Unable to view properties of User Informaton List in SharePoint designer

Hi
I am not able t view the user information list properties in SharePoint designer. I am able to view the catalogs folder and when I right click the user list to view the properties, I am getting the SharePoint Designer cannot display the item.
Can someone please assist me ? The sharepoint server is on my machine

Express Vi "Unable to view properties"

I'm trying to create an express vi, but when I go to drop it on a block diagram I get the error: "Unable to view properties". I've seen the online document

Rebooting does nothing, and I've tried the vi on multiple machines, so it isn't something wrong with a particular installation or vi.lib. I've looked through the vi hierarchy and didn't see any vi's that might have conflicting names as anything in the vi.lib\express\express shared folder.

Interesting. It was not what I expected.
In editing your Config Page VI, it looks like you (probably accidentally) deleted an indicator that came with it. There's nothing special about it other than its type, direction, name, and connector pane connection though, so it should be easy enough to fix. It is required for the config page to launch, however.
On the main config page VI, do the following:
Scroll down a bit to part that won't be visible to the user.
Drop a new boolean indicator, I'd suggest a Round LED.
Name this indicator "Data Valid".
Connect the boolean wire coming out of your main event loop (indicates the OK button was pressed) to your "Data Valid" indicator.
On the front panel, right-click the icon in the upper-right and "Show Connector".
Connect your "Data Valid" boolean to the unwired terminal.
Save the VI.
That should get you up and going, good luck!

"Unable to view properties" Does someone knows how to fix it ?

I am student, and during my internship I have to learn and use Labview.
I work on a Macbook (mac os X snow leopard 10.6.2).
I downloaded and install the latest version of Labview, in evaluation mode. At the beginning, everything worked very well, no problems and one day (I don't know why it happens ...) I experienced this trouble.
When I create a new blank VI, on the block diagram, right click, Express< Signal Analysis < Tone measurement,
So I put this one on the block diagram, and I get this error : "Unable to view properties".
When I try to open properties window (by double clicking on it), it's the same error.
And I get the same errors for all Express modules (except "Simulate signal" and "Create histogram") but only for the express modules.

Yeah, I found any information in the Read Me document about uninstalling. But I found this on the web :
"To uninstall LabVIEW 2009, run the Uninstall.sh shell script file on the installation CD from a Terminal shell. The script prompts you to remove the files necessary to uninstall LabVIEW. If you want to keep any files you modified or added to the LabVIEW 2009 directory, save those files in another location before uninstalling LabVIEW 2009."

The problems is that I have not the uninstall.sh file on the evaluation cd (I've done a research within it). I guess it's because it's a evaluation version...
I will ask my university to get their DVD, I have already their license number.

Add two attachment field in custom list through sharepoint designer 2013

Hi all,
I want to add two attachment columns to the SharePoint 2013 custom list through SharePoint Designer 2013 (not using ribbon attachment option) only . I managed to attach single attachment column to the attachment field. But I am not able to create second
field for attachment.
for example, one column for attaching address proof and second column for identity proof.
Any help would be appreciated.

Out of the box this simply isn't going to be possible the way you seem to want it. The attachment field does allow for multiple attachment, but I can see why you'd potentially want these separated out.
Alternative:
You could instead create a link field for each. Users load the documents into a document library and then copy the URL to paste into the form. If you potentially need multiple attachments for each, you can use an InfoPath form and a repeating table.

Sharepoint list: ribbon - open "edit in infopath" and "edit list in sharepoint designer" didn't work

Hello,
when I try to open the infopath form (or design the list with sharepoint designer) and therefore click on the button in the ribbon, nothing happens. I can open sharepoint designer (programs) and then paste the link to the desired website, and also make changes
that way. But not open from the ribbon of the list.
Has anyone had the same troubles and know a solution? I use IE 11 and Office 365. I tested with a new list, added with the "list app". And of course I am administrator and owner of the list.

Unable to view properties in DRM

I created a property named 'Status' of localnode with 'Defined' property type. I added this to Essbase Property category. I was unable to view this property in DRM UI. Where as I can view this property in DRM database. Anyone can help me on this?

Get user manager in workflow SharePoint Designer 2013 for SharePoint online list item

I would like to create a workflow in SharePoint Designer 2013 for a list in a site on SharePoint online and one of the action would be to send an e-mail to the manager of the user that created an item in a list.
How can I get the manager of the user and then use it to send an e-mail?

Find Manager for this user (then output to variable:manager) Action
This is for SPD 2010 not sure if it's still available in SPD 2013

How to increase width of a list in SharePoint Designer 2013?

Hello,
I was surprised when i got a message on clicking Edit List on SharePoint saying that i need to upgrade SPD to match the SharePoint. So i started downloading the 2013 version and installed it. I was shocked noticing that there is no Design view in SPD 2013.
I was able to edit the with of the columns in SPD 2010 with the help of solution provided in the below link.

But where is the Design view in SPD 2013? I searched the whole forum before posting this question here. It says that it does not exist. OK i got it, but what is the solution??

Please create a workflow based on SharePoint 2010 platform, there is OOB action "Copy List Item" which can copy attachment to another list.
Then use "Update List Item" action to update fields value for the new item. In this action, we could use Item title to locate the newly created item. For your reference：
However, we cannot make this workflow to start automatically. As workaround, we could use SharePoint Designer to create a Custom Action in the Source List and initiate the workflow. In my test, I created a Custom Action in the type of List Item Menu. Then

Item level permission on workflow task List using sharepoint designer 2013

Hello All,
I have created a custom approval workflow. Workflow create a Task in Tasks List. Now suppose A task is assign to user1.
User2 should not able to edit\approve\reject the item.
How to give item level permission using SharePoint designer in SharePoint 2013 workflow.
SharePoint 2013 workflow doesn't have impersonation steps also.
Please suggest how to give permission on task list based on assigned To field.

In order to change permissions on a list item you'd need a sharepoint 2010 workflow according to http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/jj728659.aspx
Unfortunately this functionality is not available in SharePoint 2013 workflows :-(
The impersonation step still exists, but it is now called "App Step" in the SharePoint Designer 2013 Ribbon. This step is disabled, though, until you activate a web site feature called "Workflows can use app permissions"

Multiple User Task Process in SharePoint Designer

I have 2 Users in Approval Level , and i have created Task process for Both Users using SharePoint designer 2013.
I have selected Parallel ( All at once) option. Once Task Process created, the !st User Approved & 2nd User Rejected, The OutCome coming as Rejected.
I need an Outcome as Rejected even any one in Group Rejected the Task Process.
Please Help me on this.

By design in SharePoint, if there is a user reject the task, the task outcome will become to Rejected.
If you want to end workflow once one user reject the task, you need to change the workflow action as below:
Then when the first one reject the task, the action will be completed and the task outcome will become to Rejected.

Unable to View the Other User's Developed Interfaces

Hi All,
One of my colleague has developed 3 interfaces with his ID in Repository.
He is able to view and test all those scenarios.
but if i login with my ID means , iam unable to see those Scenarios at all in IR
Before this iam able to view if he developed any scenarios with his ID also..
But now only this problem has come,What could be the problem.

He activated all the development & tested successfully those interfaces..
All the users are having the Equal Roles only. there is no specific roles to any user.
We all have Admin roles
Before this iam able to see all the interfaces irrespective of any user's ID development.

Unable to view "Properties" for Spartan launch icon.

Build 10049 ... minor nit ... glitch
When I right-click on the pinned Spartan Quick Launch icon, I seen the normal three choices:
Project Spartan
Unpin this program
Close this window.
However, when I right-click on the top choice (Project Spartan), the expected "Properties" doesn't appear, but only the "Unpin" and "Open". That is different from pretty much every other shortcut I have experience with. On my
10049 Build, 21 of 22 Quick Launch icons can display "Properties" .... Spartan being the lone exception.
As Expected?
I was able to create Desktop icons for Spartan.exe with the "New Shortcut" mechanism, and also the "Drag from File Explorer to the Desktop". For those shortcuts, Properties was easily available.
More oddness: None of the files Spartan.exe or Spartan*.exe would actually start Spartan. When I did try to launch Spartan_broker.exe, I got an error message about "Cannot verify digital signature".
And more oddness ... when I clicked the "Submit" button for the above edit, Spartan crashed, with a new entry in the "Event Viewer". Fortunately, the contents weren't lost. Whew.

I have the same result as your in my Windows 10 Technical preview, this is the default design for Spartan, and seems this design remains in the latest 10061, please submit a feedback in Spartan about this.

Unable to View/Create Hierarchy Version (0HIER_VERS) Variable in BEx Design

Hi experts,
I have activated 0HIER_VERS InfoObject together with its variable i.e. 0P_HVER from BI Content.
I would like to use this version variable as a parameter to my Hierarchy Node Variable. However, in Variables > Hierarchy Node Variables > Variable Hierarchy Select Hierarchy Version > Version Variables, I am not able to view the Hierarchy Version variable, 0P_HVER or create any.
May I know how to view the activated variable or create a new one?

Well I got the solution from one of the SAP notes, it states that often because of the inconsistencies in the RSDIOBCIOBJ table this problem occurs and the solution to this is to execute the RSDG_IOBC_REORG function module in transaction SE37 (F8 -> single test) with the following parameters:
