Understanding and resolving errors in HFR

Hello Guys,
Can anyone please tell me how to understand the error thrown while running the HFR reports in workspace like the one shown below:

Is there a procedure to decrypt the error and understand it?

I've seen this error before. It usually relates to the system trying to run a report with a POV member that is system generated and not viable ( [Year] or [Period] a lot of the time). Have the user turn on POV Preview in File > Preferences > Financial Reporting and try to run the report again.

Yep, i just did it again. The entire scroll-bar widget, complete with formatted text, graphics, etc., pasted itself nicely in another book. Two different files, the same widget.
I use the scroll-bar widgets for most of my texts. (I have audio buttons on the side, and the scripts are within the widget, to the side). My only text is within widgets, and text boxes, naturally.
I am following your recommendation: cleaning files, etc. I am remaking the book anew. I need to convince the EPUB bot or whatever that my file looks and works nicely on all my devices. You would expect an error message when previewing the book: 'Hey Amigo, your file is flawed, stop working on it, and get back to the drawing board." Should be able to try again next Monday.

Entry point errors can often be fixed by deleting the offending dll, then repairing the component it is part of.
For general advice see Troubleshooting issues with iTunes for Windows updates.
The steps in the second box are a guide to removing everything related to iTunes and then rebuilding it which is often a good starting point unless the symptoms indicate a more specific approach. Review the other boxes and the list of support documents further down the page in case one of them applies.
Your library should be unaffected by these steps but there is backup and recovery advice elsewhere in the user tip.
If the advice above doesn't resolve things you could try this alternate version:
iTunes 12.1.0.71 for Windows (64-bit - for older video cards) - itunes64setup.exe (2015-01-28)
which is a 64-bit installer for the 32-bit version of the core application, similar to previous 64-bit releases.
Or roll back to the previous build:
iTunes 12.0.1.26 for Windows (32-bit) - iTunesSetup.exe (2014-10-16)

Restart. If an application won't quit and prevents restarting, select
 ▹ Force Quit...
from the menu bar, then select the frozen application from the list and press return. As a last resort, force a shutdown by holding down the power button for a few seconds. Then press it again briefly to start up. Test.

After a couple of days of editing I tried to export a DVD (or any format), but I got only errors. Even "render" resulted in errors.
These are examples of errors I got:

Transcoding error
The only format I was able to export to was MPG2 (a single file for computer playback, not as a part of a DVD export), but it seemed as if the resulting film was missing frames and that in-between-frames had been inserted. Movements were not smooth. I don't know if frames can fall off like that, but anyway the quality of the resulting movie was not as expected.
Solution: After a lot of trial and error, I archived the project, on a portable USB harddrive. I then opened the project from the archive, and what do you know! it worked! And the resulting DVD movie looks as good as the original, no missing frames or stuttering.
The transcoding error is obviously very common, and no one seems to know the cause of it (there are lots of suggestions and guesses here on the forum). It's terrible that a program like Adobe Premiere 13 Elements does not supply more relevant error information, so that you know what to do to resolve errors like this.
I hope that this can help others with the same problem.

It's been a while but I had a look at this now.
I don't recognize the name "AVCHD", so I guess it's DVD-Video. I made a standard DVD move that my relatives could look at with a standard DVD player and television set.
a. I used "File / Project archiver...", and that I chose to include only media used in the Timeline of my movie (that is "Archive project")
b. When putting the film together all media was stored locally, on the hard drive of my computer (in a documents folder of C:\ which is my only internal hard drive). There were no warnings about out of disk storage.
It was archived to an external USB2 hard-drive.

Resolve errors when loading jregex.jar in 10g

I have been using jregex in my databases since 8.1.7 and it has always loaded cleanly in 8.1.7 and 9.2.0.4; doing some testing in moving to Oracle 10g I am being stumped in trying to load it. First of all it takes hours to resolve and compile (seconds in earlier versions) and then most fail with this type of errors:

I recompiled the source files (jregex1.2_01-src.jar) in jdeveloper and created a jar with only classes - no java files and it now loads and resolves just fine.
I do know that 10g has Java 1.4 with regex and I suppose I can re-write my PL/SQL packages to call that instead when I have some time. However, most all of my customers are still on 9.2 and will transition to 10g later in the spring so I thought it would be best to stick with jregex for now. It is also very light-footed; I have functions that I include in queries that typically return 10-15000 rows and calling jregex does not notably impact the query speed - I think that is pretty impressive.

BTBB Died, engineers looked and resolved but its n...

I'm after some assistance - the broadband has been slow but stable for the last 5 or so years and then 2 weeks ago it died. Raising a ticket resulted in a diagnosis of 'line problem' so an OpenReach engineer was dispatched and has done his thing and resolved the line issue - earthing issue where the cable meets the house.
No broadband was available after this so a call was raised on broadband. Diagnosed as somewhere in the retail servers area whatever that may mean.
I've since had a fault resolved, accept fix notification but the connection keeps dropping out for hours at a time.
The logs are next to useless - consistent message of:
WAN Connection WAN1_INTERNET_B_ATM2_0_35 disconnected. [ERROR_NO_CARRIER]
WAN Connection WAN3_TR069_INTERNET_R_ATM1_0_38 disconnected. [ERROR_NO_CARRIER]

When it is connected the stats are always similar to:

I've noted a couple of times that its tried to start with a 7,2xx kbps downstream but the noise ratio has been 1.0 dB and its quickly dropped back to 2,5xx
The speed test solutions report various results of 1.9 - 2.3 mbps download
the upload for BTs version is 0.02 mbps and speedtest.net drops out.
I've tried the contact the mods but it's been directed through to India - I've had a message I couldn't understand and an email from someone (assume the same person) saying please call the help desk which seems to be a waste of time as the few people of iteracted with have obviously been following a script.
The Hub is a home hub 3 running the latest firmware (apparently - although this is dated 1/1/2010)
Wireless all works fine. Testing on HomeHub 1.5 has exactly the same thing so pretty sure that it's not the hub at fault.
Plugged in directly to the master socket - which has been completely rewired by the OR engineer. using the test port directly made no difference so the engineer put in an OR adsl faceplate (the one with 2 sockets) the house ring was disconnected and made no difference. it is now reconnected, there is only a single socket in use and this has the new adsl filter attached.
It was annoying but now it has gone way beyond that. Any assistance appreciated.

Have you tried connecting to the test socket at the rear of the master socket
Have you tried the quiet line test? - dial 17070 option 2 - should hear nothing - best done with a corded phone. if cordless phone you may hear a 'dull hum' which is normal

2TB Ext. Hard Drive is corrupted?, error code -50 and then error code -35 when i try to empty out my trash

okay so a few days ago i received and email for one of my colleagues to do some final editing to a music video. the folder contained 2 videos a rough chops and the main which was about 2-3GB which i dragged on to my external hard drive . and at the time i was trying to install a trial version of parallel lines and me being a newbie to the software i didn't know i need windows installments for it to run lol but yeah... so i was just getting frustrated with the software i kept installing it uninstalling it and then i was thinking my the problem might be because my MacHD space is low (less then 40GBs on my MacHD), so.. i installed it on my hard drive where all my important files are (I'm a graphic designer and do light video editing) video projects and many photoshop projects form 2007 and logs and just a bunch of important files in my hard drive. so because i was so frustrated with the software i wasn't thinking and i installed it on my external 2TB hard drive. and when i realized parallel wasn't working i gave up, uninstalled the program form the hard drive and for some reason when i did that and i tried opening the video my friend had email to me and for some reason it did load up but a few seconds maybe about 10sec in the video is froze and closed my media app (VLC) and when i tried opening other video files it would freeze every few minutes but those specific files i had drag in last were not playing after at least 5 secs and eventually didn't open at all so i restart my computer login and now i get scared i see that my MacBook Pro isn't reading my external hard drive so i search threw forums... i unplug from the wall plug my external hard drive back in my computer and it loaded up but when i opened my external hard drive all my files had that plank white paper icon on my folders (because i have everything organized but subject when you open then drive folder. so... i go in to my projects and nothing, i open my edited photos and nothing... my hart feels like its about to drop and i keep opening files and there is nothing in them, but in "get info" of my drive it shows that there is filled so i go to "disk utility"... i "verify disk" passes ..."repair disk" doesn't past.... i look it up in forums... so i reboot my computer and go to the safe recovery menu. go threw the same ting "disk utility"... verify, pass... repair, pass... so now i feel relieved. i login files in the ext. hard drive load up i tried again to open the files and same thing happens... so now I'm thinking its the files i drag the files to the trash and try to empty and its gone i reboot the computer and my drive didn't load up so i tried unplugin it and back in... drive comes up i notice theres trash.. i tried emptying it and i get the error code -50. and no files are popping up on my external drive and i try to repair/unmount disk and the verify disk doesn't pass and when i click repair disk it doesn't past and another error code pops up -35.... so i felt my drive alone for a few days and yesterday i go the files deleted from the trash and now I'm not getting any codes but when i try to unmount.verify/repair the disk. keeps letting my tits need to be repaired so i click the repair button another error unable to unmount volume to repair...
what do i do? my files still don't show up. and I'm very sorry for the long paragraph but i have to be detailed for you to understand my situation
