HI ,
Please advise me how to activate help in SAP Screen .
When i Click on (?) Help : Navigation to the webpage was canceled Occurs .
How to solve this problem .

We have a chm file who contained many PDF files (its size is
13MB) and some people cannot view help when press F1. This file is
a part of merged chm files structure (the total size of these files
is 17MB)
Do you think that the size of the file contained PDF may be

when it's 13 MB. I'm sure that other people have been distributing
much larger files than this without problem for many years.
You say "

users are not encountering the problem. In other words, the methods
that your software developers have used to connect the help file to
the application do work properly, if not for all users.
When users who cannot view the help press F1, does nothing
happen, or does the help viewer open but with an error message in
the right-hand topic pane? Is the large file the only one that is
affected by this issue, or are all the other help files in the
collection also affected?
If it's of any interest to you, you don't need to compile a
PDF file into a help file in order to display the contents of the
PDF in the help file. Microsoft has published the following script
for linking to an external file from a help topic:

Unable to view help and filter problems

Hello,
First of all I'm a newbie on MacOSX and really happy to use it.
I'm having some problems using Mail.
I have 2 IMAP accounts with a lot of folders and sub-folders. I want to create filters to automaticaly put mails into the right box.
Creating rules is easy but when I want to choose a box in a folder, I need to open this folder in Mail before I can choose it in my filter. Example:
INBOX
|-Folder 1
| |- box 1
| |- box 2
| |- box 3
|-Folder 2
If Folder 1 is closed, the filter interface don't expand it and I cannot choose box 1, box 2 or box 3.
I try to search in the Help menu. The application launches but nothing appears. Looking into the library, I can see help for others applications but not for Mail.
Can someone help me to debug this ?

I am unable to view google ads running alongside and under videos on YouTube. This is only a problem when I use Firefox. If I use another browser, I can see the ads. I do not have adlock as it does not appear in my plug-ins/add ons. Please help..

I have been using Firefox for about two years. For about a month now I have been unable to view any Google advertisements that run on YouTube pages alongside and under videos. This is important for my business. I would like to stay with Firefox, but this is only a problem when I use Firefox and is not a problem with Internet Explorer or Google Chrome as I checked. I tried uninstalling Firefox and all plugs ins and add ons and then reinstalling it. This did not work. Firefox seems to be blocking the Google codes that enable the ads to run on the pages. I look forward to your help. Thank you.

CS2 is very old and reached its "end of life" a while back. So probably won't run on modern operating systems. If you can still run it, you'll need to uninstall what you have and re-install with the download link below to activate it.

I can click the tabs Music, Movies etc. but I can't see anywhere to access the files themselves, no music or movies are listed, I only have the option to 'Sync' with the iTunes, which I don't want to do as there is no content on the iTunes!!!

Here is what worked for me:
My usb hub, being usb2, was too fast. I moved the wire to a usb port directory on my pc. That is a usb1 port which is slow enough to run your snyc.

Unable to view flash videos in Firefox. Please help.

I've tried all the troubleshooting from Firefox's troubleshooting guide to no avail.
I'm unable to view videos that require flash.
I can watch YouTube, but I have to enable flash first.
This has never happened before, but now it won't go away.
System: Windows 7 (64-bit)
Adobe Flash version: 16.0.0.287
Browser: Firefox 35
An example of videos that I used to be able to watch were from the Arrow and, ironically, The Flash TV shows.
Now this is the error I receive:
CWTV requires Flash Player 10.2.0 or higher.

As with all things of this nature, no software vendor can forever remain compatible with every historical PC platform...XPSP2 has indeed been dropped from compatibility with the current version of the RIM Desktop Software. Your choices are:
Update to XPSP3 (which, if I recall correctly, is completely free)
Fall back to a version of the Desktop Software that is compatible with XPSP2...you can find older versions here:

Sorry, but I no longer recall exactly which versions support which XP levels...you will have to do some experimenting I suspect.

Start Firefox in <u>[[Safe Mode]]</u> to check if one of the extensions is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
* Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.

If it does work in Safe-mode then disable all extensions and then try to find which is causing it by enabling one at a time until the problem reappears.

* Close and restart Firefox after each change via "File > Exit" (Mac: "Firefox > Quit"; Linux: "File > Quit")
In Firefox 4 you can use one of these to start in <u>[[Safe mode]]</u>:

With the amount of information you've provided it's impossible to offer a potential solution. We can't see your computer so we need to know the details of your problem and setup, i.e.:
what version of iPhoto are you using?
what system version are you running?
did you get a message when trying to import from the memory card?
did you use a card reader?
what was you exact workflow for attempting the import?
what fixes have you tried?
where is your library located?
did you apply any updates or upgrades just prior to the problem occurring?
are you running a "managed" or "referenced" library? See image below:
what type of Mac?
how much free space on your boot drive?

Have you searched for it using the Spotlight? That's the loop icon on the right side of the upper menu bar.
