Understanding iOS App Purchase and Deployment
Now that we have ZMM up and running with free apps we are ready for paid apps. I'm not sure if I have the process down straight and was hoping someone could give me a quick laymens terms explanation. Basically we have some VPP vouchers. I thought we use the VPP cards to buy the apps with Apple which will give us app redemption codes. Those go into ZMM (where?) and then how do you assign the apps to specific devices?
You indeed need to work with the redemption codes, just go to the page where you manage your iOS apps and create the app just like you do for the free apps, then after it got created, select the app and click "Manage Redemption Codes" from the menu at the top.

I bought a new app ($0.99), bought $19.00 worth of on app purchases and the app crashed, now it says that I have to start a new game since i had just started it and didn't get a chance to save it, so my question is, how do i get my money back?
I'm keeping the app, i just need the $19.00 back.

I did not authorize 2 in app purchases and because my credit card is at its limit, and i dont know how to reverse the in app purchases, i cannot update any app or do just about anything in the appstore or itunes store. Judging by you post I suspect you have loaded your computer down with a lot of crapware and that has caused it's problems. For example running antivirus apps on a Mac not only is a waste of time, it's a waste of money, system resources and will eventually create more problems that it solves. Please begin educating yourself on the subject by reading Thomas Reeds articles on the subject, Thomas is a frequent and knowledgeable contributor to these forums. The good news is here are absolutely no, zero, zippo viruses for OS X. There are other types of malware available (for example trojans) however they differ greatly from viruses in that the use has to download and install them, whereas viruses do not work that way. OS X is not like MS Windows and is extremely secure.
My suggestion at this point would be to clean your computer of the crapware (including antivirus apps) however before doing so please download and install EtreCheck and post its report. Then we can see how your computer has been configured and begin to give you some advice on the next steps. -
I made an in app purchase and the payment did not go through due to lack of funds. Now I am trying to change the payment option (credit card) but it is not accepting it.

I made an in app purchase and never received what I was supposed to. I contacted the producers of the app and they never got back to me. I then contacted apple and they said they would return my 25$ purchase. I still haven't gotten it. I am starting to feel like I just lost 25 dollars and both companies are sweeping it under the bus. I don't know what to do now. What should I do?!?!

i made an in app purchase and the purchase is listed on my billing summary but i cannot access the purchase within the app. I have tried deleting the game and reloading the app and the purchase, nothing seems to work.
I've had this with games, I had to contact support via the 'problems with this app' link on the receipt & they refunded my money.

(my english is poor. sorry)If you haven't received the item but you've been charged for it then try the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find that in-app purchases and use the 'Report a Problem' link and fill in details about the problem (iTunes support should reply within, I think, about 24 hours).
If the 'report a problem' link doesn't work (it's been taking some people to this site on a browser instead of showing a form in iTunes) then you can try contacting iTunes support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/- click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page. -
