Unable to view my Internet Usage

Hi, I am unable to see my internet usage from last one month. I called customer heldesk 5 times. Every time they gave me one new ref# but still no result. Any one can suggest that where I can escalate this issue?

I apologize for the delayed response. @BruceW has given you the correct websites to check your usage for the month. I have also sent you a private message to further assist you.
You can click on my name (Comcastcares) and click on "Private Message Me”. 
At the top of each Forum page you will see a small envelope 
This is the icon for Private Messages, referred to as ‘PM’s’. A Private Message is a way to communicate in private, to another User, Moderator, or Administrator out of public view in the Forums.
The gray envelope icon will have a number next to it if you have any new messages waiting. 
To open a PM to read it, double click on the envelope. If you click on the white envelope a window will open with tabs for your Private Message Inbox, Sent Messages, Friends, Ignored Users, and Compose new Message. You can also access this area by clicking on the Username in a Thread or post. By default, Private Messages are enabled. You can disable this feature in My Settings>Preferences> Private Messenger.

    I'm sorted, the answer must have come to me in my sleep.  I had previously 'gifted' my free employee Broadband and
    when I left BT, I lost that freebie, so now I pay phone and broadband and the phone number was set to the old number.
    Have now updated my profile and can view my account ok

    You do have the Flash player installed according to your More system details list, so Flash should be working.

  • WVC80N - Internet Gateway UPnP discovery failure message \ unable to view over the internet

    I have the WVC80N.  I recently got the new Comcast modem \ wifi but the Wifi is junk and had a lot of problems (loss connection, range etc) so I had Comcast "bridge" it so I just use my old wifi (LinkSys E1200).   I have TZO to handle remote viewing.  Everything was working great for about two weeks and we had a power outage.  Since then, I have been getting UPnP discovery message (in the status tab of the WVC80N camera site) and I am unable to view over the internet.  I get a 502 error usually but today I got extra info: "The socket connection to www.dfgehring.mylinksyscam.com failed.
    ErrorCode: 10060.  A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond."
    I had Comcast do a "repair / reset" transmission to the modem and still get the problem.
    I found these step on the forum:
      1. Home Wirless Rounter administration page, find the UnPn settings and Turn off UnPn and save it. Wait for atleast 30 sec  and go the same page and Turn it back on.
      2. On your wireless camera Adminstraion page, go to "Options" and find the UnPn if it is already disabled go ahead and "enable" it also "enable" the "Alternate web connection" and save it. If it was already enable please disable it save the settings and enable back on.
     The above 2 steps resolved my issue and I could able to view my camera from outside of my home network.
    Still no luck.  Tried it several times.
    Could the power outage reset something on the modem or router to change this?

    That's what I thought. The power outage may have set the modem, router or camera settings back to factory defaults causing it to loose connection. First thing first, call comcast and check if the modem is still on bridge mode. The modem may have been set back to a modem/router mode due to power outage.
    You may test if the remote access is properly set up in the network by going to http://ping.eu. In that site, you will see your internet ip address, take note of that. Click on port check, enter your internet ip address and the port number you used in the alternate web access port then click Go. If it says closed, there something wrong in the settings of either the router or camera. In that case, I suggest you reset the router and camera and then reconfigure them.

    unable to view captivate 8 preview>project in internet explorer.  I get 404 web page can't be found.  I haven't built an extensive layout.  I just changed the title text and subtitle text to preview in a browser.  It doesn't want to show any result.  I notice the web address is http://localhost:4932/HTML5Temp5276756792Pre/rindex.html, how do I ensure I'm pulling information from the correct location?  How do I set the parameters to get the file from the proper folder?  I have changed the cache folder location to an external hard drive and I need to know how to let internet explorer recognize where to search for the preview of a project.

    Nothing wrong with the web address. But this is a temporary address which gets generated while previewing.
    After making the changes, did you just hit a Refresh in the browser to preview the updated version? If yes, this won't work as the web address would be different for every preview. Every time you need to preview, you have to initiate it from within Captivate (shortcut for HTML5 preview is F11).

    I have tried deleting all cookies and cache several times, but nothing works. I can open Google calendar but when I click on any entry I just get a blank box. If I try to make a new event entry nothing happens. Everything works fine in Internet Explorer.
    I am really getting tired of constant problems with Firefox. Every week I have something that doesn't work. One time it's downloading videos, the next week music or email, now Google calendar. I am about ready to give up Firefox forever.

  • Why am suddenly unable to view YouTube Videos on Firefox. I am still able to view on Internet Explorer

    I am not able to view any YouTube videos on YouTube or Facebook whilst using Firefox. My Flash Player/Plugin/Shockwave Player & Javascript are all the most recent and all show as up to date and working. On selecting a video to view I now have a blank screen which I have right clicked on & notice there is an Adhoc Plus - Block Image message and wonder if this should be there as this is not the case when viewing through Internet Explorer (which still allows me to view all videos & shows that I have Flash Player installed when I right click on the same screen). I have uninstalled Firefox and reinstalled to see if this would solve the problem but this has made no difference. I have also noticed on my Firewall that Javascript is not showing as an Exception and changed this to find that this has made no difference either. I am now at a complete loss - can anyone help me please as I would like to keep using Firefox. Many thanks

    There are a number of active threads concerning the latest Flash player plugin (11.3) and the latest Firefox (13). Not all users are experiencing the same issues, but things to check include the following:
    - Conflict with Realplayer Browser Record plugin (to disable this, open Add-ons from the orange Firefox button or the classic Tools menu and look under the Extensions and Plugins categories)
    - Conflict with Flash 11.3 Protected Mode (see [http://forums.adobe.com/thread/1018071?tstart=0 Adobe Forums: How do I disable Flash Player's protected mode for Firefox?])

    I could view a streaming video using following address rtsp://138.133.71.2:554/file/ when using Quicktime 6. However, I have upgraded to Quicktime 7 Pro and I am now unable to view the streamed video. I am using Windows 2000 on a PC and streaming the video from a camera through a DSP Board to the PC. (The PC is not connect to the Internet)

    Download the Flash Player Uninstaller and Flash Player Plug-in (All other browsers) by right clicking and selecting "Save Link as".
    Close Firefox.
    Run the uninstaller.
    Run the installer to replace the plugin.
    Open Firefox and click Tools>Add-ons.
    Check under Plugins that Flash Player is "always activated".
    If it still won't load, check your other plugins. There may be an ad blocker that's preventing it.

    I have been using Firefox for about two years. For about a month now I have been unable to view any Google advertisements that run on YouTube pages alongside and under videos. This is important for my business. I would like to stay with Firefox, but this is only a problem when I use Firefox and is not a problem with Internet Explorer or Google Chrome as I checked. I tried uninstalling Firefox and all plugs ins and add ons and then reinstalling it. This did not work. Firefox seems to be blocking the Google codes that enable the ads to run on the pages.     CS2 is very old and reached its "end of life" a while back.  So probably won't run on modern operating systems.  If you can still run it, you'll need to uninstall what you have and re-install with the download link below to activate it.

  • Unable to view purchase orders in SNC for the supplier

    Hi folks,
    iam facing the problem of unable to view purchase orders in the supplier portal for my supplier.
    ECC 6.0, PI 7.0, SCM 5.0 are the systems being used.
    scenario is like :
    for plant 1000, purchase order is created on vendor 1100 and idoc sent to PI successfully
    also in PI in the integration builder i find messages saying successfully sent to SCM system
    SLG1 transaction in SCM says message received successfully, (in the log i can see the plant, supplier, order no and order details)
    when i try to login to supplier view with supplier login, iam unable to view the orders,
    please let me know if iam missing any thing in this regard.

    Does your xml posted successfully in SNC(SXI_MONITOR)... Can you open the payload document
    inbound message-payloads-maindocument
    Check thoroughly whether any error information ????
    Check whether commit of xml is proper, or else refresh PI cache
    For your internet user and the xml rfc user(user who is pushing the data into SNC), check whether any update errors are available in so01(inbox)
    It could be a temporary problem, deactivate activate your supplier service in SICF. Could be problem with binding issue
    Just to make sure data is sitting in SNC
    Check this table

    Give your po number in field order no
    If you find, then it is problem with binding...If you dont find, then the xml update process has issue

    Unable to view pdf created in Live Cycle Designer ES2.  I initially thought this was a user / OS issue when I created a document for someone who is new to a MAC laptop.  She could not view the document through email.  Unfortunately, I began seeing the same error in my own document folders when searching for another document showing as icons instead of a list.  I can open the file without a problem although I see the error she sees only while viewing the icons in my folder.  I am using a Windows 7 PC. Now, I also know that if the document is downloaded, it can be viewed.
    Other notes:
    If trying to access the form via the internet, the same error is seen through Chrome, Firefox, and Mozilla but NOT through IE
    Everyone seems to have the latest or a very recent READER
    The form is compatible with Reader versions 7 and up
    Again, downloading from the internet to the computer appears to allow the file to open properly
    Document cannot be viewed on the Galaxy Tab 2 via Chrome or the pre-installed Internet Browser, nor can it be viewed through the Reader after download to tablet. I did not try on an Apple iPad.
    All parties involved are up-to-date with virus protection.

    You're on to something KJ!  Yes the form was created in LiveCycle Designer ES2 which came bundled with my Adobe X Pro.  I began creating a new form yesterday and found that I could not preview the form, rendering this same "error" instead.  I ran a repair on my Adobe and at first it seemed to fix the issue but after making some changes to the form I tried to preview again and couldn't.  Here is what I get when I try to preview my forms in Designer ES2: 
    When I click the OK button, it then gives me that single static page as mentioned above in previous posts.
    I searched Adobe yesterday trying to figure out how I could repair the LiveCycle Designer or if there was some sort of patch that I haven't gotten but was not able to find anything.
    (Sorry for the delay in response, I've been on vacation.)

    Sorry, this is a user to user forum and we're just customers who help out when we can, so things don't always happen right away.
    Reader, Regardless of OS or device, is as the name implies, only a Reader.  There are different mail settings between Mac Mail Outlook and Thunderbird as well as Andsroid's mail app, whose name escpoaes me.
    Have you checked in the Live Cycle Forum? There are people there with FAR more experience using LC developed forms. It's part of my Creative Suite, but I've never even opened it myself.
