Unauthorized charge from itune to my credit card

An unouthorized charge by  itune was made yesterday to my credit card the receipt number is 149031050967 and is with $9.99. The seller is mini clip.cpm and the item is Fragger unlock all world. The type is  in app purchase. Could you please provide me with
              A. Who ordered this purchase
              B. His name and his address,
              C. How did he got my account number with iTunes and who authorized with this purchase
              D. The name of the owner of the iPad who download this Fragger....etc the name to whom the iPad is registered
In the mean time, Cancel this charge and Return the charge to my credit card.
I am waiting to hear from you

This is a user forum.  If you believe the charge is fraudulent, contact your credit card company and dispute the charge.  Also change your iTunes password immediately.

    Recently I changed my debit card and my credit card because unauthorized charged from iTunes. I just got my new credit card 3 days ago, never been used for any online purchase. I am scare to input my credit card for any kind of purpose. Today I found out online, I have pending unauthorized charged from iTunes. I own iPad and iPhone, I have never purchased any iTunes .When I bought my iPad and my iPhone, I never entered my credit card and my debit card number on Apple profile. I had downloaded free APP only. I don't understand why I'm getting charged from iTunes. I never received proof of purchased. On my Apple information, I have only provided name and my addresses. When I sent email to apple support, the customer service told me to check my purchased history. It doesn't make any sense to me, my purchased history from iTunes is ZERO downloaded. On my bank account had 10 unauthorized charges, all were from iTunes. In my credit card (old card had 1 charged) and now the new one has 1 pending charge. What's is going on?? Can anyone help me please...

    If these charges are being made to a credit or debit card, the most immediate thing you need to do is to call your credit card company or bank and report the unauthorized charges. That company can contact Apple if they need additional information.
    Also, log into your iTunes Store account and see if the purchases are reflected in the Purchase History. If they are, immediately change the password to your iTunes Store account, making sure it's not something easily guessed or looked up. Then go here:

    and follow the instructions to report the issue to the iTunes Store.
    If the charges are not reflected in the Purchase History, then it's most likely a fraudulent charge to your credit card directly rather than an unauthorized purchase through your iTunes Store account in which case it will be up to your bank to handle.

    You can check the purchase history on your account via the Store > View Account menu option on your computer's iTunes, though I'm not sure if that shows auto-renewing subscriptions. Have you added or changed your credit card details on your account (when you do then a small temporary store holding charge may be applied to check that the details are correct and valid, which should disappear within a few days) ?     Creating an iTunes Store, App Store, iBookstore, and Mac App Store account without a credit card - http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2534 - only works for new accounts!  You must follow the instructions exactly.
    Since you already have an account you probably don't want to make another one (you cannot merge them later).  Or I guess you could for the sake of the free stuff and then carefully manage your accounts in future.

    You've checked the purchase history on your account to see what app(s) they are from ? If you log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option, you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it.          Last night my daughter was trying to log in to take care or some apps she has. While she was doing so, she got a message that said credit card was declined. Three time that popped up on her. then I tired with my credit card, and the same thing happened. So I left it and tired calling. But do you think there could be a person to talk with **** NO. Now I am stuck doing this. So anyway's sorry to rant, I Checked my checking account today and found there were a charge from itunes of $1.38 on it. I then looked at my daughter account and found 3 charges of the same amount. Mine ended up getting a overdraft fee of $35.00.

    Is the credit card registered to exactly the same name and address (including format and spacing etc) that you have on your iTunes account, it was issued by a bank in your country and you are currently in that country ? If it is then you could check with the card issuer to see if it's them that are declining it, and if not then try contacting iTunes support and see if they know why it's being declined : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Account Management

    Select the content which is causing a problem and use the 'Report a problem' button in Your Purchase History on your computer.
    Currently, if your purchase happens to be your most recent purchase you will not be redirected to the report form, in this case use the report a problem option from the invoice that was emailed to you.

    You've checked the purchase history on your account via your computer's iTunes : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option, you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it. Click on that and you should then see a list of your purchases.

    If nothing shows on your iTunes purchase history (you don't have a Mac and have any purchases in the Mac App Store), and you only have the one account, then you should contact your card issuer.
