(Cisco Unity Connection version: 7.1.3ES26.32900-26 )
user are unable to complete the self enrollment.
after being prompted to leave a personal greeting they get
a " this system is temporaly unable to complete your call...
call again later."
our user greeting length is setted to 90.
can you help me on this ?
Thanks
I deleted my first response. Major apologies for rushing through and not seeing the obvious versions and Unity Connection clearly written. Have you tried deleting and recreating the user and trying enrollment again? Let us know please.
Thanks!

Folks,
I'm suddenly fielding complaints that when new users self enroll for voice mail, everything works fine... until the next time they log in to VM and then gets asked to enroll again. I can manually uncheck the Self Enrollment box and that works fine, but I'm at a loss to explain the reason for this. This is a cluster set of Unity Connection servers.
Any ideas of where to start looking?Hi Gareth,
Do you think you might be seeing this behavior??
Require Users to
Record Names at
Enrollment
By default, Cisco Unity Connection prompts users to record a name during first-time enrollment, but
it does not prevent them from completing the enrollment process if they do not. When listing a user in the corporate directory, Connection will play the display name of the user by using Text to Speech when the user does not have a recorded name. If you prefer to have all names played in the user voices, you may want to change how Connection handles first-time enrollment.
Check this check box if you want to force users to record a name. When this check box is checked, users who do not record a name during first-time enrollment are not enrolled as Connection users and cannot access their messages. They hear the first-time enrollment conversation each time that they sign in to Connection until they successfully enroll.
Note This setting affects all users who are associated with the Connection server, regardless of their conversation style.

Edited by: 599647 on Mar 13, 2012 6:10 PMHow are you doing self registration? It seems that you are trying to do self registration via some code and you are authenticated when you are trying to. Self registration is for anonymous registration and not authenticated users. Authenticate users are already registered and there is no point in they doing a self registration for themselves.

Self registration error in OIM-OID-OAM 11g
Hi,
We are using OIM,OID,OAM 11G,in clustering mode.We are facing a problem on self registration process.
For every alternate self registration request, system is throwing an error. After the self register user request has got approveod,I have checked the request status in 'advanced' panel its saying ; " IAM-3051103:The create operation on user entity failed in action stage.:"
This is really a big mysterious thing to me,1st self registration was successful,2nd was throwing an error , again 3rd was success ,4th was failure , 5th was success and 6th was failure.
Below is the corresponding error message in log file for the failed request.

Thanks.Hi,
I am assuming in clustered environment you are having two instances running.
It must be an issue with a single server,,because the problem is intermittent.
To see which server is causing problem....just perform the following steps:
1) Stop server1 and keep running server2..and fire new registration request...
2) stop server 2..and keep running server1.....and fire new registration request.
Using above, atleast you can see which server is causing the problem...

Supplier Self registration error in SUS Portal
Dear Experts,
Environment SRM 7.0 PPS 3.0 and ECC 6.0 ep4.
We are getting an abort error when completing and submitting the supplier self registration form in the SUS Portal.
During debug we found that the abort is happening in the class CL_UWS_FORM_RUNTIME and method SETGENXSLTPROG.
The problem is it is not able to find the XSLT program and the line of the abort has the following
message: x006(uws_forms).
Please let me know if anyone has faced a similiar situation and its resolution.
Thanks in advance,
RKHI
it is a standard error. Without particular OSS notes.
Try to manage your XLST transformation with program XSLT_TOOL, inside you will find some errors into construction of the page html (i think a very large string or an ">" of more....)
Check anyway note 1053680

OTL Self Service Error Message
We use OTL Timekeeper functionality for entering time, but want to switch to some Self Serve OTL time entry also. The error messages we are currently using work fine in OTL. The overtime rule goes out, validates the time entered, and returns an error apparopriately. When I try this in Self Service, I get the following errors:
The Oracle error is: ORA-20000: ORA-20001:ORA-20001: Formula KCI_JEAN_TEST_TOKEN: ORA-01403: no data found ORA-01403: no data found Cause: During the PL/SQL execution part, an Oracle error was detected. Action: Please refer to your system administrator..
I am unsure why. If I enter time in Timekeeper, it tells me I don't have enough regular time to charge overtime. However in self serve, I just get this weird message.
Ideas? I can post my entire fast formula (it calls a pl/sql function to do the actual verification that return any errors found to the fast formula) if you are interested.

This one keeps returning the no data found error I listed up top whenever it runs. I'm not really understanding what the issue is though... obviously something with the KCI_OVERTIME_VALIDATION. However the KCI_OVERTIME_VALIDATION runs currently in the current fastformula and it works great without tokens. It returns message1..5 without an error and reads correctly. However as soon as I try and put it in here with tokens, it starts giving me the no data found errors.
Please note - this works great with Timekeeper, but in Self Service OTL it returns the error.

Employee Self Enrollment into Benefits via Self Service
Hi, Please help me with this. When an employee enrolls into benefits through Self Service during the open enrollment period, will the Enrollment Method Always be recorded as 'E' for explicit as opposed to 'D' for Default in the BEN_PRTT_ENRT_RSLT_F table under column ENRT_MTHD_CD? Any help is highly appreciated.
Thanks, Naveen Gagadam.Hi Naveen,
Yes, the enrollment method is described as 'E' every single time unless the enrollment was automatic for which it will be 'A' or defaulted for which it will be 'D'.
Note that D does not mean that the choice was a default choice (it means that also) but that the enrollment was created by the default enrollment process.
Ex : Medical - Employee Only is a default choice for all employees.
Employee A goes into self-service and enrolls in all plans of his choice but chooses to keep Medical - Employee Only. The enrollment method is marked as 'E'E
Employee B never goes to selfservice. The Default enrollment process assigns the default choice Medical - Employee Only to employee. The enrollment method is marked 'D'
hope that helps.

So I'm trying MS Intune in a test environment and I can't figure out how to do Windows computer enrollment. I added users in the management portal, then I go to a user's computer, log in to the portal as a user, click the + Enroll Device, download the
software, and when it tries to install it says:
Not quite sure what I'm missing to be able to enroll systems. I tried to follow the instructions on the Intune portal and create a 'device enrollment profile' although for some reason it only seems to apply to iOS (?)Are you trying to manage a Windows 8.1 system as a mobile device or as PC? Any version of Windows prior to Windows 8.1 cannot be managed as a mobile device. Installing the client software manages the device as a PC.
If you're trying to manage it as a PC try downloading the software from manage.microsoft.com and ensure the zip file contains the certificate file as it seems that's what the installer in your error message is looking for when it fails. The certificate
file is what tells the installer how to communicate with your Intune tenant.
Device Enrollment Profiles are only for use with iOS.
Can you please describe what you're trying to accomplish and perhaps I could be of further assistance.
Thanks!
