Unauthorized creation of username under my email address

Someone else created an account using my email address. I now have control of the account, but it has someone else's information and I never intended to sign up, so I would like to cancel this account. Thanks.

Hi jchriste1
I'll arrange for this account to be cancelled.
Thanks

  • I ordered a new iphone under my email address, not signed in.  I'm not able to view my receipt

    Hi
I ordered a new iphone under my email address but as a guest,
I can see tracking of my order, but when I choose to get a receipt, I need to sign in and there's no information about my order / receipt. what to do???

I have had the problem now for 3months I thought it might be my old iPhone 5 so I upgraded to a iphone6.I took it to a Verizon store and waited for about 1 hour and they could not fix it I know my settings a spot on but every time to try and reset it the same old username or passord is incorrect message pops up so I thought I would try and get in by the back door I tried the yahoo E mail app but I still only receive about 2 or three E mails When I go on my laptop and check there was 120 unread. Also every time I go to a Verizon site I can't get in to my E mail account for all the commercial pages diverting me elsewhere Does anyone in Verizon have an answer? I really don't want to try and fix it by going to a Verizon page that is only going to try and sell me something or how much my bill is.Verizon if you read this we need help! Not commercials.

  • How do we have seperate Apple ID's under one email address?

How do "marry" seperate accounts under one email address? For instance, my wife has her Apple ID under our email but the system will not let me establish my own apple account using the same email. What to do?

    You don't.
You will need a separate email address.

Are you sure ? As far as I know an Apple ID can only be associated with one email address.
Go to My Apple ID and click Manage your account

  • I can't restore my phone because iCloud under old email address

Tried updating phone last night and for some reason it stopped and froze on the plug into iTunes sign. Done this and after 3 hours it finally got recognised by iTunes. This morning I tried to restore phone but iCloud is under old email address and won't let me log in because password can not be remembered. Tried resetting password but it's saying my DOB is incorrect, which it isn't!
Please someone help as I'm pulling my hair out and need all my details back on phone for work. Xx

    Hello Catmac82,
It sounds like the date of birth you are entering is returning as incorrect when you are trying to reset your password. You can also answer your security questions to reset the password as well:
If you know the answers to your security questions
Go to My Apple ID (appleid.apple.com).
    Click "Reset your password."
Enter your Apple ID and click Next.
Select "Answer security questions" as your authentication method. Click Next.
Select the birth date associated with your Apple ID, then click Next to begin answering your security questions.
After answering your security questions, you will be asked to enter and confirm your new password. Click Reset Password when done.

yes, the software is on your Mac but it isnt licenced or owned by you so the digital rights management system Apple employs is blocking the application from being used. Its to stop illegal distribution of downloaded software.
my only suggestion is to phone Apple and see if they can transfer ownership

  • My Daughter has an Ipod and when I set up the account before giving her the gift for Xmas I set it up under my email address, now I have an iphone 4 and I want to have my own account for itunes. Is there any way 2 do this w/ two separate accts, same email

My daughter got an Ipod for Xmas and I set up the apple account before hand & used my email address to set it up, now I have purchased an Iphone 4 and I want to have a separate itunes for my music.... is there a way to have two separate itunes accounts under the same email address?

Thanks.  I have my iPad on my lap and her iPod in my hand. We can FaceTime each other but it won't let either of us message each other. I know mine is activated as I use it frequently. I have activated hers as well. Maybe I will put it in the too hard basket for tonight, sleep on it and try again tomorrow.

  • Can't change my username to my email address

I am experiencing a problem that looks fairly unique. I've searched all around and haven't found any similar cases.
I have an iTunes account with username albedoa associated with a verified email address which I will refer to as email. I know that iCloud will require a username in email format, so I wanted to switch my username to email. In my account settings, I saw this option:
Make your Apple ID and primary email address one and the same.
Your Apple ID will be easier to remember, and your account will be easier to access and manage.
Change your Apple ID and primary email address to:
    email
I clicked the Submit button, and nothing happened. I tried it in both Chrome and Safari, but each time the page would reload and my username would still be shown as albedoa. If I tried to edit the username directly to reflect email, I received the following error:
This email address is already in use or you may already have an Apple ID associated with this email address. Please try again or sign in using your existing Apple ID.
So I made a new account with the username email and associated it to the email address email (the same as the other account). However, I cannot install my purchased apps using that account because they were purchased using my other account. What is going on here? How am I to retain my purchases when iCloud is activated? I don't have a MobileMe account.
    Thanks!

OK I figured out a workaround. Here are the steps:
    1. Go to iforgot.apple.com and retrieve/reset the password for the 'email address' account that you want ([email protected] let's say).
    2. Once you have the password for the 'email address' account login to appleid.apple.com using the email address login.
    3. Change the username/primary email to another email address that you have access too that is different from the email you want your primary AppleID to be.
    4. Verify the change from step 3 by clicking on the link in the confirmation email.
    5. Login to appleid.apple.com using your primary, non-email address account and click 'edit' next to the Apple ID field and change it to match the email you want.
    6. Click Save Changes at the bottom.

  • How can i change my appleid username from one email address to another

I seem to have one email address ([email protected] ) showing on my iphone, but the email attached to the itunes on my pc (and my store credit card) is [email protected]
How do I change the iphone email to the itunes email?
    Thanks

Sign out of your Apple ID under Settings - iTunes & App Stores, and then enter the new ID you're using with the pw.
Ignore the post above this one.

  • Updated Apple ID username with new email address.  Now unable to update iPhone apps

I updated the email address for my apple ID.  Now, when I go to update apps on my iphone it still tries the old username/email address and and authentication fails.  Therefore, how do I update the username on my MAC Mini, iTunes, and iPhone so that it defaults to using the correct username/email address to authenticate to my apple ID account?
    Thanks

So basically, I cannot change the email I use as my login email for my apple ID?  That does not seem to make any sense?  What happens if someone does not have access to their old email?  I guess that is my real question, how can I change the email address I use for my apple ID and still use all my applications?

  • Changing the Username for an email address

My employer recently moved over to exchange. The server wants the username for the login to look like this:
    <domain>\<username>
While when entering the email address into the blackberry it automatically makes the username just the first part of:
    <username>@<domain>
When looking at the email settings on the device, there doesn't appear to be any way to change the username so it ends up in the desired format.
Is there a way to make this change or am I just out of luck? Thanks!

The rate is not a parameter for the Realizing phase.
The realizing phase is necessary to define the kind and the property of the outgoing stream.
I.e. the audio or the video format of the single track of the stream.
think at the pitch like a gain (volume). U can increase the volume also after the realizing phase.
YES you can modify the pitch (rate) in any moment before or after have realized the processor / player. Probably i bad wrote but ... to start a proc/player you have always to relize them. the rate modification is independent from the realizing.

  • I can't access my iCloud account. The username is an email address that's now inactive. I can't reset my password.

I need help accessing my iCloud account. The username on file for that account is an old e-mail address of mine that is no longer active. Therefore, I can't even reset my password (because the "password reset" email would go to that old address). Can someone please help me? Thank you!

    Hey there timosurf1,
It sounds like you have done the Password reset process but are not getting the email. If you have already checked your SPAM folder in your email account, you may want to contact our iTunes Account Security team directly if you can verify your information:
