Unable to view subscribed channel

I am unable to view a channel that is part of my Essentials Channel Package: NFL Network. I called the number on the screen and entered the code however the automated voice responds that the channel is not part of my package. It is Sunday so I am unable to receive help via telephone support. Any tips or advice to help me with my dilemma would be very appreciative.

Sorry to say ... the only way I've ever been able to fix a "subscription" related issue like that is to call the billing department and have them take a look at what you're supposed to have vs what's been provisioned for your STB.

    Finally, sometimes video and audio problems are caused at a lower level and not directly related to Flash Player.  I recommend trying both of the links below to see how they perform.  If the problem exists with both, then Flash Player is most likely not the culprit as the HTML5 video link does not use Flash Player when playing.  You can verify the use of HTML5 by right clicking the HTML5 video and looking for the words "About HTML5" at the bottom of the context menu.

  • Certain countries are unable to view iWeb's blog, etc.

    Hi,
    I've been using iWeb for a while and I chose to keep a log for business with this product. I can't seem to locate a way to contact apple about iWeb so I hope I can get advice here. Many countries outside of the US are able to view the entire iWeb project that I've been working on, lately, it has come to my attention that a few key countries are unable to view and/or subscribe to rss. France/Netherlands/Spain in particular are unable to view the mobileme or apple set up. I have this set up on a personal domain, properly and people in the USA are able to view everything. What can be done? Do I keep iWeb as the news generator? I'm not sure what to do.

    I've had several people, mostly in France (a couple others) who say "I'm unable to see this site."
    Are you totally sure these people are using the correct url? You could ask them to email you what appears in the browser address bar and the exact error message they are seeing.

  • Unable to find communication channel -XI adapter

    Hi Experts,
    I am doing a file - proxie scenario.
    I am unable to view the communucation channel I created for XI.
    I tried to refresh the Start complete cache refresh and tried to refresh the cache in IR and ID.
    I am able to see my Service(business sytem) in SXI _CACHE.

       What you hav created XI communication channel not visible in ID or RWB?? its not possible to monitor XI communication ,as already Suraj answered the reason,its not part of JAVA stack.

  • Unable to view and access files

    Since updating to Yosemite on my MacBook Pro (early 2011), I have been unable to view and access files on my time capsule. I can still access my backups through Time Machine, but not able to view or access the files that I saved onto the device (by method of copy and paste from my laptop hard drive to the TM). Before the "upgrade" to Yosemite I used to open Time Machine, close it, and then the icon of the TM (just like a typical external hard drive) would show up on the desktop. I would double click and open the TM icon and be able to view all the files that I saved onto the hard drive of the TM, as well as a folder that said "Time Machine Backups." Now, all I see now is my MacBrook Pro Icon and a folder named "File Server." and when I double click on either icon there is nothing to view. Please help!

    Try this..
    Reset the TC to factory and redo the setup.. I strongly recommend the following setup.
    Factory reset universal
    Power off the TC.. ie pull the power cord or power off at the wall.. wait 10sec.. hold in the reset button.. be gentle.. power on again still holding in reset.. and keep holding it in for another 10sec. You may need some help as it is hard to both hold in reset and apply power. It will show success by rapidly blinking the front led. Release the reset.. and wait a couple of min for the TC to reset and come back with factory settings. If the front LED doesn’t blink rapidly you missed it and simply try again. The reset is fairly fragile in these.. press it so you feel it just click and no more.. I have seen people bend the lever or even break it. I use a toothpick as tool.
    N.B. None of your files on the hard disk of the TC are deleted.. this simply clears out the router settings of the TC.
    Setup the TC again.
    ie Start from a factory reset. No files are lost on the hard disk doing this.
    Then redo the setup from the computer with Yosemite.
    1. Use very short names.. NOT APPLE RECOMMENDED names. No spaces and pure alphanumerics.
    eg TCgen5 and TCwifi for basestation and wireless respectively.
    Even better if the issue is more wireless use TC24ghz and TC5ghz with fixed channels as this also seems to help stop the nonsense. But this can be tried in the second round.
    2. Use all passwords that also comply but can be a bit longer. ie 8-20 characters mixed case and numbers.. no non-alphanumerics.
    3. Ensure the TC always takes the same IP address.. you will need to do this on the main router using dhcp reservation.. or a bit more complex setup using static IP in the TC. But this is important.. having IP drift all over the place when Yosemite cannot remember its own name for 5 min after a reboot makes for poor networking. If the TC is main router it will not be an issue.
    4. Check your share name on the computer is not changing.. make sure it also complies with the above.. short no spaces and pure alphanumeric.. but this change will mess up your TM backup.. so be prepared to do a new full backup. Sorry.. keep this one for second round if you want to avoid a new backup.
    5. Mount the TC disk in the computer manually.
    In Finder, Go, Connect to server from the top menu,
    Type in SMB://192.168.0.254 (or whatever the TC ip is which you have now made static. As a router by default it is 10.0.1.1 and I encourage people to stick with that unless you know what you are doing).
    You can use name.. SMB://TCgen5.local where you replace TCgen5 with your TC name.. local is the default domain of the TC and doesn't change.
    However names are not so easy as IP address.. nor as reliable. At least not in Yosemite they aren't. The domain can also be an issue if you are not plugged or wireless directly to the TC.
    6. Make sure IPv6 is set to link-local only in the computer. For example wireless open the network preferences, wireless and advanced / TCP/IP.. and fix the IPv6. to link-local only. If you use ethernet also do it for ethernet.. this is important.

    I have given somewhat more specific instructions which I believe are important.
    With the TC manually mounted can you access the files??
    If not please tell me and I will continue to think how to change permissions.
    But please if you can at least open a directory and tell me what the permissions are currently set to.
    eg. This is a directory on my TC.

    Please help...every time I click help icon in my blackberry pearl unable to view >>Error starting net_rim_bb_hel p:Module'net_rim_ecmas cript' not found..... and also the picture every time I view the picture unable to display file /media Card/Blackberry/pictures/ and is they same with music.     First, try a simple reboot:
    With the BlackBerry device powered ON, remove the battery a few seconds and then reinsert the battery to reboot.
    Try all those again, and if the issues persist, please post back here in this thread.

    Hope some one can help, have made several posting on this subject but generated no reply? Am running on version  2.1.0.87: o/s XP: nokia 5800 :   when I sync with my phone all records transfer but I am unable to view my pictures or album art on ovi suite, just see grey default image .     As with all things of this nature, no software vendor can forever remain compatible with every historical PC platform...XPSP2 has indeed been dropped from compatibility with the current version of the RIM Desktop Software. Your choices are:
    Update to XPSP3 (which, if I recall correctly, is completely free)
    Fall back to a version of the Desktop Software that is compatible with XPSP2...you can find older versions here:

    Sorry, but I no longer recall exactly which versions support which XP levels...you will have to do some experimenting I suspect.

    Your issue has been escalated to a Verizon agent. Before the agent can begin assisting you, they will need to collect further information from you. Please go to your profile page for the forum and look at the top of the middle column where you will find an area titled "My Support Cases".   • Unable to view some ESPNFC content on Firefox Beta23, probably Flash/JS issue?

    SO I am unable to view some ESPNFC.com Content(And a few other websites which i do not recollect at the moment) when i click on any new links from home page(No Image displayed)
    It works just fine on Chrome and IE-10, I am on the Beta Update channel (Version 23) and have tried the following:
    -Updated all plugins / uninstalled and installed Flash and Java Plugins
    -Reset Firefox , Started with safemode,uninstalled, removed all plugins like Flashblock and AdBlock
    -Tried everything from here: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-issues-with-plugins-fix-problems
    - Also tried a variety of options from Google including updating About:Config etc etc, nothing seems to work
    I can provide a list of all my plugins if that helps but since i have tried removing all plugins/add on's and it didnt work I do not know if that would be of any help.
    I would have loved to post some screenshots to show the exact nature of issue, nevertheless it would be gretaly appreciated if any one help..
    I am using Lenovo(Ideapad p400 Touch) windows 8 machine and have had this issue since first day i got the machine.

    Just adding some screenshots for the issue on Firefox and working verson of the same on Chrome.
    One interesting thing i noted is the url changes on Firefox (adds a topid to the link ,bu chrome and IE keep the url as http://espnfc.com/?cc=5901 when i switch to the stories on the home page)
    Also, this issue only happens to the stories on home page, website seems to work fine on other pages.

  • Z10 unable to view contacts

    Have a new Z10 and unable to view contacts, this is the case for migrated contacts or manually entered.  It appears that the contacts are on the Z10, since they show up as conflicts when using Blackberry Link sync.  Unfortunately the contacts don't appear on the device under any view setting including "All".
    Any suggestions?

    Other than "ALL", what other tabs do you have in your Contacts app?
    Also, do this, open your Contacts app.
    Swipe down from the top > Settings.
    In the "Show in Contact List" turn OFF all contact sources... turn off each one.
    Tap the BACK button at bottom left and can you see ANY contacts? Any that you seemed to be missing before?

    I think you will find that what the message says is true, You can watch it on TV but there is a lot of content that media providers are not allowed to show not only sport. As BT took over ESPN I expect the contract has been in place for a few years and there's nothing BT can do about it.
    Sky are in the same boat, They can't show the Simpsons, certain films on the SyFy channel, they also can't show early games from golf in USA on the mobile platform but you can watch them on their sports xtra channel on a pc/laptop. Some new films are the same.
    So this is not BT's fault.
    sky twitter account a customer ask why sky go streams are worst then sd and yet bt and eurosports apps stream in hd. Reply from mod, oh thats easy the files for hd are some huge that sky go can't play them and no app can stream hd due to this and so when they say they are they're really sd streams, if there was any way around this we would have done it now.

  • Unable to View .mod files in Photoshop Elements 11, can see they are there but no picture, I import them into Premiere and all OK ?

    I have hundreds of .mod files which are supported but I am unable to view them on my Adobe Photoshop Elements 11. I cant see the picture icons as pictures or see the vision when i select them? I am running the latest Windows 8.1 PC with heaps of Ram and memory. If I import the files into Premiere they play fine?

    I did re-set the prefs - but to no avail
    I checked and my graphics driver and audio is all up to date.
    No sure how to verify Windows Media Player's hardware acceleration options. I opened WMP Options /Perfformance tab and under Cd the DirX tab is checked.
    Running Windows Vista - so does the same caution apply regarding a re-install of Windows Media Components and DirectX ?
    Appreciate your help with this somewhat frustrating issue. I am converting some old 8mm film to avi with the hope of doing some edits then burning to DVD.

    I am trying to import some tables from the external metadata from my CDC enabled datastore, but after importing the tables i m unable to view the data in the table,
    where as the same table in a normal datastore (Without CDC) is showing data in the Desginer.
    Can anyone help me out???
    is there any settings which we need to do, to see the data in a CDC enabled DS.

  • Unable to view streaming video

    I could view a streaming video using following address rtsp://138.133.71.2:554/file/ when using Quicktime 6. However, I have upgraded to Quicktime 7 Pro and I am now unable to view the streamed video. I am using Windows 2000 on a PC and streaming the video from a camera through a DSP Board to the PC. (The PC is not connect to the Internet)

    Download the Flash Player Uninstaller and Flash Player Plug-in (All other browsers) by right clicking and selecting "Save Link as".
    Close Firefox.
    Run the uninstaller.
    Run the installer to replace the plugin.
    Open Firefox and click Tools>Add-ons.
    Check under Plugins that Flash Player is "always activated".
    If it still won't load, check your other plugins. There may be an ad blocker that's preventing it.
