox Beta23, probably Flash/JS issue?

    SO I am unable to view some ESPNFC.com Content(And a few other websites which i do not recollect at the moment) when i click on any new links from home page(No Image displayed)
    It works just fine on Chrome and IE-10, I am on the Beta Update channel (Version 23) and have tried the following:
    -Updated all plugins / uninstalled and installed Flash and Java Plugins
    -Reset Firefox , Started with safemode,uninstalled, removed all plugins like Flashblock and AdBlock
    -Tried everything from here: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-issues-with-plugins-fix-problems
    - Also tried a variety of options from Google including updating About:Config etc etc, nothing seems to work
    I can provide a list of all my plugins if that helps but since i have tried removing all plugins/add on's and it didnt work I do not know if that would be of any help.
    I would have loved to post some screenshots to show the exact nature of issue, nevertheless it would be gretaly appreciated if any one help..
    I am using Lenovo(Ideapad p400 Touch) windows 8 machine and have had this issue since first day i got the machine.

    Just adding some screenshots for the issue on Firefox and working verson of the same on Chrome.
    One interesting thing i noted is the url changes on Firefox (adds a topid to the link ,bu chrome and IE keep the url as http://espnfc.com/?cc=5901 when i switch to the stories on the home page)
    Also, this issue only happens to the stories on home page, website seems to work fine on other pages.

    you can put the jdbc2_0_1-stdext.jar in your webapp.
    For example,you can put it under the directory "./webapps/yourWebApp/Web-inf/lib/".
    Try it.
