hy i recently upgraded my pc to windows 10 and wanted to check if there is a driver for my lapter i didnt get any result,i tried to change operation system to windows 8.1 and it is also the same it give this following error (We were unable to retrieve the list of drivers for your product. Change to Canadian App Store
1. Tap "Settings"
2. Tap "iTunes & App Stores"
3. Tap on your Apple ID
4.Tap "View Apple ID"
5. Enter your user name and password.
6. Tap "Country/Region."
7. Tap "Change Country/Region"
8. Select the country/region where you are located.
9. Tap "Done".
Note: If the change doesn't take effect, sign out of account and sign in again.

If the above doesn’t do the trick entirely, then use the instructions in the following as it applies to the version of Windows you are using:
HT1925: Removing and Reinstalling iTunes for Windows XP

Never fear, help is here jpeterson4! Have you attempted to plug your device into your home computer? Have you verified that the device is charged? Does anything appear on the device when you plug the device into a charger? Please keep us posted, thanks!

I would "guess", since you were in the middle of backing up, your backup is corrupt & most likely unusable. Only one way to find out though, & that's by trying to restore from that backup. If your pics are not there, they are gone.
