UNINSTALL HTML DB 1.6

hiii
how to uninstall the HTML DB 1.6 ..... plz in detailed steps

I'm not aware of an official uninstall facility.
You should probably install Apex 2.2 first. It should create a new schema named FLOWS_002200 or something along those lines. The FLOWS_01600 schema is your current install. I believe dropping this schema is essentially the uninstall. Export it before you drop it.

Mavricks, MacbookPro, typical config of everything and standard business user, no heavy graphics, animation or media editing. MS Office, web apps, etc.
I have the same issue with Logmein, which I installed a trial, uninstalled with appzapper, which I thought does a good job of untangling the components of apps but for these 2 it doesn't.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
    Thx,

Usually applications like these have their own uninstallers, either build into the installer ( ! ) itself or as a separate uninstaller app. Check the site of the software provider for instructions.

  • LOTS of trouble downloading. Getting a grey page?

    Hi guys,
A few months ago, I tried this program called 'fast download' or something similar. Not sure exactly what it was or why I even tried it.
Anyways, what it did, was organize any sort of download I had on my computer. When I would download a free trial of any other program, this 'fast download' program would open up and organize it the downloads.
    Anyways, I erased it.
The problem is, when I used to download things, they would just appear on my desktop.
Now when I try to download things, the link for that particular download just opens up a grey/black page. So, it just takes me to another online page that is blank (grey/black) and nothing gets downloaded.
I need to get the mac free trial of quickbooks and its really messing me up.
    Any suggestions?

  • Windows 8.1 Pro x64 BSOD 0x9f DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE

I bought a new ASUS N76VZ about 2 weeks ago that came with Windows 8. I did a clean upgrade to windows 8.1 Pro and I proceed to install the drivers for the various utilities for the system. Shortly afterward, I repeatedly get this bugcheck stop error at
    least once a day.
This is very annoying as I am a college student and it makes it difficult to to keep up if it throws this error when in class (which it has done so twice already). I proceeded to do some research into the cause of the error and i have found it comes back
to a hardware compatibility issue (I assume, if not then your welcome to correct me).
The following minidumps can be found at http://sdrv.ms/1blPxrT.  If anyone could shed some light on the exact cause of the problem would be much appreciated. If the above minidumps do not have enough information to find the cause, let me know and
i will get whatever is needed.
    Thanks.

Still blamed on the video driver and the video driver is the same date.  You need to find a drive (older) that will work.  I would also consider removing Symantec.

  • Windows 7 Pro SP1 ships with IE11. I need IE8 that used to run on Win7 - what choices do I have?

    Hi all,
The reason for this post is our need for IE8 for compliance with company requirements (web apps of a big and cumbersome company that will only run on IE8).
We received a non hand manageable number of brand new dell aio 9020 machines with Win7 Pro SP1 and need to downgrade to IE8.
The official microsoft download site features IE8 for Vista, Server 2008, XP and not for Win 7. None works on Win 7.
I would like an official IE8 setup that runs on Win7 as it used to
in the initial versions for sure. Other requirement is that it should be in italian localization, but though important I consider it secondary.
The expensive solutions are to reinstall machines with Win7 off an old version of Win 7 (where to find old Win7 setup disc, how to use current license shipped with the PC's?)
A creative idea I had was to try to extract IE8 form "Internet Explorer Application Compatibility VPC Image" by pulling any dependency / dll ecc but I assume the result might not work. How, if viable is yet a question and it would only be in english.
I am here asking anyone or better official MS people, what solutions there are.
The end result must be an actual IE8 running.
Grateful for help - even pointing to another section or place to ask for this kind of support,
    GG
    PS happy new year!

    Hi all,
I found a solution that I will share in case someone else is seeking this answer.
I did not try the solution provided here http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2579295
I instead disabled the windows functionality (not sure wether necessary, will test and edit this)
    Dism /online /disable-feature /FeatureName:"Internet-Explorer-Optional-amd64"
;FYI dism /online /get-features - for a list of windows features to enable or disable
Probably unnecessary to disable anyway but worth sharing dism for other potentially interested users.
Then I uninstalled updates of IE and from IE11 I found IE8 (the base of Win7)
    ; FYI dism /online /get-packages /format:table > updates.txt - then read IE related and uninstall as follows
    DISM.exe /Online /Remove-Package /PackageName:Microsoft-Windows-IE-Hyphenation-Parent-Package-English~31bf3856ad364e35~~~11.2.9412.0 /quiet /norestart

    Restart and find IE8 :-)
For other debloaters or second hand customizers (sysprep is an option, not on all scenarios like OEM installs and no specific concerns)

  • The application Skype quit unexpectedly...

    Hopefully I'm not re-asking a settled top[ic - but I didn't find anything searching.
The subject line pretty much covers it. I haven't used Skype much and not for a few months now and it used to work fine. Just wanted to revive it the other day so I tried to open - I see the login window momentarily but it goes straight to the error message. I tried the relaunch option - always the same result.
I tried re-downloading Skype - no change. I uninstalled Skype and tried re-downloading - no change.
Note: some instructions at Skype (http://www.skype.com/help/guides/skypeformac/upgrading/uninstall.html) indicate a file location at “username/Library/Skype” but this location does not exist on my Mac - and it wasn't there before all my re-installation activities...
If anyone wants to see the error message code I can send it. I sent it to Apple but NONE of us really know where those messages go do we...?!!
    Any help out there?
    Thanks!
    G&O

Note: some instructions at Skype ... indicate a file location at “username/Library/Skype”
Actually it's at (username)/Library/Application Support/Skype and is a folder containing various files. You could try moving them out before reinstalling, since a reinstall wouldn't over-write them. You could also remove com.skype.skype.plist from the (user)/Library/Preferences folder. You then stand a better chance of getting a clean install.

  • Pop up window wont load

when a pop up window (that i want, such as to compose an email), the window opens but nothing loads in the window. there is only a a bar at the top that says "search bookmarks and history". how can i get these pop ups to load. it happens with ALL pop up windows that come from a link that i click on ( i WANT these pop ups).

I had this exact problem. It's well described on this blog http://deletemalware.blogspot.com/2011/06/remove-msiexecexe-trojan-uninstall.html
I know there is a safe file called msiexec.exe but I still had my doubts. It was prompting me to allow msiexec.exe to make changes to my computer. Publisher was unknown, that raised my suspicion. I clicked no and ran Hitman Pro http://www.surfright.nl/en/hitmanpro
It removed the virus. I hope it won't return when I restart.

    HI,
Go to ~/Library/Preferences and move the com.apple.systempreferences.plist file to the Trash and restart your Mac.
If that doesn't help, uninstall Skype and see if System Preferences crashes.

  • Download Accelerator Plus for Mac OS

I am an old time windows user, and i am used to having my downloads accelerated as well as organized well.
DAP is only available for mac os 1.0.3 not for anything latet than that.
Does anyone have any software tips, like download managers I can use with my mac?
    Thank you!

    Welcome to Apple Discussions!
Speed Download is a popular utility, though keep the uninstall directions handy if you find you have a version that doesn't work with your software update:
    http://www.yazsoft.com/sd/content/supportpages/uninstall.html
There have been times the software has had to be updated after a systemwide software update.
There is also a Downloads window in the Window menu of Safari, and in most other web browsers as well where you can control downloads you make off the internet.

This does not surprise me at all.  These were/are related to your Symantec.  IMHO it is bloatware and after doing 10,000+ BSODS I have seem it more than any other malware app  I would remove it and use MSE in its place
Symantec  is a frequent cause of BSOD's.
I would remove and replace it with Microsoft Security Essentials AT LEAST TO TEST

  • Safari Goes Crazy

Safari is displaying some sites - I guess Flash-based stuff - like Yahoo! Mail and YouTube really weird. I'm not sure if there are others because it hadn't happened in a while but the other day it was those two sites.
I tried doing screen capture of the odd display. Strangely, when I did a near all-screen capture, it came out totally black. Even the smaller ones I did didn't look exactly like what I saw when I did the capture.
I'm also getting a lot of beach ball action as per http://discussions.apple.com/thread.jspa?threadID=2515293&start=0&tstart=0
If anyone is interested in the screen caps let me know and I'll upload somewhere.

    Hi,
For Yahoo Mail. You may have BrowserPlus installed, go here for instructions remove BrowserPlus: http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/browserplus/uninstall.html
As for YouTube. That requires the most recent version of Flash to stream Flash content. Uninstall your current version, reinstall new then repair permissions.
    Uninstall Flash
Install the most recent version of Flash here.
    Now repair permissions.
Launch Disk Utility. (Applications/Utilities) Select MacintoshHD in the panel on the left, select the FirstAid tab. Click: Repair Disk Permissions. When it's finished from the Menu Bar, Quit Disk Utility and restart your Mac. If you see a long list of "messages" in the permissions window, it's ok. That can be ignored. As long as you see, "Permissions Repair Complete" when it's finished... you're done. Quit Disk Utility and restart your Mac.
Also, in a Finder window select your Home Folder in the Sidebar on the left. It has a small house icon. Then on the right open the Library folder, then the Caches folder, then the com.apple.Safari folder.
Move this file to the Trash: cache.db
And in that same Finder window, in the Library folder open the Cookies folder and move this file to the Trash: Cookies.plist
    Relaunch Safari.

  • Safari upload issues

Issues with uploading pictures with Safari, recently on both our computers PC we have had issues with Safari uploading pictures let's say to facebook, yet tried with internet explorer and it worked.  I can select the photo but then it does nothing, or at times I can't select the photo.  I also have a MacBook Pro but haven't tried to see if I'm having the same issues yet.

    HI,
Go here for instructions to uninstall BrowserPlus for Yahoo.
    http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/browserplus/uninstall.html
    When it's uninstalled, relaunch Safari.
