Unexpected Quits (mainly safari)

Question

I haven't had my macbook for even a month and there has been one main problem occurring.
Whenever I am surfing the internet I receive unexpected quits numerous times. I troubleshoot it, and it works, but it happens again.
I talked on the phone with support and have reinstalled Mac OS, and it got to the point where I erased my whole hard drive. It still does it. I am currently waiting for a phone call back from an Apple technician about the problem. It is a pain to have this type of problem to occur like this.
Can some one please help me????

You've not filled out your profile, so it's hard to tell what the problem might be. However, there are some indications.
Presumably, it happens only during web surfing. That lowers the chance of a serious hardware issue, or else the problem would be happening with off of your apps.
Web surfing is extremely demanding on a computer. I suspect you have only 512MB of RAM; instead, load your machine with as much RAM as possible; prices are good and it's the cheapest way to dramatically improve performance. There are other suggestions, but one should start here.
