Unable to view my bill/log in with "correct" information

I haven't been able to view my bill online in a few months.  I've logged in and a able to see my email with my verizon.com ID but when I hit "view bill" it brings up a message saying that I'm not logged in with my verizon.com user ID and that I must to that to continue.    Customer service hasn't been much help after two phone calls and chat.

    While you are saving billing document i think you got Express document (please check in Transaction code SBWP :- Business work place of particular user). As per me the number range has completed for the particular document type(might be excise invoice also, if u have excise invoice auto generation functionality)  that is why system is not able to update the invoice.

    thanks mate, but the problem is im using different apple id now, and after about 1 year play coc and today i want to link the village , suddenly coc said that
    thats mean im playing this village with different apple id and it not saved. and the problem is i dont remember the first apple id and password that i use first time to download this game. hmmm it was so confusing, why coc and game center just make this thing saved with a new game center account.

  • Unable to view my bill

    Hi, I got BT broadband infinity a month ago but I still cannot view my bill, manage my payments or see my usage on MyBT. I can log in to MyBT without problems but all I'm seeing is a message telling me that it can "take up to 48 hours after your order has completed" until I can view my bill.
    I chatted with them in their support chatroom and talked to members of their support staff on the phone several times. I have sent them a screenshot of what I see. I have written a letter to them asking for a bill either online or on paper but but nothing has changed. They keep deducting money from my bank account without ever sending me a bill.
    Today I got another call from their call center while I wasn't able to pick up the phone. I called them back as requested but there is no way to even get through to the the person or department that called me. There's just a machine that doesn't know what it means to call back.
    They don't provide an email address either. This is the most difficult company to communicate with I have ever had to deal with. I don't even know why on earth they need to talk to me at all instead of just fixing the problem. There is nothing to talk about.
    Has anyone else had that problem and found a solution?

  • Email received - can view my bill - log into onlin...

    OK  Getting a little tired of this.
    Have received automated email this morning to say that I can view my bill.
    I log into My BT
    No Accounts  listed against my name - AGAIN
    So no can't view my bill, this happens every quarter, and I'm getting a little tired of it.
    Yes there is an account logged against my account, otherwise automatic email would not be sent.
    BT please can you make this reliable?  It's not too much to ask is it?

  • Unable to view microsoft office files (2011) with quick view and cover flow

    I am unable to view office for mac 2011 files in quick view or cover flow. All I see is the generic icon and not the preview. I've searched a number of forums but haven't found a solution.

    Yea, I did do a Time Machine restore not too long ago. Perhaps that was the cause. In any case, I went by the apple store day before yesterday to see if they could help me (I use quick look a lot!), and the tech's opinion was the my whole system was running slow and buggy, so he suggested to go ahead and spend the time doing a clean install of the OS. I did this yesterday... quick look for office docs is back, and my system is soooooo much faster and problem free now. Looking back, the ability of OS X to reinstall without erasing the boot disc is a blessing and curse. I upgraded instead of cleanly reinstalling when I got Snow Leopord, and recently did a time machine restore when I was having some problems. With windows, I was doing a clean reinstall at least once a year. Perhaps doing it once every two years or so is a good idea for mac. The biggest headache is importing all my old mailboxes into mail, and sorting through the duplicates that get created.

  • Unable to view my bill and now holding for a rep for 115 minutes and waiting...

    I also removed Fios voice in January and kept TV and internet. I have spent altogether more than 8 hrs with several representatives from both billing and ecenter where either they couldn't figure out why can't I view my bill and ecenter stated "we'll email you when we fix the problem" and this was three weeks ago. STILL TODAY I CAN'T VIEW MY BILL ONLINE NOR CAN I CHANGE ANYTHING ON MY ACCOUNT. THE DOUBLE BUNDLES PRICING CHANGES WHEN YOU TRY FOR THEM AND REP STATES ONLY FOR NEW CUSTOMERS. I DID HAVE A WONDERFUL REP JUST THIS AM TO TRY TO FIGURE OUT BUT NO LUCK AND NOW I'M SPENDING MY TIME WAITING AND WAITING FOR ECENTER REP TO ANSWER 121 minutes so far! THIS IS THE FINAL STRAW! IF THIS REP CAN'T FIX IT I AM GOING BACK TO MY PRIOR SERVICE! THAT'S A PROMISE. AND THE WHOLE "WE'LL EMAIL YOU WHEN IT'S FIXED" IT'S JUST A WAY TO GET RID OF YOU FOR THE MOMENT. WHAT HAPPENED TO VERIZON? I WAS EXTREMELLY SATISFIED WITH THEIR SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE UNTIL A PROBLEM SHOWED UP!

  • Unable to view offline folios on ipad with Adobe Content Viewer

    I am suddenly unable to view offline folios on my iPad with Adobe Content Viewer. These are folios I was able to view 2 days ago. Updated InDesign, reinstalled the Content viewer, tested on 2 computers with 2 difffernt iPads and 2 different cables. Is anyone else having this problem?

  • Itunes on iphone won't let me log in with correct password

    I have been all over the forums trying every options I have found. But when I go to update my apps my iphone/itunes asks for my password again. I have double and triple checked my password and it is correct. It is logging me in to my cloud, to the apple website etc. I am not typing it in wrong, believe me I have checked that as well. I have gone and reset the cache and reset the warnings in itunes. I have updated the software. I have made sure my icloud password is retyped in. What else can I do? I don't know what to try. I have reset the password and it still won't let me log in with the new, correct password. This has been going on for the past 3 months and nothing.

    Yes, it is showing my apple id. And no, I don't have any other apple id's. I have gone into my settings into iTunes and App Store and signed out and signed back in in the apple id section. It connects no problem in my settings. But when I'm actually in the app store "App" and it prompts me for my password it comes back saying that the apple id and or password is incorrect.

    I have been trying to log into the skype app on my mac and it just keeps saying that my user and password is invalid. I have reset the password andbeen using it every day for ages so i know my user is correct. It starts to sign in and then says details are incorrect. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app incase its the app but its still doing it. When the error comes up it says it doesnt reccognise my skype ID but its my microsoft ID i am putting in in the right area for the misrosoft ID. I am also able to sign in else where with my MS ID so it id defo correct!

    As it appears that NO one reads anything on these posts it is probably a good idea to find another supplier of Voice over IP supplier.  I have some AUD 35 in credit for the last 3 months. I have my log in details copy pasted on to an excel sheet so they MUST be correct. I have tried many times to log in, recently, with out being able to log on. . . the last time it took over an hour and eventually I did get my contacts and was able to make a call.... about a  month ago. Now it refuses to let me onsite saying my log in details are incorrect. I have tried logging in with my Facebook details, but that also does not work. 
    I do not have a MSN Account,OR a GOOGLE account and do NOT want one  either. I drive a MacBook Air, and do not have an APPLE ID EITHER. I do NOT have a Mobile Phone any more, and no longer want one. the last was an HTC "one" and had far too much "FEED" material on it.  I HAVE paid MY money to Skype and used it for years to phone UK from Africa or Australia on this or other PC machines etc. Now I am reduced to using the land line from anywhere. . . this is basically a kind of theft. . . you have my money and I cannot use it. . . it is not my fault if Skype got bought by Microsoft. It Is STILL my money.  Please have the decency to reply to this message. I have also now removed my birth date and alternative e-mail address from your records. . you dont need either, and this whole thing is getting a way to introusive. between what Facebook has on me and then Microsoft and Google AND now skype, there basically IS no privacy of my contacts or conversations. That is the reason I do not wish to have a Google/ Microsoft Acc. Google is controled by USA and Chinese laws. I am a British Subject, who lives variously in Australia, Ireland or Scotland.  I DO NOT REPORT OR OWE ALLEGIANCE TO THE USA OR ITS SECURITY or TAX SERVICES. I do however still expect to be able to use MY PAID FOR account on a system which was used accross the world as the computer Phone system for the last half a dozen years by many people. 
    Please reply to My Australian e-mail account: I will put it on the profile temporally. 
    Failing this my wife and I will have to move to another suplier: but before that happens I would need access to my page on your site to delete all my contacts on the page.

    It all started around March with this "new updated" software
    The bill simply doesn't show
    My own view is that the software is deliberately useless to try and force customers to use direct debit
    There's no simple html option either, just pages of bad script which don't work and hang your computer

    Since updating to Acrobat X, I have not been able to
    view or print paperless bills from Verizon, PSE&G (utility company) or Chase.com--I can get the page
    where the links appear, but when I click on the link, 99 times out of a 100 all I get is a solid bar of dark gray. (If I
    am willing to try 100 times, sometimes the bill will appear, but I don't have time for that!) I contacted customer service, but
    they said I should delete Acrobat X or that it was a computer issue. FWIW I'm using IE 8.

  • Unable to view files on PC laptop with XP

    I want to be able to view my laptop (XP SP3) files on my Mac (OS X 10.6.7), but it is not happening. I am trying to set up a wireless network. I've set everything up on the PC to enable sharing (created a workgroup, set sharing permissions, etc.) I know the 2 computers can see each other, since I have "ping'd" them successfully. But when I try to "connect to server" from the Mac I get a message indicating that "the server may not exist or it is unavailable at this time." I know I have the IP address correct (I've also tried using PC name, as well as the name and file. It seems like it should be so easy, and I must be missing something. But what is it?

  • Biller Direct User unable to view open bills Once DirectDebit is activated

    Hi All,
    We are working on ECC 6 and we also have Biller Direct configured for the users to make online
    financial transactions.
    But we have two problems as of now.
    1. WHen ever the Direct Debit is activated for the user, the User is not able to see his open bills. Once we remove the
         direct debit authorization, again the Open bills are shown. We are facing this problem only after upgrade.
    2. Another problem is for some particular users, no open bills are shown at all, irrespective of whether the user has
        direct debit or not. I have debugged the RFC which returns the bills to Biller Direct. At the end of the Function module all the
        open bills are returned correctly. But they are not shown up on the Biller Directc screen.
    Can some one please tell us and hel;p us on what exactly is going wrong?

    Hi, I have been unable to login tonight with my usual credentials which have not changed for years. I no longer have access to the original email I used to set up the account, and I do not have credit details in order to reset a password. I do not want to set up a new account becasue I need access to all my existing contacts. What can be done - is there any way to reactivate the account or get the contacts at least?
