You seem to be adding the contents of CVS directories to the jar file. CVS directories contain internal information used by CVS. This suggests to me that you are either deliberately doing something really really strange, or you are doing something stupid out of ignorance.
The CVS directories suggest you are making a jar from your source code. Generally you compile the source code 'tree' and place the output (.class files etc) in another tree and create the jar from that second tree.
And PaulMiner is correct, you'll definitely need to change 'start' to 'call'. Do that first, then take a look at what is source code, and what it is that you want in your jar file and make sure it is all sensible, I suspect it isn't.

    The sp level we are trying to import is 7.00 SP14.
    We found some posts which said that the file may be corrupted. So we downloaded a couple of times from the service market place and tried. But still the same error.
    The following is the file that we downloaded from SMP:

    Could anyone tell us what the problem could be?

    Hi Purush,
    We used the same files as the ones we had used in the "Inbox" folder and copied them to the "archives" folder as well. These files we downloaded from the SAP service Marketplace. I am sure you would be aware of the right location in SMP for your files.
    However, you could also do one more thing. Make sure that you delete all the files similar to the ones that are giving an error in the "Archives" folder. I mean, if there is more than one version of the file that is giving the error, delete all these files from the archives folder. Then, do a check-in and an import again. This will copy the right version of the file to the archives folder automatically. This way, you won't have to copy paste the files manually to the archives folder.
    To explain this in more detail... here is the response I got from SAP regarding this issue:
    The "archives" folder is normally only used internally by the CMS to store a backup copy of the imported files.
    After you place a file in the "inbox" and check it in, CMS first extracts the SCA name, vendor and version and checks if it is already contained in the archive. If the file is new, it is copied from "inbox" to the "archives" folder. Already existing files are not copied. Later, during import, the import file is read from the "archives" folder. In your case I assume that the fixed SCA file had the same version, so just by comparing the SCA name, vendor and version, the CMS did not realize that it has to update the file in "archives".
    Usually you don't have to care about the "archives" folder.
    Hope this helps.
    Thanks and Regards,
    Reena

    1. Error server:
    AIX 5.2
    jdk 1.3.17 (minimum from docu: 1.3.11)
    $ORACLE_HOME wasn't in the begining of $PATH
    2. success server:

    $ORACLE_HOME is now in the begining of $PATH

  • Unexpected end of ZLIB input stream.

    Hello everyone.
    I have a problem which I was unable to solve so far. Any suggestion is very welcome.
    The scenario.
    My process worked on a previously installed default install 10.1.3.1 platform.
    I installed the SOA Suite (same, very default set with olite) on a different computer and copied all files of the project dir. Modified file paths and URLs in all files in the folder and deployed the process with jdeveloper.
    Symptoms.
    Flow viewer gets stuck at Loading audit trail. Messages from a java call get to manual recovery, and will not recover.
    I start the process with a java call:
    Locator locator = new Locator("default","bpel");
    IDeliveryService deliveryService = (IDeliveryService)locator.lookupService(IDeliveryService.SERVICE_NAME);
    NormalizedMessage nm = new NormalizedMessage( );
    nm.addPart("payload", xml );
    deliveryService.post("OrderFlow", "initiate", nm);
    it starts without any problems and runs until a callback (receive) activity, where it is waiting for a message using the same java api calls as above.
    This runs well on the previous system, however the new system will not deliver the message.
    Log output.
    After trying to access the flow viewer:
    <2008-03-19 20:13:12,120> <ERROR> <default.collaxa.cube> <BaseCubeSessionBean::logError> Error while invoking bean "instance manager": Cannot uncompress data stream.

    Some update on the issue.
    I have a quite complicated BPEL process, which has this symptom.
    I figured out however, that if I dont use the TaskService, it does run well.
    So I just created a test bpel process with nothing but a human task.
    It failed with the same unexpected end of zlib ... problem.
    What I also noticed is that the task appears in the worklist app, but the reply gets into the callback manual recovery pool. there must be some kind of communication failure from the taskservice in the direction of the bpel process.
    Any advice is welcome,
    thx,
    tg

    My suggestion would be to run your code as a plain old Java application. Why use a servlet environment to test the problem? There's just too many things going on. So first see if it works the same way in a Java application. If it does, or if it doesn't, you then know where to go next.

    And in the following blog, its recommended to check for the adf-config.xml. But when upgrading the bpels from 10g to 11.1.1.4, I don't see any such file created by Jdeveloper.

    Not sure if I am missing some properties to add in by custom script while compiling.

    Hi Hussain,
    Thanks for the reply.
    Were you able to compile the form at the client side successfully?
    1) Were you able to compile the form at the client side successfully?:
    Ans: Yes, I was able to compile the form successfully at client side.
    2) Are you logged in as applmgr user? Have you sourced the application env file before compiling the form?
    Ans: No, I have not logged by applmgr user, i am using my own login. Yes I have sourced the application env file before compiling the form
    3) What does "echo $FORMS_PATH" return?
    Ans: echo $FORMS_PATH on server gives this path
    /u01/app/EBS00/apps/apps_st/appl/au/12.0.0/resource:/u01/app/EBS00/apps/apps_st/appl/au/12.0.0/resource/stub
    Can you please advise?
    Thanks,

  • Getting a bad bind variable error while compiling a custom form in R12

    Hi,
    I am getting a bad bind variable error while compiling a custom form.
    I tried setting the forms_path variable and I am still getting the error. Can anyone please suggest what can be done?
    DECLARE
    BEGIN
    IF :parameter.p_line_ship_to = 'T'
    THEN
    IF :SYSTEM.cursor_item = 'LINE.SHIP_TO'
    THEN
    :parameter.lov_num_param1 := :line.ship_to_customer_id;
    oe_lines.ship_to ('WHEN-VALIDATE-ITEM');
    :parameter.lov_num_param1 := :line.ship_to_customer_id;
    END IF;
    :parameter.p_line_ship_to := 'F';
    END IF;
    END;
    I am getting this error:
    Bad bind variable 'parameter.p_line_ship_to'

    The Parameter is not defined in the form.. But, this form is already been compiled and deployed.. I have to make some changes to the form and tried to compile it, when i am getting this error. Is it possible that the parameter would be defined in some other form or can this error be due to some other reasons?
    Thanks in Advance.

  • Exiting from sqlplus when there is any errors while compiling pl/sql progra

    I am connecting to sqlplus from unix and I am executing a pl/sql script . Now if I get some error while compiling a procedure, package, function or any sql statement I want to exit sqlplus.
    whenever sqlerror works only for sql statements but not for plsql
    I dont want to query user_errors table and then throw some exception depending on the same .
    Is there any command available or any easier way to solve this problem ?

    Those errors we get only when there is conflict in same etc.
    Now consider the example here
    sample.sql
    whenever sqlerror exit failure ;
    declare
            s1 long;
    begin
            s1 := 'create or replace procedure proc1 as '||
              'declare '||
              'begin '||
                  'end; '||
              'end;';
            execute immediate s1;
    end;
    select 1 from dual;When I run the script
    SQL> @sample.sql
    ERROR:
    ORA-24344: success with compilation error
    ORA-06512: at line 9
    Warning: PL/SQL compilation errors.
             1
             1Actually I want to get out before it executes select means once it throws error in pl/sql.

    earlier you have given column name start and here you are creating table with colum name stat....anyway try to use column alias for column END

  • Error while compiling model in Visual Composer 7.1.

    Hi,
    I am getting a error while compiling model in Visual Composer 7.1.
    An exception occurred at the server while running the build process, reason: Extension with id com.sap.vc.runtimeproviders.null not found. For more details please refer to the log file.
    Can any one please tell me what the error is?

    Hello
    This problem usually indicates the model Runtime provider is not set properly
    Please goto configure pane and check the RT provider that is et for the model or any other model in the same DC
    Also services usages require this property to be set accordingly
    To make sure the services are set properly please look into the configuration pane when the respective service usage is selected (and check the same)
    Please let me know if this helped or not

  • Error while compiling the PO Item Category KFF

    Kindly help me. I am new and learning Purchasing module and now stuck because of an error while compiling the PO Item Category KFF. This is because a segment is saved in the database incompletely.

    Hi Sandeep
    Sorry that I am bothering with basic questions, but I am not able to run any Select queries. It gives error Table or View does not exist. I can see the table from ALL_TABLES view, but I cannot Select.
    I have logged in as oracle user. This is not Vision datbase. Can you let me know the default dba user and password or how to get the permission?

  • Error while compiling Model in VC 7.1

    Hi,
    I am getting a error while compiling model in Visual Composer 7.1.
    An exception occurred at the server while running the build process, reason: Extension with id com.sap.vc.runtimeproviders.null not found. For more details please refer to the log file.
    Can any one please tell me what the error is?

    Hi
    The common reason for this kind of error is a misconfigured model or data service proxy
    To verify this is not the case please follow these steps:
    1. In the DC where you get the error open your models one by one and verify that the runtime provider that is configured is set properly (usually should be WebDynpro but could be Voice or Portal if this is the runtime that you are targeting your application to)
    This configuration is accessible in the configure panel when your model is in focus
    2. Do the same as described in bullet 1 on your data services' usages as well. Select the usage of the data service and check that the runtime provider is set properly
    3. remove any unused service in your DC (this is a good practive regardless of the current problem. To view your data services in a certain DC open the "Manage Models Dialog". Select the "Data Services" entry in the filter dropdown on the top right corner. Drill down into the DC you are clearing and delete services you do not think they are in use. Please note that removing a service must be done carefully since you might delete services that could be in use by other models in the same DC or by dynamic entry list of a control in your model, etc.)
    Please let me know if it helped

    command prompt with "javac". I'm getting the same
    error of "Undefinedclassloader" with long StatckTrace.
    I don't know anything about JBuilder either. If you use the command prompt and enter the full path to the 1.5 javac.exe then that will prove whether the issue is using an older javac or not. For example "c:\j2sdk1.5.0_01\bin\javac HelloWorld.java"
