Uninstalled CC is now blocking my Registered CS6 Apps from working

OK Short story
I installed CC - but due to a large amount of AS2 legacy work i still had to maintain, and CC going AS3 only, I uninstalled it and kept using my Master Collection CS6.
For some reason now - when I try and load Flash CS6 - I get a membership expired Creative Cloud popup - and it wont let me run Flash CS6.
Any help would be much appreciated - this is rather frustrating - especially since I have uninstalled CC

No option to install/delete/update CS6 apps from Application Manager.

I have a registered copy of CS6 Master Collection installed on my MacBook Pro running OS X Yosemite 10.10.2. The Application Manager does not show any options for apps excepts for CC and CC 2014 apps. Is this how it is supposed to be? My reason for inquiring about this is because I am having issues installing CC 2014 apps and it was suggested by support to uninstall the CS6 apps, install the CC 2014 apps, then reinstall the CS6 apps from the Application Manager. As of yet, I am not convinced this is a safe move considering the installation issues I have encountered thus far. I need my CS6 apps for school work (especially Encore).

You need to restore it with iTunes or wipe it from the phone itself... Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Content and Settings. Either of these will create a factory fresh phone, thus removing the restrictions. Note that ALL user data will be wiped.

Do I need to uninstall CS5.5 before installing CS6 apps from Creative Cloud?

The video suggests you uninstall any Beta versions but says nothing about previous version of the apps.

Hi. I left CS5 on, installed CS6. There was a problem with the shortcuts but both CS6 and CS5 work. What I just found was that although files (.jpg in this case) opened through Bridge CS6 in Photoshop CS6, Windows Explorer still has CS5 associated with opening the file type. I could change that file type by file type but would guess there's a better way to get all file associations moved from CS5 to CS6. Thanks!

I have seen this before. You need to update the apps in your app store, and once they are updated, they will work again.

I cancelled my Creative Cloud and now my Production Premium CS6 won't work!

When I cancelled the Creative Cloud membership by phone, I informed the Adobe rep that I intended to use our Production Premium CS6 suite instead (which we have had longer than CC. Now I can't open anything in my CS6 suite. It's treating it as if it was installed with CC - which it was not. They both have the same login email address.

You can try signing with different Adobe ID .
or if you wish to sign in using same email ID , try and follow below steps :
Windows:
Press Windows button (located between Ctrl and Alt buttons) along with R button together at a time , you will get a run command window.
Type in below command and hit 'Enter' key.

Then navigate to Local>Adobe>OOBE. Open OOBE folder and delete opm.db file.
Mac:
1) Right click on Finder icon and select "Go-To" Folder option.
2) You will get a text box, type-in below command and then hit 'Return' key.( Do not miss ~ symbol)

3)Then navigate to Application Support>Adobe>OOBE. Open OOBE folder and delete opm.db file.
Then try to activate Production Premium.
Still face same issue , try clearing SLCache Contents.
In Windows , first enable Hidden Files and folders view, because most of the files will be hidden by default.
Open C:drive and navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe.
Open Adobe folder and locate SLCache folder and move all its contents to backup folder on Desktop . make sure SLCache is empty .
Then try to activate Production Premium.
Mac :
1) Right click on Finder icon and select "Go-To" Folder option.
2) You will get a text box, type-in below command and then hit 'Return' key.

3)Then navigate to Application Support>Adobe.
Under Adobe folder
locate SLCache folder and move all its contents to backup folder on Desktop . make sure SLCache is empty .

If the subscription is not completely removed , sometimes it will still recognize Cancelled CC subscription and prompts error .
You can check by signing in with different Adobe ID.

Upgraded to Win 8.1, now Move tool in CS6 has stopped working

Specifically, the spacebar shortcut. The move tool works, however, when I press the spacebar the cursor changes to the hand symbol yet when I click and drag, it does not work.
This applies to all programs in the CS6 master collection.

We can't know. You have not provided any proper system information. Such issues are usualyl simply driver issues with your input device and graphics hardware. That aside, CS6 was never tested or designed for Win 8.1, so these problems may be unresolvable untill Adobe fix them with specific updates to their products.

If you forgot the answers to the previous ones, you need to contact supporrt to reset them.
Here's how I did it:

All Products and Services > iTunes > iTunes Store > Account Management > iTunes Store account security
Answer the questions and if required sign in with your Apple ID and password - same one you used to log in on this support forum.
You will find an option to send an email to Apple on that page. Indicate that you forgot the answers to your security questions and wait for iTunes support to reply.

Can I install the same CS6 app from the cloud if I have it already?

I think I am reading this correctly from the FAQs, but if I have a licensed CS6 application already on my PC that I downloaded from an Adobe disc, can I install and run the same CS6 application at the same time from the Cloud now that I subscribe to that?
The Cloud FAQs says the following, but the question mentions a 'previous' application, so I was wondering if that meant CS4 or CS5 etc and not CS6?

Yes, you can run the traditional licensed versions of your Creative Suite applications at the same time you run the Creative Cloud applications.

It is referring to other CS6 applications. You could also have older versions such as CS4 or CS5 applications installed.

Adobe cs6 apps not working with OS X Yosemite

Illustrator and After Effects are not working with OS 10.10.1 After Effects opens into and is stuck in Render Queue. Illustrator says it need a previous version of java. Im a little nervous about going with a older version of java on my new machine
Ps, Pr and Au seem to be working ok so far.
Any Ideas??

I am having the exact same problem with After Effects (13.1.1.3) OSX 10.10.1. Renders lockup in the render queue hanging on frame 2.
Whats the deal Adobe?
If your going to push updates to customers all the time, your software has gotta be solid.

Adobe Premiere Pro CS6 App not working

Hi, I have a licensed install of Adobe CC. Recently Premiere Pro showed up in the list of software available for install, in the CC window. I installed it, and it now shows up as an installed app, however, it is not clickable, like the other apps are in the CC window. I do not find it in my list of programs in my Windows programs menu, and a search for Premiere, does not yield any results either. What am I doing wrong? I am running Windows 7.

Here is what you need to do. Sign from the Creative Cloud app and Quit it.
Navigate here: Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe and move the 'Caps' folder to desktop.
Then sign in again to Creative Cloud and see if it still shows up.

Port blocked prevents app from working

Dear all,
Although I don't even have ipfilters support compiled into my kernel, external attempts to connect to my tcp port 4662 fail. This happens although (locally) nmap shows it to be open:

Nmap finished: 1 IP address (1 host up) scanned in 2.805 seconds
However, it is impossible to connect from the internet to this port. Eg, I've used
http://www.amule.org/testport.php?tcpport=4662
and it always answers that the port is inacessible.
Do you have any idea why this port might not be accessible on my machine? I am a residential cable customer, so I'm not behind a firewall.

Actually a cable modem, acts as a router, as long as it has DHCP service in it, and im pretty sure its in NAT mode (so if you connect a switch to it, you can access internet from multiple PCs)...
Arch has no port blocking per default that im aware of.
EDIT:
Also, as you see with nmap the port is open in your computer, but you cant reach it from internet because when you are behind a NAT you have to forward that port in the router/cablemodem/dslmodem to your PC IP and port. This was what i was talking in my first post. (Im quite sure about the cablemodem being in NAT mode and causing this problem, but i could be wrong, in my case, this was the problem (though i have DSL)).

All this has started in the last few days. Fine (if a little slow, too long on beach balls, but nothing like the one minute rolls I'm reading about ...) up until then. Only new update was last iTunes update! and I haven't opened iTunes?
