Unexpected Error on login, PLEASE HELP!
PLEASE HELP!!
Everytime I try to login to Muse since Beta 7 I get this screen:
I have already submitted a report and emailed support but I have gotten no answer.
How can I fix this? I have allowed Muse through my firewall but that doesnt make any difference.

Try removing the Genius database. In the "Finder" go to the /username/Music/iTunes/ folder and delete the "iTunes Library Genius.itdb" file. This may allow the program to launch again. This file will be recreated upon first use of the "Genius" feature.

Hey I am kind of new to this forum situation, but I keep trying to install software updates on my macbook for the last two weeks and the aforementioned error (None of the selected updates could be installed. An unexpected error occurred.) keeps resulting. I would download them straight from online, but I don't know which ones to download. What should I do?
Bring up Software Update, and when it says it has updated software to download, click the button on the left bottom of the window, might say something like show details. That will open the box to show you exactly what would download. You can then visit the Apple download site at http://support.apple.com/downloads/

Printing Calendar:An unexpected error occurred. Please try again later.
I have been trying unsuccessfully for 3 days to print out a calendar from iphoto. I have done this every year for xmas gifts and this usually goes off without a hitch.
I click on buy calendar and it makes me login to my account (account works, I can still purchase via iTunes).
Once I confirm payment (and I have tried changing my payment method) and move past step 3 I get a pop up that says "An unexpected error occurs. Please try your again later"
I tried cards, individual photos and my old calendars. No orders will go thru.
Please help as I need this for xmas.Let's give the old reliable remedy a try. This might work; if it doesn't, we can at least rule it out. Quit iPhoto and delete your iPhoto preferences. To do this, go to your username> library> preferences> com.apple.iphoto.plist. Delete this file. Then reopen iPhoto; it will create a new preference file with all of the default settings.

I have set up the RWA and I can log in to the web console with my server account. However when I click on any of the shared folders I get this error:
An unexpected error occurred. Please try again. If the problem continues, contact the person who manages your server.
Does anyone know how to troubleshoot this?

MaciekI had this very same issue with one of our customer's servers that was running Windows Server Essentials. I ended up calling Microsoft about the issue. I hope this helps someone. Troubleshooting Steps:
1. We were getting unexpected errors while accessing shared folders remotely
2. The tech found IIS handlers were missing
3. She went to IIS > server level ( parent level) and added managed handler mapping :
Name: svc-Integrated-4.0

Not sure if this is a suitable forum, but when I was using Iphoto '08 V7.1.3 (latest version), and I tried to purchase an album, the following error always appeared : "Unexpected error has occurred, please try again later".
It always appears after iphoto has transfered all the data across after I click 'Buy Now'. And it is driving me crazy!
I called up apple support and have tried to do whatever they told me to, which includes:
1) Creating a new album
2) Creating a new apple i.d.
but its all futile! The dreaded message always appears!
Does anyone know if theres any way I can just SEND THE THING over manually, in a CD or something, cos I really want the album book! Or, do any technical guys here have any idea?? Im also kinda tired of waiting on the hold line on the phone!I wish I could help - but I am having the same exact problem. It is totally frustrating to make the book and then go through all the steps only to have the same message appear.

This means that either your firewall/antivirus is blocking access to Apple's servers, or you have used your computer to jailbreak an iDevice in the past. The link above tells you how to resolve this issue. -

hi, I was trying to update my iPhone 3gS but when I turn it on again iTunes send me a message that says error 3194 occurs, please help me!!
If the screen shows a plug going to itunes, then you have no choice, It's in recovery mode. You'll be given the chance to restore from a backup either from itunes or icloud.
I assume when you got the message to update (was this for the ios or update some apps?), that was before the device when dead. At any rate, doing a restore does not change the ios. -
I transfered my iWork '09 to my new Mac Air. Now my Keynote won't open. I get message, "An unexpected error has occurred, please quit and reopen Keynote." This doesn't work.
so Keynote still isnt working after installing, I thought you had it sorted from your last post.
If you have not done so remove any files relating to iWork and Keynote and reinstall iWork
files that must go are:
the iWork ’09 folder from the main HD > Applications;
the iWork ’09 folder in HD > Library > Application Support
the individual iWork application plist files found in HD > Users > (your account) > Library >

Whenever i try to sync my ipod a message keeps coming up saying "1 or more items could not be synced", apparently its error -69. Please help, i've tried rebooting my laptop, installing the latest itunes and turning off the wifi but nothing seems to work.
