Uninstall Photoshop CS5 with CS5.1 Installed?

How do I uninstall Mac Photoshop CS5 when I have installed CS5.1 also? The Adobe Application Manager just shows one version to uninstall which I would guess is the CS5.1 version.

Hi eclayton18,
It's recommended to uninstall the older version before installing the new software if you dont intend to use the older version.
But if you want to use both versions you can install and have both on the same machine.

Uninstall Photoshop CS4 and CS5

I have Photoshop CS4 and CS5 installed, CS4 also in x64 version.
Also Acrobat Pro.
I'd like to uninstall all Photoshop stuff only, i.e. not Acrobat.
Before proceeding: will the uninstall also remove all the 'other' Photoshop matters?

Uninstall the Adobe Creative Suite product through Add or Remove Programs Control (Windows XP) or the Programs And Features Control Panel (Windows Vista/Windows 7)
and select the program one by one and click on uninstall

Dreamweaver CC 2014 still wants to open jpg, png, gif files with uninstalled Photoshop CC rather than installed Photoshop CC 2014

Anyone know a fix. It seems that it wants to look for photoshop.exe and still wants to look for the uninstalled Photoshop CC folder.
1. Yes, I have set the Preferences in Dreamweaver to point to Photoshop CC 2014 as the Primary.
2. I'm on Windows 7.
I also had to do this fix to get PSD, IND, AI and EPS files to open in their respective programs: Photoshop: CS6 not default program for jpg and/or jpeg in Windows 7 Professional 64-bit

Photoshop Scan with CS5

I trying to find the scan device in CS5 but cannot locate it in the import location. Did it change or was it discontinued in this version of pfotoshop. I used it quit often in CS3 but seemingly I am missing something it the CS5 app. Any suggestion?

How do i clean uninstall Photoshop Elements with all cache

Hi,
I've got a strange problem. I was using PSE10 on Windows 7 and when i did a batch in PSE10 to automatically organise multiple files from PSD-files with a white background to PNG-files with a transparante background, the PNG's always came back with a white background. This seemed to be a bug in PSE10 ((http://forums.adobe.com/thread/1087433)).
I uninstalled PSE10 and installed PSE12 which i thought would resolve the problem. It didn't. It kept outputting my PSD-files to PNG's with white backgrounds.
I tried the same thing with Photoshop on my home Windows and there it worked fine, also with PSE12 on another Windows-machine. So i'm guessing this ought to be caused by some caching on my Windows-laptop.
My question is, how can i make sure when i uninstall PSE12 i also clean every possible caching so i'm absolutely sure i start over with a clean version of PSE12. I'm using Windows7.

How to uninstall Studio MX with CS3 installed?

Hello!
I'm on OS 10.5.4 and I installed CS3 thinking it would
"overwrite" Macromedia Studio MX but it didn't so now I have all
the applications from CS3 and all the applications from Studio MX.
How do I uninstall the Macromedia Studio MX applications while
keeping the CS3 applications intact?

Safely uninstall Studio MX with CS3 installed?

I recently installed Adobe CS3, and it works great in Vista
Ultimate. Dreamweaver CS3 even picked my existing Dreamweaver MX
sites and extensions without a hitch.
But now I no longer need Studio MX or any of its components.
San I safely uninstall them without affecting the CS3
installation?

Should I uninstall Photoshop after I've installed Photoshop CC14?

I'm not sure if I'm supposed to keep both versions or not.

They are separate applications. You can and may want to keep both until you are sure that it is working well for you and that you don't need any of the removed features.

I've uninstalled Photoshop CC & downloaded and installed PS CC 2014. When I go "Window/Extension", Extension is grayed out. I've downloaded and installed all my Extensions.

You have to install panels/"extensions" that are compatible with CC 2014. The old flash based panels are not compatible.

I installed the trail Photoshop 5 and it worked great. Will purchese later. My problem is I uninstalled Photoshop 5 with the uninstaller but now when ever I want to open a photo in Bridge 4 the defalt is Photoshop 5 and I can not change it. Their is a line after the Photoshop 5 icon in the Info panel the rederects the program to Photoshop 5 from Photoshop 4. Help please.

You didn’t really need to uninstall, I guess.
Can you change the File Type association manually?

How To Uninstall Photoshop CC (2014) from Creative Cloud (not listed in Program and Features)

My membership for Creative Cloud has expired and I want to uninstall Photoshop CC 2014 from my system.
The ONLY Adobe application listed under 'Program and Features' (Windows 8.1) is the Adobe Creative Cloud, however when I uninstall that all the Adobe Photoshop and Bridge system files remain. When double clicking on photoshop.exe (C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CC (64 Bit)\photoshop.exe) I get the Creative Cloud 'Renew your Subscription' screen. After then rebooting and reinstalling the Creative Cloud Desktop, it shows that Photoshop CC, Photoshop CC (2014), and Bridge CC are installed and are all 'up to date'
I have searched everywhere on my system for photoshop uninstall files without success.
Please advise how to delete/uninstall all applications installed by Adobe Creative Cloud when the applications are not listed in the Control Panel 'Programs and Features'

Thank you for the link. I don't want to sound rude, but I said the programs installed by Creative Cloud Desktop are NOT listed in Windows Control Panel's 'Programs and Features'. The link provided is useless.
The only Adobe software listed under 'Program and Features' ('Add or Remove Programs' for Windows XP users) is the Creative Cloud Desktop program itself and when uninstalling that, it does NOT uninstall Photoshop CC (2014) or Adobe Bridge CC. When selecting uninstall for Creative Cloud, no Change options are provided to remove Photoshop CC. Uninstalling Creative Cloud Desktop leaves all Photoshop and Bridge system files intact.
Again, I want to uninstall Photoshop CC that was installed by Creative Cloud Desktop and is NOT listed under Program and Features.

Yes, the Old Master file has a folder for each year where I find all photos from that specific year. I am attaching a screen shot of the file.
In the meantime i have managed to download all photos (it did not download any video files though in mpg, avi, 3gp, m4v,mp4 and mov format) to a new iphoto library. Unfortunately the photos are quite mixed and often doubled up. I ma considering to purchase iphoto library which checks all duplicates in iphoto. this will save me a lot of time. What do you think?
