Unity Connection Admin Page Not Loading

Cisco Unity Connection version: 8.5.1ES16.11900-16
Running HA.
My publisher's gui loads just fine. However if I try to load the subs i get the servers error page:
HTTP Status 404 -
type: Status report
message:
description: The requested resource () is not available.
Also when I go to services on the admin page and drop the menu down to that server I get no available. In the cluster menu I see the server defined.
I can SSH into the box and the servcies appear to be running just fine. Is there a way to tell why the admin page is not loading?

Have you tried restarting the Tomcat service on the secondary server? This can be done via the CLI.

  • Web-Auth Admin Page not loading

I have a WLC 2504 Controller which is set up for guest wireless using the Web-Auth feature / Lobby Ambassador.
When I web browse to the Controller and enter my credentials no page is displayed.
The log file displays the following error:
#CLI-3-LOGIN_FAILED: cliutil.c:632 Login failed. User:lobby-admin, Service type:11. unknown service type.
However when I run a debug aaa events I see the following event that the user passed authentication.
*emWeb: Mar 17 18:54:53.120: Authentication succeeded for lobby-admin
    The wireless controller version 7.6.130.0
There is genuinely nothing fancy about the set up and done these loads of times.
I have tried this with Google Chrome, IE and Firefox using both HTTPS and HTTP and it's still exactly the same problem.
    Regards
    Greg

Which authentication protocol do you want use and does the request from the WLC hit the correct policy on the authentication server?
If you want to use radius as the authentication protocol you need to return the radius "Service-Type" attribute with value "Callback Administrative" for a lobby admin user. If you go with tacacs you need to use role based authentication. For example "role1=ALL" gives the user access to all the tabs in the GUI.

  • Web Pages not loading on Mobile Devices

Browsing web pages not working on mobile devices
I have bt inifinity 2, from my laptop and mac (with same wifi connection) webpages load no problem, from my android tablet and iphone (with same wifi connection) web pages not loading. On these devices I can load youtube videos, and apps have connections/load data, it seems to be limited just to browsing webpages.
I have tried changing ssid for the 2 channels, I have tried disabling wifi on the router, and using apple time capsule as the router, everything seems to result in the same problem, you cannot browse web pages on mobile devices.
previously i had adsl from bt and didnt have these issues.

  • Pages not loading completely

I am seeing intermittent issues with web pages not loading completely, or taking a long time to load. Some times embedded images will not load. The page will often load, but the page loading icon in chrome will carry on spinning.
This is happening periodically and at various times of the day, but has been going on for a couple of weeks. The rest of the time, my broadband speeds are fine and very snappy, as normal.
I've restarted my router (homehub 3) several times.
This doesn't seem to be a general speed problem.
Using speedtest.net, i can see that my download speed is pretty consistent at just under 20mbps.
Using pingtest.net i see no packet loss, with good ping times.
Using the BT speedtest tool, my line speed to the house is around 23mbps, and my download speed is again around 20mbps.
This is effecting all devices attached to the router, both wired and wifi... both windows PC/laptops and ipad/iphone devices.
I am not sure where to look next, and am kind of dreading a conversation with BT helpdesk.
    Any ideas?

Thanks... That's a long thread, and I am not going to pretend to understand all of it.
It seems to be similar issue, but I am seeing this any webiste, including this one, not just on a handful of specific sites.
If I understand the thread above correctly, that issue is with BT, and was apparantly fixed, although the most recent post suggests it has not been. And that if this is the same problem, I can't do anything to fix this myself, other than raise this BT?
Having played around a little more, I think I can see that this problem becomes more accute when i am jumping rapidly from one webpage to another in quick succession, until i get to the point where pages are just not loading anymore.

You can include alternative content for people who do not
    have the Flash
player. Essentially, you write the site twice--once in HTML
    and once in
Flash/Flex. This is one reason why people will often advise
    you not to put
mission-critical functionality into anything that requires
    the Flash player,
unless you're 100% certain that all of the users who need to
    see your
    content will have it.

  • Most pages not loading when on new wifi connection

I have recently connected to a new wifi network and while some pages will load, most of them will not. So, for example, I can get on to the NYtimes website but not onto the Washington Post website. And for the Facebook website, I can get onto the main page but once I try to login it won't work. However, for yahoo I can get on the site and login and view emails etc., Also, some site will appear correctly and others do not (missing some part of the websites graphics).
I have tried both Firefox and Safari and the issue is hapenning to both. I have also called the company who sold us the wifi/router/internet package and they say the problem is on my end. The router/machine also has an ethernet jack and my internet works perfectly fine when I connect via ethernet.
    Thanks for any help .

I haven't seen this for a while and thought it was fixed but it sounds like he old DNS issue - try using open DNS - Our nameservers are 208.67.222.222 and 208.67.220.220 - as a test (set in the network preferences) - if it works and you like it I recommend logging into your router and making the open DNS servers the DNS for the network

  • The firefox page constantly says "Connecting" and will not load any websites. I've also updated the firefox software via internet explorer with the same reslults can you help?

Internet explorer works perfectly and firefox will not load any websites

Start Firefox in <u>[[Safe Mode]]</u> to check if one of the extensions is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
    * Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.
    * https://support.mozilla.com/kb/Safe+Mode
If it does work in Safe-mode then disable all extensions and then try to find which is causing it by enabling one at a time until the problem reappears.
    * Use "Disable all add-ons" on the [[Safe mode]] start window to disable all extensions.
    * Close and restart Firefox after each change via "File > Exit" (Mac: "Firefox > Quit"; Linux: "File > Quit")
In Firefox 4 you can use one of these to start in <u>[[Safe mode]]</u>:
    * Help > Restart with Add-ons Disabled
    * Hold down the Shift key while double clicking the Firefox desktop shortcut (Windows)

  • Slow DL/UL Speeds, Pages not loading, and inability to play games online

I noticed bad connection speeds on Wednesday and called tech support. They sent a technician out who replaced the modem and did some work on the lines. Long story short, my speeds are still poor, pages are not loading, and I am unable to play computer games without lag so significiant that playing becomes frustrating. This has been 5 days of awful connection (Thursday through Sunday I was without wireless because the tech support agents were not helpful).
I am really fed up with the way that Verizon has handled this issue. They have been very good in the past, but this situation has left me in a situation where I might have to cancel service since what is being provided is insufficient. Any help with this would be great, since I would like to give Verizon one last chance before I go look for a new provider (I have called tech support 5-6 times, tried their chat service, and also sent an email to customer service)

2)No idea how to provide Transciever Statistics
    3) The Modem is a Westell 6100G
    -) The Router is a Linksys WRT54G
    Ok.
If the following things are true:
#1 You did not follow the advice in http://www.dslreports.com/faq/13600
#2 You did not change the LAN IP of the Westell (still at 192.168.1.1)
#3 You changed the LAN IP of the Linksys so it's LAN IP does not start with 192.168.1 (for example 192.168.2.1)
#4 The WAN port of the RJ-45 WAN port router is connected to the modem.
    ...Then
#1 Visit http://192.168.1.1/ for me and do the following:
    a) If you see a Blue and White Westell page, mouse over Troubleshooting, go to DSL, and choose Transceiver Statistics. Copy and Paste the information on that page.
    b) If using the Red and Black Firmware: Go to System Monitoring > Advanced Monitors > Transceiver Statistics. Copy and Paste the information on that page.
    c) Try visiting http://192.168.1.1/transtat.htm which is a direct link to the Stats on older modems.
    d) If you need a Username and Password, try the following:
    admin/password
    admin/password1
    admin/admin
    admin/admin1
    admin/Serial Number
By Serial Number, I don't mean type in the words Serial Number. I mean find and type in the serial number found on the bottom of this router.
If you followed the advice in that FAQ, then I need more info from you:
#1 Does your Linksys have offical Linksys firmware or third party firmware?
#2 If the Linksys has third party firmware, which one?
    For example DD-WRT.
#3 While I know your Linksys has a built in switch, do you have a switch that is not part of a router?
#4 Do any of your computers have at least two NICs and one of the NICs is wired?
#5 Do you know how to manually setup a Static IP on your computer?
#6 What kind of connection does your Linksys handle?
For a Verzion DSL connection, as far as I know - they only offer:
    a) PPPoE
    OR
    b) DHCP (before setting the modem combo not to handle the public IP by folllowing that FAQ, the modem combo was set to Bridge-Routed Bridge-DHCP Client Enabled)
    OR
    c) Static IP.
#7 Does your Linksys have at least two RJ-45 LAN ports not occupied / not in use / nothing connected ?

  • WRT54G ver.6 Admin page not available

Hi, Two days ago I saw on linksys website new firmware and decided to upgrade.I guess the installation went wrong, and my router WRT54G ver.6 ended up faulty. The problem is that I cannot access the router's Admin page (http://192.168.1.1), the browser gives me message "connection interrupted - The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading." The power light on the router when it starts is steady, no blinking. I can ping the router and as far as I can see it's fully functional in its default mode. I can access internet via cable and wifi. The ssid is Linksys.
I tried all kinds of hard reset, I guess evertything I could find on your forum.
Is there hope for my router or is it "Bricked"?
    Thanks for your Help
    S...

    Hard reset your router -
Press and hold the reset button for 30 seconds...Release the reset button...Unplug the power cable from your router, wait for 30 seconds and re-connect the power cable...Now re-configure your router...
Also make sure that your computer is set to 'Obtain IP Address Automatically' , disable any firewalls, security softwares on the computer before trying to access the setup page...
If it does not work try connecting a different computer/laptop to the router's ethernet port and see if you can open the setup page...

  • Pages not loading correctly anymore

Running firefox 7.01 on win7 64 bit. I just recently got a popup asking me whether I would like to see additional information from when I click on a link (on my nas) or not. I selected no. However, now I do not get any confirmation dialogs anymore and some websites (which use java) seem to have stopped working. I went into settings but could find nothing that would block these particular sites are particular java options.
How can I get this back to where it was before because now I am unable to access some sites that do not load with this setting in place anymore

Adding Open DNS codes to your Network Preferences, should give good results in terms of speed-up as well as added security:
If you are using a single computer: Open System Preferences/Network. Double click on your connection type, or select it in the drop-down menu, and in the box marked 'DNS Servers' add the following two numbers:
    208.67.222.222
    208.67.220.220
(You can also enter them if you click on Advanced and then DNS)
Sometimes reversing the order of the DNS numbers can be beneficial in cases where there is a long delay before web pages start to load, and then suddenly load at normal speed:
    http://support.apple.com/kb/TS2296
If your computer is part of a network: please refer to this page: http://www.opendns.com/start/bestpractices/#yournetwork and follow the advice given.
You could also try these codes as well: 4.2.2.1 & 4.2.2.2
If you use a Router, make sure it has the latest firmware installed.
One reason for a slowness in page loading may be the 'DNS Pre-fetching' feature of Safari 5.x

  • Pages not loading correctly

I am having trouble with certain webpages not loading correctly - even on this site. It appears incomplete. The problem is especially prevalent on Amazon. The page simply won't download fully- all the formatting if off to one side and the site is unresponsive. It is the same whether I use Safari, Firefox or Chrome. I have emptied my cache, reset cookies, but still the same. Any suggestions? I can't live without Amazon!

  • BT Infinity and Pages Not Loading

Have been using BT Infinity successfully for two months, but two weeks ago suddenly started to experience my browser stalling, websites not loading at all (eg www.latimes.com - simply will not load any of the home page), some sites loading but repeatedly not completing the download of all items (per message in browser footer).
I'm using iMac connected via ethernet to BT HH3 and BT Infinity. Problems occur regardless of whether I'm using Safari, Firefox or Google Chrome. Have tried restarting my router but problem persists.
Have scouted around various forums with a common suggestion being to change DNS server addresses etc, but not comfortable doing this unless generally accepted to be a robust remedy.
Any suggestions / advice gratefully received.

Just before Christmas there was a similar thread about not getting a website to load.
Some people could load it others not.... then there were a few more websites (SSL) if I remember correctly.
Some had success by turning the HH3 off and on again.
    This is the thread http://community.bt.com/t5/BT-Infinity/Cannot-get-Thomas-Cook-Website-to-work-NOT-SOLVED/m-p/330419#...
I think the problem was looked into by the forum Mods and resolved eventually.
Btw I have no problem with the LA times link.
