Undo deletion indicator - internal order

Hello,
we need to undo the deletion indicator for couple of internal orders.
We have found the SAP note 191216. There is the program ZZSTATUSDEL offered for this purpose. Is the program applicable also for internal orders?
Because, within the program the selection is performed from the table VJAUFK, which does not contain any internal order.

anybody know how to get the deleted sales oreder.
requirment is :
need to create a function module to fetch new,updated and deleted sales order details with in the particular time period and sales org..
for new orders : can get it from VBAK.
and updated : from CDHDR.
but for the deleted orders also in <b>cdhdr</b> its shows status as updated ( U ).

Look in table CDPOS for the same OBJECT/OBJECTID combination, with TABNAME = VBAK, TABKEY = client+SO number, FNAME = KEY and CHNGIND = D.
If the SO is deleted, you should be able to find it there.

How to delete internal order

Hi,
I don't know how to delete internal order. I have set a deletion flag but I don't see a transaction where I could erase Internal orders.
Could you help me with that. Is it user's tree or SPRO transaction?

First you mark IO for deletion in KO02, then use OKO5 transaction code to delete the internal order

Hi,
Is the Development and Testing client in the same server... I mean if you have not released the transport request you can delete the desired order type and save in the same transport request for transporting to production.
If you have already released even then you can delete the order type and store in the change request and transport it to production. you will not have the deleted order type in production.
As you were mentioning that you have already posted some entries in your IO.... set the deletion flag for the internal orders which wear created using this order type in change mode or and go to T.Code: OKO5 or use this programme in T.Code: SE38 RKODEL01 for deleting the Internal orders... after which you can delete your order type.

Material reservation deleted into maintenance order

Dear,
I'm facing with strange issue with some maintenance order... The users have created some maintenance order, done material reservation and released these order... After that they are trying change these materials reservation and then when they go until the reservation they can see the material with status "item is deleted".
However no changes was done these reservation. The components items is maintaned with gray scale.

Are you using any developments that might delete these components?

Unlock CO internal Order

Hi All,
I have a few qns on internal Orders:
1. If i collectively process (KOK4) all CO internal orders of a particular order type , and unlock all these orders :
what exactly will i be doing? I mean - can these orders be flagged for deletion now that they are unlocked?
2. Also - whats the functional reason for locking an internal order?
3. Can I unlock and flag delete an internal order without causing any FI impact on orders which have been created way back in the past - say 2 or 3 fiscal year previously?

Answer to your question no.2
The functional reason for locking an internal order is to restrict posting to the internal order...In an ideal SAP scenario, the internal order can act as replacement to Project System module if the same is not implemented...The budgets are worked out Internal Order level and controlled through posting the actual cost to the internal order and once the actual touches the budgetted value it will not allow any posting to internal order...I can give you a scenario, say for example it is planned to build a shed for production operations and i have budget of £10000 for the same...the actual cost starts flowing into the internal order and in the middle of construction, if the management decides to hold the construction for reasons, they would temporarily block the internal so that nobody can place a purchase order or goods receipt or any other process on the same and once they decide to go ahead with the construction again they would unlock the same and go ahead with production...this is the functional reason for the same.
Answer to question no.3
Ideally speaking there cannot be a scenario where we can have an impact between FI and CO on account of internal order as you cannot post any accounting entry with the Internal Order as Additional Account Assignment object if it is blocked for posting.

Reset/undo the Deletion Indicator in the Prod Orders

Hi Friends,
I have set the Deletion Flag and feletion Indictor inthe Prodcution orders in order to prepare them for Archiving. Now I want change some of them.
But I am unable to go into Change mode of Prod Orders(CO02). Message says Prod Order is already deleted and hence can only be displayed.
How can I reset the deletion Indicator?

Thanks Diego!! I can reset the Deletion Flag from CO02 but not the deletion Indicator which I set vis the program PPARCHP1. Now I am even unable to go to CO02.

Undo Delete of Component Item in Work Order

In a maintenance work order it is possible to delete a component line item. The associated purchase requisition line item shows up with a deletion indicator.
Is it possible to undo the delete either on the work order or the requisition?

Hi King Fischer,
After you have released an Order, if you delete a Component or an Operation with Component and saved. You cannot re-set the deteltion Indicator.
By going to the path Edit --> Deletions --> On/Off. You can only see deleted entries but cannot re-set the same.

Production Order Deletion Indicator - Reversal

We have set the deletion indicator on our production orders, now we need to undo the deletion indicator on some. Is it possible to remove the deletion indicator, not the deletion flag, but the deletion indicator.

Well the most important thing is every body said and again i am repeating we can not revesal the deletion indicator for a production order.
Mainly Deletion Indicator is used to reduce the old order data stored in the SAP system when ever they come to conclusion there is no use OK.
Activating Deletion Flag means you are deleting from Tables as well OK. Once the data is deleted from tables means you can not find any information of the order OK.
It will also increases the system performance as well.

Operation Deletion Indicator In Work Order (Iw31)

Hi experts,
I want to create a checking on IW31 in this senario:
Task List A must be pair with Task List B..Task List A alone is not allowed.
I used user exit ZXWOCU07 to enter the checking and play around with data within internal table tafvgd_get.
My problem is in REL status: if user enter Task List A then enter task list B and save-its just fine.
But then user can use IW32 and delete Task B and system allowed.
How can I know on specific row (Task List B) that user is perform 'Delete' or 'Update'
as in debugging tafvgd_get-vbkz just update it to 'U'?
I need to perform the checking before it is save and I need deletion indicator to do that.

Hello Avanti,
I would recommend you to use user exit IWO10009. This user exit will work at the time of saving amaintenance order.
Write a code "if system status = DLFL,then check whether it is active or inactive" or vice versa, as per your requirement. You
can raise a error message if your condition is not satisfied. System will not allow the user to save the order unless your
condition is not satisfied.

Is there any way to put deletion indicator on sales order

We are using MTO assembly order concept in our environment. Every sales order item will automatically create a production order. And there were thousands of productions orders which does not have any deletion indicator on them. So when I am running product costing jobs on these production orders, the jobs are running for ever. If I can put a deletion indicator on the production order then my jobs will run faster. To my knowledge, I cannot put the deletion indicator on the assembly order directly and it has to come from Sales order. I do not want to physically delete sales order-But I want to put some kind of deletion indicator on the sales order which will put a deletion indicator on the production order.Is ther any way of doing that?

Does the rejection of a line item have any impact on any other scenarios after delivery doc and billing doc wass created?. My manager seems to be doubdtful abt this approach .... does all the companies follow this scenario?.
Note 308513 says-Deletion indicator should be kept for all the old production orders, but it does not say anything abt the assembly order.

Preventing Deletion indicator in PR once work order is completed

Dear colleagues,
Users create work orders in IW31 with the choice of external service; control key is PM02. Once work order is saved purchase requisition (PR) is created in background. With reference to PR, purchase order (PO) is created by purchase specialist.
When work order is technically completed (system status TECO) deletion indicator is set to PR line item(s) automatically which result in undesirable situations since PR(s) has subject to release strategy in our system.
Is it possible to prevent setting deletion indicator in PR once reference work order is technically completed?

Hi,
In this case that behavior has negative effects on PR Workflow process because in our system when PR(s) is created it is subject to release strategy according to preconfigured conditions.
Once the order is technically completed (TECO) deletion indicator is set to PR line item(s) automatically meanwhile release strategy tab is disappeared from PR line item(s).
In addition to that in ME54N system gives the MEPO822 (Purchase requisition XXXXXXXXX cannot be released) message even PR is approved before the order is technically completed.

I hope the requirement is just like you posted earlier as in case of component deletion.
Here in this case also the behaviour of the order remains the same.
So you can go for release the order as soon as the order gets created, your both the requirements can be fullfilled.
Also you havn't provided the exact feedback on the solutions offered by all of us, on your last query.
