Unauthorized INTL calls from CUCM7.1.3

Service provider telephone bill shows INTL calls made to single international number several times from different internal extension though those extensions have no INTL access. Checked CDR for those dates and time and nothing found. Checked system logs,security logs but nothing is found.
Is this possible and then how to find out whats going wrong?
SP says the CUCM security is compromised. I don't know on what basis SP syas this though customer has asked the explanation. There is no direct internet connection terminated on voice gateway. Single PRI line is used for 300 DIDs. Voice gateways are added as H323 gateways.

There is neither CME nor CUBE configured on router. Still this can be the case? Please reply.
I have already checked CDR then how collecting CDR data will help? I did not understand this. Please help. Secondly which CUCM traces should be collected?
I have gone through the link which you posted and is specifically for CME and I don't have CME.
If I add the IP address list, I need to add also those internal extensions from the calls were executed as those extensions also need outside dialing. Then how will I know its fraud call?

Phising attempt call from 800-922-0204

Just got a call from 800-922-0204 telling me I could get $24 off my next bill by visiting www.verizon24.com and logging in. Visiting the site with incognito mode it's using Verizon's logo, etc, and all the links point to the usual verizonwireless.com pages, however it's obviously fake since if you enter random numbers for the login it'll tell you that you've "won" and then asks for the necessary personal information to gain access to your real account.

We received calls yesterday and today on each of our Verizon mobile phones. Although it sounded too good to be true, I signed in to check it out. That's when it started to really smell as they asked questions for personal data that Verizon already has on file. I guess I need to change my Verizon password to ensure no unauthorized access. Their web page really looked real. I wonder how many people will fall for this scheme....?

Fields appear as "Read Only" in an Int.Form called from a WD

Hi Experts!
I am having a doubt in an Adobe Int.Form, that is called from a WD application.
The fields that are in my Form, always appear as a "read only". It is not possible to modify anything there.
Here, I describe the steps that I follow.
I create a very simple WD application. In its WD View, exist an unique Object (Adobe Interactive Form).
In that object, I set the properties:
"Data source": a context variable type "my structure". "My structure", is a simple structure with a couple or three fields, let´s say PERNR, BUKRS, WERKS... It is linked to the Form Interface (ABAP DICTIONARY-BASED INTERFACE). So in this way, the link between my WD and the AdobeInt.Form is working.
"PDF Source": a context variable type XSTRING.
"Template Source": here I have set my Int.Form. Currently, it only contains a couple of fields
"Enabled": True.
"Read Only": False.
In the AdobeForm, I have drag & droped those 2 or 3 fields, save it, and activate it. I guess nothing more is needed, for my test.
And at last, in the View´s method WDDOINIT, I am reading one of those fields, let´s say the employee number (PERNR), and I set by hardcoding its number (let´s say -> 00000001).
Until here, everything seems to work fine. When I launch the WD test, the Adobeform appears, at the moment, with only one of my fields (Employee - PERNR), and its value is filled in with '00000001'.
But now, I would like to write something by myself. And when I try to do it, it is not possible! Field PERNR, is displayed as a "READ ONLY".
Someone knows what is happening here? I guess it should be possible, to activate as a "EDITABLE" that field in my Form.
So here is my doubt.
Am I doing anything wrong? Or am I doing any mistake?

ON-LOGON does not fire in Form B, called from Form A

We have a situation like this. We are using Forms (Forms [32 Bit] Version 10.1.2.0.2 (Production)).
We migrated this application to Forms 11.2.0.1.0. Problem is that the ON-LOGON trigger does not fire in the 2nd level forms. Our application work like this.
(a.) User double-clicks URL icon.
(b.) Form A is opened without asking for un/pwd. We put a NULL; in the ON-LOGON of A.fmb.
(c.) This is the main form of the application. This has a canvas with 6 buttons. Each button will launch it's own separate application with it's own menu.
(d.) Now user presses button in A. This launches Form B. We use
Run_Product(FORMS, 'B', SYNCHRONOUS, RUNTIME,FILESYSTEM, pl_id, NULL); (e.) Now, in Form B, in the ON-LOGON trigger we have put code to show the logon screen and login to the DB.
Problem is, this works in 10g Forms. But we had to replace the RUN_PRODUCT with a CALL_FORM after migrating to 11g since RUN_PRODUCT is not supported in 11g.
Problem is that when you use CALL_FORM to call Form B, the ON-LOGON of the Form B does not fire. We tried OPEN_FORM and NEW_FORM with different parameters, but the behavior is the same. i.e. ON-LOGON does not fire.
What is the solution or workaround for this please.
