Under the View tab, Sorting Options, the Manual Sort is dimmed and not available to me; how do I fix?
In an album just drag the photos where you want them. Manual sorting is not available in smart albums

Try:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Restore from backup. See:

- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
If still problem, make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since it appears you have a hardware problem.

I open the firefox and open 3 tabs, when i close 1 tab, all will close down and crashes then it tells me to restart or close. It was never like this!!! How do I fix this problem.
Try to disable Norton addons in Firefox. They will be releasing an update at the end of the month to fix these crashes.

Iphone4s - because I use pass lock I cannot decline a call such as a blocked number. If I can't see who is calling then I don't want to answer it. But due to having my phone on lock - i can see its a blocked number but there is no option to decline. If i unlock my phone it automatically answers the call. Does anyone else have this problem or is there a solution I don't knnow about?
In the locked screen you can press the sleep/wake button once to silence to the call and twice to send it to voicemail.

I have to keep logging in to my accounts each time. This sucks!
Details like websites remembering you (log you in automatically) are stored in a cookie.
*Create a cookie 'allow' exception to keep such cookies, especially in case of secure websites and when cookies expire when Firefox is closed.
*Firefox > Preferences > Privacy > Cookies: Exceptions
In case you are using "Clear history when Firefox closes":
*do not clear the Cookies
*do not clear the Site Preferences
*Firefox > Preferences > Privacy > Firefox will: "Use custom settings for history": [X] "Clear history when Firefox closes" > Settings

Note that clearing "Site Preferences" clears all exceptions for cookies, images, pop-up windows, software installation, and passwords.
Clearing cookies will remove all specified (selected) cookies including cookies with an allow exception that you would like to keep. -

Why do you continue to think this although we keep telling you that this is not the case.
You do NOT have to purchase anything twice. You can share the music with as many ipods as you like in your household.
The ipods are designed to sync with your computer regularly. You should have been syncing these other ipods with your computer all along, thus transferring the purchases to your computer where that music can be synced to as many ipods as you like.
Take on of the ipods with the music in it. Open itunes on your computer. Plug in the ipod. Do not sync. Click File>Transfer Purchases This will transfer the purchases from the ipod to the computer. Make sure that you have authorized your account on the computer: here are directions for that. http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1420
Unplug the ipod.
Plug in the other ipod with purchased music. Do not sync. Click File>Transfer Purchases This will transfer purchases from the ipod to the computer.
You can now plug in any of the ipods, select what you want to sync and sync.

I'm trying to do a batch crop in camera raw and there is no dropdown option in the crop tool to select inches or pixels. How can I fix this?
Create an action to do the crop and user the image processor to batch process your RAW files and have it use your cropping action in the process.

Under purchased items in the APP Store, it say that the item you have requested is currently not available in the US store. The item in question is Mountain Lion OS X which I have already paid for. Any ideas to retrieve this?
When you submit a podcast you should get an email acknowledging the submission. If you subsequently submit it again you will get an error message saying that it's already been submitted.
It then has to be assessed by a real person, which can take some time - a couple of weeks seems to be common, but it can be longer: however since March seems an unreasonably long time.
When it's accepted (or rejected) you should get an email saying so, in the first case giving you a link to the Store page.
More than that I can't tell you: obviously I don't have access to the inner workings of the Store. You could try asking Support, but I have to say you probably won't get a helpful answer. Go to http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ - click on 'Other iTunes Store Features' in the list and then on 'Podcasts'. You will see a link to either 'Express Lane', which will guide you eventually to some contact options, or you may see a link to email them. -
On right mouse click, there is no "save as" or "copy image" when I want to save a picture on line. I have to go back to IE to use this option. Is this not available? Many thanks, Joy
There are so many occasions on line when I want to save an image that I can't believe I can't do so using Firefox, which I find so good in all other ways. I started Firefox in safe mode and found I had the full right click menu on a pic on my home page. However, after moving around the web, I've found that the problem still occurs in eBay and it doesn't make any difference in safe mode. still no full menu. After returning to normal mode, I find that this still stands i.e. I do get the full menu on other sites but not in eBay. As I often want to save a pic in Ebay and can do so in IE, I'm baffled as to why this one site is giving problems. As this is where I've mostly been trying to save pics, I didn't realise that it was a "one site" problem and not applicable to everywhere else. If IE didn't work in this respect, I could blame the eBay site, but it does, so that just makes it more puzzling - and very annoying! I have tried accessing Ebay direct, rather than clicking on the toolbar, but this makes no difference. Any further thoughts would be much appreciated. Joy

I can call my ipad with my iphone alll the time. That's how I check up on my kids at home when I"m at work. You just set up to your iphone's facetime setting with your phone number and set up your ipad's facetime settings with your apple id (in this case it's your email)

When I open firefox it is returning to the last viewed page instead of my homepage even though I have the settings set to clear history every time I close Firefox. I check and all of the previous history is still there and not deleted..
Make sure that Firefox closes properly and that that there are no longer Firefox or plugin-container processes left on the Processes tab in the Task Manager. Otherwise session restore will reopen the page(s) from the previous session.
