Unable To View Templates Installed By Dreamweaver

Question

I Am new to Dreamweaver (I have used Frontpage) and just
installed V8.02, so please bear with me. I have looked into the
Help Files and Searched Forums, but cannot find the answer.
When I try to base a website (or a page) on a Template, The
list appears empty (see Link Below):
Use
A Default Template
I Saved a webpage as index.html and attempted to use: "Modify
>Templates>Apply Templates To Page...." and got the results
below:
Apply
Template to Page
It does not list any templates....
What am I Doing Wrong?

Where did you get these templates?
DW uses the following setup for templates -
* the template must be named with a *.dwt extension
* the template must be saved in the Templates folder which is
at the root
level of your currently selected site. If you have not yet
defined a DW
site, please do that first.
* all links in the template files must BE CORRECT BASED ON
THE TEMPLATE
FILE. Thus, a link to an image in the template file must look
like this -
<img src="../images/image.jpg"
or this -
<img src="/images/image.jpg"
or this -
<img src="
http://www.example.com/images/image.jpg"
* if you have a *.dwt file in the Templates folder at the
root level of the
current site, it will appear in the list of templates
available for that
site.
You need to satisfy those conditions first.
