Undo button at BPS_WB

Hi Guys,
   I have add the standard undo button in my web applications through the tcode BPS_WB, I notice that the undo button is not always activated after I run the functions, after I run some function, it activated and I can undo the result of the function, but it not activated after I run some other functions.
    While I did the test under BPS0, I can undo all those functions by using the undo button through the manu under edit.
    Anybody know the reason?

Disable "undo" button in pages for iPad

Hi!
Is there any way to disable the "undo" button that appears in the on-screen keyboard in Pages for iPad? I can't count the number of times I have been furiously typing away when I accidentally hit that and undid paragraph upon paragraph of work! Of course by the time I realized what happened, I had already typed more and trying to "redo" is not an option.
In lieu of that, if there is any way to disable the "undo" feature altogether?

+1 ... I really don't even see the point of this button, when does one write a page of information and decide "it sure would be helpful to have an undo button next to the period symbol right about now"? Isn't that what "select all" and "backspace" are for?

Hello again, and thank you for your time.
So far I'm only finding 2 choices:
1. Edit>Undo (for a single undo action)
2. Ctrl+Z (for multiple undo actions)
I'm not a fan of searching the keyboard for short cuts if I can just
click on the screen. (Ctrl+Z=pain in the *** for me)
Is there a button available?
A 'back' or 'undo' button?
I bet CS4 has one . . . should have waited for CS4 . . .

I wrote it because, while Ctrl-Alt-Z works, if you happen to be working on a Tablet PC screen, (as I am these days), then it is very handy to have a little button you can tap on-screen with the stylus to undo the last action in Photoshop. It's an intuitive and sensible tool.
The button is tested in WinXP and should work in later versions of Windows, and I've posted both the .exe as well as the script (for AutoHotKey) in which I've written full explanations using language designed for non-programmers, (ahem, artists), so that you can easily understand how the button works and how you can change it to suit your own needs and tastes.
As popularity of the Digital Drafting Board increases, (draw-on-the-screen-tablets, that is), tools like this one are going to be increasingly useful. Until somebody comes along and writes a proper on-screen interactive (and programmable) tool set, artists are going to have to make do with what we can cobble together on our own. I've found this tool very useful, (I use it every day), and so perhaps it might also benefit others out there.

Webi Undo Button Disabled

Following information might be helpful in resolving the issue issue.
Symptom
An OLAPI (.car) file published to BusinessObjects XI Release 2 can be viewed through .NET and Java InfoView. In .NET InfoView the Undo and Redo buttons work as expected, but in the Java InfoView, changes made in the OLAP worksheet cannot be undone or redone because these buttons are always unavailable.
Steps to Reproduce
Login to the Java InfoView and view a .car file in the DHTML viewer. Make changes in the worksheet and you will see that the undo button and the redo button are not available no matter what changes you do in the worksheet, or any other part of the .car file.
Cause
This functionality was never implemented for OLAPI (.car) files in the Java InfoView with the DHTML Viewer.
This is a known issue and has been assigned Track ID # ADAPT00582099.
Resolution
This issue has been resolved in Service Pack 3.
The undo/redo buttons will work in Windows Java DHTML client only. This functionality has not been included for the UNIX builds.

No Undo Button in Numbers?

I'm using Numbers for the first time and can't seem to find an Undo Button in the toolbar. I know I can Command Z to undo, but the button seems a lot easier and that's what I'm used to in Excel. Is there really no Undo Button in Numbers?
Also, is there an auditing toolbar, or is that also something that only Excel provides?

I know the feeling. I have trouble getting used to using control+Z, etc. when I'm on a Windows machine.
The available buttons (including one for Print and two for Copy/Paste Style) can be seen using the bottom item in the View menu.
If you feel the Undo/Redo pair would be a useful addition, you should Provide Numbers Feedback (in the Numbers menu) to Apple and make a request that they be made available as options for toolbar buttons.

Undo Button

I am making a program for a beginner Java class project that is similar to paint. It has a pencil, eraser, crop tool, Saving and Opening stuff, simple things like that. I am trying to make an Undo button that goes back one step.
Heres how it works: All of the editing is done in MouseDragged. Everytime MouseClicked is called, I do this:
undoImage = current;
ug.dispose();
ug = undoImage.getGraphics();undoImage and current are both BufferedImages. I For some reason, it works with the crop tool, but undoImage changes as I edit current with the pencil and eraser and nothing happens when I click undo.
Any ideas?

That's what I'm trying to do. I do undoImage = current; (current is the Image that the user is drawing on) in MouseClicked. Then. MouseDragged regulates the drawing (the eraser has a drawOval in it, so everytime MouseDragged is called, a white oval is drawn). But for some reason, the undoImage mimicks the current Image. I tried drawing them both on the screen at the same time and undoImage changed with current, even though there is nothing about undo in MouseDragged. However, like I said, it works when I crop...

Undo button is killing me

I want to kill the undo button! I hit it all the time when going for the "." And because I type fast I always type more than one char so the dumb shake "feature" doesn't work. Anyone else driven crazy and losing lots of posts and emails due to undo?

This only works on the iPad, not on the iPhone. the ./? key is not on the main keyboard on the iPhone or iPod Touch.

Using "Pages" on early iPod touch, accidentally pushed delete and lost a whole chart. Cannot find the "undo" button. Please help! Thank you.

"Undo" button appears on iPad 3 screen's keyboard by tapping "?123" button. But I can't find the ""undo" on the iPod Touch keyboard. The Delete button is such an over eager little thing, I've lost the chart I was working on. Fiendish!

Undo button not working?

I'm new to Dreamweaver and I'm having two issues which I would like some help with.
1st, the Undo button will not 'Undo' any changes I've made.
2nd, when I delete a column or line the whole section disappears then refer too item one.

IPad, undo button how to undo?

Hi. I was typing a very long entry in my calendar (flight confirmation, hotel confirmation) and so forth. Was almost done and hit shift.
Well the keyboard switched to the alternate set and the undo button was hit instead of shift and all my typing was erased.
How to undo that? Shaking it doesn't make undo appear.
Or am I stuck typing it all over?

Maybe I figured it out.
When Reader allows you to add text, highlight or leave comments, you can edit them. There is no menu to indicate this, or a backbutton, which this android / PC user is used to finding in an OS. No, it is more subtle. You simply press on the item you wish to change, and a submenu will appear as well as handles to drag. A bit obtuse, but oh so intuitive!

An undo button

Yesterday, I was asking about the drag and drop module, but
couldnt find any answers....so after thinking about what I could do
, I figured that it might be possible to create an undo button...
Basically, when I use the drag and drop component, I need to
have the ability to undo a step, just incase the object is dragged
to the wrong target...could anyone help me out with this? Any help
is appreciated...thank you.

Undo button desperately needed!

Help! We neeeed an undo button! I am experiencing issues with the current Adobe Reader for iOS, as it is excruciatingly easy to lose lots of data by accidentially hitting "reset field" at the top left of the iOS keyboard when typing into a form field. I am testing this product for our agency, and we use a lot of Adobe forms in our work, and unless we can get an "undo" button - an escape hatch of sorts for accidental tapping of the "reset field" button - or a way to disable to "reset field" button (or at least remove it from the keyboard), I am afraid this product won't pass muster.
Is there any way currently to disable "reset field" or any updates available at this time for an undo button?

There are 'Undo' 'Redo' options available from the gear menu in the email editor. You can also use the keyboard shortcut 'Ctrl-Z' when working in the editor to Undo.

Keyboard Improvement: "Undo" Button

I use my iPad2 for a lot of document creation/editing with Pages. Generally, I really like it! However, often I accidentally hit the "undo" button because it's located right in a very active area of the keyboard. Sometimes, I don't notice that I did it until I look at the screen and see that an entire paragraph of text is gone.
Yes, there is a "redo" functioln, but it is a mess when you have to replace something that was removed three or four steps back. Also, the "redo" function often doesn't go back far enough, and getting to is tedious.
The root of the problem is that that "undo" button is placed badly in the virtual keyboard. It should be somewhere outside the regular keys. As it is now, the "undo" button hurts my usage of the iPad as a fully word processor.
Has anyone else experienced this as well? I wonder if Apple has any plans to improve the iPad keyboard.

Took the machine to my local Apple store and in 30 minutes the keyboard had been replaced and it's all good. Except iSight and the Address Book now open on restarts.

Contribute 3- Adding undo button

Is there a way to add an undo button to the toolbar?
It would help if we didn't have to use a hotkey or the edit

for deactivation of Push button ---> u have to do like this
Se41--->Give program name + pf status -
>menu item ->GOTO>Attributes-->Push Button Asssignments --->click .
where u will get options like --->display all , hide all , or selected Functions.
but for u wat u can do is --> anyhow after sometime u are going to refresh the screen , that time u need to all another pf-status which will have deactivated push button.
