Uninstalled Dreamweaver CC 2014 but CC App says it's still installed...

According to my finder window Dreamweaver is definitely not there, but according to Creative Cloud App I still have CS6, CC and CC 2014. So I can't download it through the CC app.
I'm on a Mac running Mavericks. Any suggestions?

Restarted DW and computer. Also uninstalled and reinstalled CC app, which reminded me that I should have used the uninstall app for DW. I dragged it to the trash. Oops

I have a similar problem with ITunesU, I used to be able to access them from my car dock, but now they dont appear and the fwd/back buttons on the steering wheel wont affect them.
It seems taking them from ITunes into their own app has confused many other applications or dock connectors. Im going to try and remove the ITunesU app as I dont want to have lost the extra functionality

you have paid for app and when app purchase will be approved then ony you should able to make payment for your TAX.
I had same problem. I called apple guys and got my money back than I use web version ofn turbo tax.
that works perfectly well.
problme with app is that you can not see your tax paper next year as web and app does not have any sync link.
use web version.

Quit mail like this.
Go to the Home screen and double click the Home button. That will reveal the row of recently used apps at the bottom of the screen. Tap and hold on the app in question until it wiggles and displays a minus sign. Tap the minus sign to actually quit the app. Then tap anywhere on the screen above that bottom row to return the screen to normal. Then restart the app and see if it works normally.

Then first of Sign out from Creative Cloud and Sign in using Email ID using which you had purchased subscription.

I accidentally uninstalled Premiere CS6/Encore CS6 and the CC manager says it's still installed

I'm on a PC, running Windows 7. I wanted to just install Encore CS6 and had to install Premiere CS6 to do that (WHY????).
Anyway, I was going to uninstall Premiere CS6 because I have Premiere CC, and I accidentally checked both Encore and Premiere CS6 when the uninstaller came up. The CC manager still says Premiere CS6 is still installed when it's not. I have to install Encore for a project right away.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Bhorv67 first please try quitting and reopening the Creative Cloud desktop application to force a refresh. If the Premiere CS6 is still listed as being installed then please see Creative Cloud AAM lists Applications as "Up to Date" when not installed - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/aam-lists-removed-apps-date.html for additional solutions for the difficulties which you are currently facing.

My old computer no longer works but has my adobe creative suite still installed in it. How can i install it on my new computer without being able to access my old one?

The hard drive in my old computer was fried basically and there is no way to get onto it again. I had adoe creative suite 5.5 and dreamweaver 12 on it but i am not sure how to install either of these onto my new computer now. Is there any other way to do this?

How do I re-download Acrobat pro XI when Creative Cloud app thinks it's still installed?

I've been having no end of grief with Creative Cloud on my late 2009 2.8 GHz Intel Core i7 iMac, running OS X 10.9.2. It slows my finder redraw down so that sometimes it takes 5 minutes to display the contents of a folder in the finder.
So a couple of months ago I removed the Creative Cloud app from my machine, and things started running smoothly again except I was unable to update the rest of my CC apps.
Needing to update the Camera Raw plugin for Photoshop CC, I reluctantly reinstalled the Creative Cloud app, which refused to recognise that I had a bunch of Adobe apps installed (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat, Bridge) ... all except Lightroom, which it recognised. So I uninstalled all my apps and re-downloaded them through Creative Cloud so CC would 'see' that I had the apps. Not so easy with Acrobat XI: I had problems opening it so I went through the 'Uninstal Acrobat XI' app in the Acrobat folder, and now Creative Cloud thinks it's still installed and therefore I can't download a fresh copy.
Should I go through the rigmarole of uninstalling Creative Cloud again and run the risk of it losing track of all my other apps once again, or is there another way to work around this? Every time I try to download from the Adobe site it launches Creative Cloud...
Hoping someone can shed some light on this for me please.

With the help of Adobe support, I signed out of Creative Cloud and signed back in. Although I'd done this yesterday with no result, it worked this time and I'm currently reinstalling Acrobat.

I wanted to delete a app so I could redownload to restore and start game over and so I deleted it then went to re down load and it says it's still installed so I can't re download but the I con is not any where on my iPad where can I find it?

CC Desktop reports all apps up to date, but Indvidual apps say they are not?

While I have the Creative Cloud desktop application open and connected I will get Windows Tray notifications from Individual Adobe applications telling there "Updates ready to Apply."
THe creative Cloud desktop app shows that all installed applications are 'up to date'.
Below is a screen clip of the desktop app showing all up to date and a open Acrobat 11 dialog saying updates are ready to install.
The Acrobat 11 dialog opened immediately after the Desktop application displayed the installed application statuses.
So are all the updates the Desktop application downloading getting applied? Or are they getting applied twice?

Run the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool, lett AAM reinstall the apps, then try to run the updates again.

My iPad has UK as correct country but refuses apps saying I am linked to US store

I have double checked my Apple ID and it states UK but when I download apps it seems to recognise me as if from US store and then will not download them. I checked my iTunes account on a pc and that shows UK as well!
My iPhone allows me to download apps using same account.
Help please...

Sign out of your iTunes Store account, power off and restart your iPhone, and then sign back into your iTunes Store account and see if it then works correctly.
