Unable to view songs in Nokia C5 MobilePhone

Hi,
I downloaded the Nokia C5 PC-Suite software and connected the nokia C5 to the PC via USB and selected PC-Suite on the mobile.
When opened the Memory card, I did not see any folder with name songs. I added new folder with name songs and added few mp3 songs to the folder. Disconnected the phone. And tried to open the songs through Mplayer in phone, it does not list any songs it displays message nosongs.
Can anyone please let me know the issue here ? or the procedure to add and play songs in Nokia C5?

Well i got the procedure to list the newly added songs in C5,
Open Mplayer->Options->Refresh , it will list all the songs.

I have installed Nokia PC Suite 7.1.180.94, and want to upgrade my phone software - Nokia 6681 (I know its quite an old model!).
I am able to synchronize contacts (on memory card), and want to take backup of my Messages (in phone memory) before I upgrade - since everything will be cleanup after upgrade.

Well, I'm not exactly sure what happened but I think I've got it fixed for now.
FWIW, I went to Mail -> Preferences and clicked on the Accounts -> Advanced tabs. The "Enable this Account" box was checked just like always. I unchecked it, saved the changes, and exited Mail.
Then I went back to Mail -> Preferences -> Accounts -> Advanced, checked the "Enable this Account" box once again and saved the changes. Now it works just fine!

Unable to view Songs in Content Screen in iTunes

When I connect any Shuffle to iTunes, the Setting screen displays information accurately. However the Content screen is empty of any songs, even though the Setting screens shows that I have used up disk space for my songs. When I then try to add a new song, all the existing songs on my shuffle are erased and only the new song is now found when I play the shuffle. Why would this be happening?

No. That is what I noticed. If they are in the library the contents of the shuffle display. When I remove them, the songs no longer display on the shuffle.
When I use an iPod classic, I see the songs on my iPod, even though they are not in my libary. Its only in the shuffle that they seem to need to be in the library. Is this the way the shuffle works, versus the classic?

Unable to download music fron Nokia Music app

Hi I am unable to download songs from Nokia Music application on my Lumia 520.
It says "Your phone is already registered with a Nokia Music Unlimited Subscrption".
What should I do?

Just to verify, did you purchase the phone brand new or 2nd hand? The reason why we ask this is because it is possible that the phone has been registered by its previous owner. The Nokia Music Unlimited (NMU) subscription is linked to the Nokia account and the IMEI number of the device that has been used to activate the service.
Do you have another Nokia account aside from the one that is currently signed in with the device? If yes, can you remember if you have signed it in on your device?

I have been having a lot of trouble with the latest itunes update and my ipod classic 80Gb i.e. being unable to sync songs, but now i have no files at all on my ipod, it is completely blank when i view it from my computer. I need help, please, anybody.

As it says above, i have been having a lot f trouble with my ipod classic and the latest itunes update, i was unable to sync songs or anything to it and have tried every conceivable 'fix' i could find. i have run an itunes diagnostic and the results are posted below. a major problem is that when i try and view my ipod through my computer it displays nothing at all on the ipod, no files or anything, this may be the problem but i have no idea how it has happened or how i could resolve it.
This ipod holds huge sentimental value and i am loathe to buy a new one! If anybody can help it is greatly appreciated, than kyou in advanced.

Here is what worked for me:
My usb hub, being usb2, was too fast. I moved the wire to a usb port directory on my pc. That is a usb1 port which is slow enough to run your snyc.

Unable to view music videos in iTunes on mac

I have iTunes on a G5 Mac Pro It is on the latest version of 10.5 with the most recent update to iTunes. I am unable to view music videos many of which I purchased from the iTMS or came with music CD's as extras some are m4v others are mp4.
If on import I set the option for format as being Music Video I cannot get the videa to launch double clicking on the video gives a picture in the album cover window but does not launch the video viewer nor does the video play. I dont often view music videos just Movies or TV Shows and last time I did I recall Music Videos playing they opened in a seperate window and there was once a setting in preferences where you could choose if a video launched in a new window or used on in iTunes.
I have used the info window to change the video type to standard movie and then going back to the file in iTunes double clicking launches the video in full screen mode. Once I then set back to Music Video it reverts to refusing to play.
In any format the file plays in Quicktime
Any suggestions pointing to where the problem may lie would be welcome. I cant see any relevant settings to set how a video displays in either menus or Preferences other than ensuring video window stays on top. It maybe in one of the many upgrades this Mac and iTunes has had the settings have been corrupted.

They will not show up in a separete category in iTunes. This is because the videos will show up as songs so that you can play the audio portion of a video without the video. Try it.

Unable to view messages present in inbox/sent/draf...

Unable to view messages available in inbox/Sent items/draft & even reports If i send a SMS to a group say group has more than 5 contacts and click on send button.
No message appears when i open sent items, reports or inbox after messages are sent.
To view messages again i have to restart my phone.

Hope some one can help, have made several posting on this subject but generated no reply? Am running on version 2.1.0.87: o/s XP: nokia 5800 :   when I sync with my phone all records transfer but I am unable to view my pictures or album art on ovi suite, just see grey default image . As with all things of this nature, no software vendor can forever remain compatible with every historical PC platform...XPSP2 has indeed been dropped from compatibility with the current version of the RIM Desktop Software. Your choices are:
Update to XPSP3 (which, if I recall correctly, is completely free)
Fall back to a version of the Desktop Software that is compatible with XPSP2...you can find older versions here:

Sorry, but I no longer recall exactly which versions support which XP levels...you will have to do some experimenting I suspect.

Unable to download song message on my iphone 4 (only 1 song from an album)

I purchased an album from the iTunes and 1 song out of the whole album keeps saying "Unable to download song"
It also appears that that song is indeed already downloaded ?

I have the same issue, and reported it over 2 weeks ago, but if you read all the topics on this forum it is clear it is a widespread issue, and they don't know how to fix it.
Come on Apple, this is silly now, iPhone 5's are not cheap and too have no music at all is pretty bad! Even my 5 year old Nokia can do that!

Unable to view Compilation Album as whole album

Unable to view Compilation Album as whole album in Itunes...it wants to separate each track by artist.
In general the new itunes has been very frustrating.
I miss being able to just click the heading and see everything in simple list view.
They tried to simplify itunes but made it more frustrating and complicated.
Is there no way to use older versions?

Switch to the Songs view, tick View > Column Browser > Group Compilations, then revert to the view you were in previously.

Unable to view album artwork

Hi there,
I am unable to use the album artwork feaure to it's full capacity.I am able to view only selected artwork. For example, I'm able to see all the album work from the songs I bought and downloaded from iTunes. But I can't see the artwork from audio cds in which I imported into my iTunes library. I already updated my ipod to 1.2, my iTunes to 4.9 and checked the box where it states "to view album artwork" and still nothing. In addition, I noticed that when I try to view the artwork when I actually place an audio cd in the computer and click on "show artwork" I get the following message "Album artwork is not modifiable."
Before I got the ipod 20gb with color display, I had an ipod 20gb...could that past history be part of the reason why I'm unable to view the artwork??

It sounds like you may not realize that for CD's you add to iTunes yourself, you have to add the artwork yourself as well.
One way to do this is to find the album cover at a web site such as amazon.com. Save the artwork on your computer, a new folder called
i Album covers
might be helpful for this purpose.
Now it's time to get the artwork into iTunes. Select
b Library
in the
i Source List
and click on the
b Browse
icon in the top right corner of iTunes.
Now select the CD in the Browse pane and press the
b Ctrl
and
b I
keys at the sqame time.
After confirming that you want to edit information for multiple items, you will be taken to the
i Multiple Song Information
window. Double-click the large
b Artwork
box and then navigate to the image you downloaded from amazon.com and confirm that's the image you want.
You will now be able to view the artwork in iTunes by selecting Edit menu > Show Artwork and it should be on your iPod the next time you synch with iTunes.

Sounds like you have abn expired credit card linked o yoru accopunt.
View your iTunes account payment info and select None for the CC.
You may need to first add a valid card number before you can remove it.

Have you tried reinstalling the update?
Please connect your device to Nokia Suite and reinstall the current firmware from the updates tab. If that does not do the trick, please fully back up your data (Tools > Back up). And hard reset device: type *#7370# on the keypad. Default lock code is 12345.
