Unauthorised payment through paypal account

Today I received emails for two payments USD 60 each through my paypal account. Just before that got a mail from Skype saying that"Registered e-mail sucessfully updated" however when i tried to contact Skype customer support, unfortunately it didn't work even after more than 10 efforts through different browsers.
I already access to my Skype account and noted that the hacker has changed the primary e-mail. So I changed my e-mail and passwords immediately and deactivate the paypal link to skype account. Also reported to Paypal.
Can you please advise what will happen to the amount charged to my paypal account?

I have the exact same problem. I got an email that my primary email on my Skype account has been updated and shortly after there was a 50 EUR charge against my Paypal account. I have since done email and password updates to my Skype account and severed the link to Paypal.
Question is, how do I redeem my 50 EUR? Skype/Microsoft does not seem to offer any direct support for cases were accounts are taken over and users are robbed of their money. Instead we are asked to make a post on a community page which just horrible.
Skype should not offer up functionality for a fee if they can't support customers when their accounts are being hi-jacked.

While anything is possible if you had enough money... NOPE, you can't change the CPUs to Intel, nor can you get any faster PPC upgrades for it. It'd be far cheaper to buy a new IntelMac than to replace everything inside the G5, and I mean just about everything, then figure out how to machine the case & such to mount Intel Logic Board, Graphic Card & such.

How to make vendor payment through different Account IDs of the same House Bank?
When I am using F-58 T.code for making vendor payment.Only i can see house Bank but no option to select different account ID.
under one house bank i have 7 account ID and each account have different Payment method like check, wire Transfer,Electronic fund Transfer etc.
What is the solution for this.

Payment through paypal on Blackberry App World

Hi All,
Im using my playbook to buy an apps on the Blackberry App World but does not succeed. I have the message Payment entcountered with Paypal authorization.
I have used Paypal for other online purchases and its fine. I'd called the Paypal hel centre, and they told me I suppose to get some kind of authorization from Seller for them to activate the preapprove payment.
Anyone? Please help!

I had the same problem.
I had to update my payment information in PayPal (expiration date of my credit card not valid) to correct the problem.

How to make vendor payment through different Account IDs of the same House Bank?
When I am using F-58 T.code for making vendor payment. But only 2 Bank accounts only possible to take.
Payment method, Currency, House Bank will be the same but 22 types of Account IDs are there.
So, when I am assigning them in FBZP> Bank Account determination, the system is not accepting.
What is the solution for this.

Client wants to make payment daily from many bank accounts from same house bank. For this F-58 T.Code is using.
But here, Same house bank, Same payment method, Same currency but, different account IDs.

Can I make a purchase with my bank account through paypal?

Hi guys just wanted to know if I can make a purchase on iTunes/App Store with paypal but having my bank account as the primary funding source? Anyone tried this? Reason I ask this here is for a quick response 'cause I can't wait till Apple Costumer Service answer through the e-mail.

If you're in the US, you should be able to use PayPal, and to the best of my knowledge the iTunes Store doesn't know nor care from where your PayPal account derives the funds. If you're not in the US, then PayPay is not an available payment option.
It's risky, though, in my opinion to allow any automatic draw directly from your bank account. Unlike with credit cards where there's legal liability as to how much you're liable for in the event of an unauthorized charge, there is no protection when using a service such as PayPal. So you'll be dependent on PayPay's resolution process in case of a disputed charge and if they refuse, you have little recourse.

PAYMENT PROCESSING? Paid with DEBIT?VISA instant transfer ( don't have a paypal account? option) help!!!

ON the 27th I paid for an item I won (over 1000 dollars) by debit/visa option not from my paypal account. It usually is instant but this time it says PAYMENT PROCESSING BY PAYPAL??? I've contacted ebay and paypal numerous times as this is the first time it has happened.... paypal assures me that the payment went through and is completed ... while ebay could not give me an answer besides waiting for the system to update or it could be a glitch and might never update. I've contact my seller but he is adamant on holding the item until it is cleared by ebay... The money is already out of my account and in his (according to paypal) What should I do.. HELP!

The seller is well within his rights to hold shipment until the payment is cleared by Paypal and your bank.
However, if the problem is that Paypal is holding the cleared payment (in escrow, basically), he is required to ship within 7 days. Paypal will release enough money to purchase a shipping label, but he will not get the full payment for up to 21 days after clearance.
Many new sellers can't understand this, but it is a protection for the buyer (and PP) against crooks who take the money and run.
Mostly it affects new sellers, sellers in high fraud categories and high value items. It may also affect experienced sellers who suddenly sell an high price item when normally they sell realatively low value items. (Because that can be a sign of a hijacked account.)
Your seller seems to fall into the flagged category. He will not have any money released to him for 21 days. Tell him you want a refund and buy elsewhere. You don't need to deal with someone who prefers his own rules to the contract we all sell under.

I viewed my account and found that my account is a paypal account. I also found that the last billing date was 19th Jul, which is just about a day ago. However, I couldn't find the transaction records on my paypal account, neither can I find any detailed info on the receipt for 19th Jul. Well today I was finally notified from Paypal that my payment went through, and so far I haven't seen the blue warning bar for hours, so I think the problem is solved :-)

I think you will find that you have to have a debit/credit card stored on yur account regardless of whether your have iTunes Credit or want to purchase a free App. I don't know why, I assume its for ID verification or is part of the terms and conditions. I occasionally have to re-verify my credit card info even when just trying to run Update on one of my Apps or like I said downloading a free App.

I live in Pakistan. Paypal is not available here. I intend to move to Australia in the future from where I will sign up for a Paypal account. Since I have started working for a company that pays through Paypal, I have to use my email address to receive payments, without being able to set up a new Paypal account.So, please tell me how long I can receive payments on my email address before I use the address to set up a Paypal account. What are the limitations, if any, of receiving payments on an email address before setting up a Paypal account with it? I did contact support before posting here. They gave me a list of unrelated FAQs.

The short answer is 30 days, however... the payment will be unclaimed and the sender can cancel an unclaimed payment. When a PayPal payment is sent to an email address which is not linked to a PayPal account, the payment will be unclaimed until the email address is linked to a PayPal account, or the sender cancels the payment, or 30 days has elapsed at which time the payment will be returned to the sender. -Sandy

Hello, I have had no problems with receiving payments from my eBay buyers until today. A payment has been pending for a week sp I logged into PayPal to see what was going on. The transaction details said the payment was unclaimed. When I went to claim the payment, PayPal asked me to verify my account by linking it to my bank account. My PayPal account is already linked to my bank account. Not sure why all of this sudden this is an issue. Any help would be appreciated.

You can have up to 8 bank accounts attached to your paypal account. So if you know how much you have earned per business you can withdraw that amount to one bank account and the rest to a different bank account. Hope that is what you meant. Divide a Paypal payment on several accounts

Hi everyone, I'm currently integrating a Paypal payment on a webapp with IPN for notifications. All works fine, a customer can click on "Pay with Paypal" button, and will be redirected on his Paypal account to finish the payment. Now, I would know if is there a way to receive his payment divided on 2 Paypal accounts ? Something like 90% of the total payment on the first account, and 10% for the other... Maybe it's not directly possible with a simple Paypal button, but maybe with the IPN notification, could I programmatically send a certain amout of the verified payment on an other account ? Thank you.

Is this payment due to be made? I mean, should customer have done this payment?
If so, I would run it from FB01, as described above. If it was an incorrect payment, that you will have to reverse it to your customer, I would create a credit memo and clear it further.
Please, give more details regarding your business scenario. Will be easier to help you.
Also, if your account is managed by open item, try FB05. Transaction to be processed: Incoming Payment
