Universal Power Adapter for Europe for my Zen Vision

I'm going to Spain in 2 weeks and i'm wondering if the Uni'versal Power Adapter will work with my Zen Vision: M. In the compatability section, it names several models, but I don't see the Vision: M. Does that mean I won't be able to bring my Zen with me? Or am I just not looking hard enough and I can actually buy the Uni'versal Adapter?

Hi,
The Uni'versal Power Adapter is compatible with your Vision: M, see the specs.
Bring along with you the Sync Adapter, just in case.

Hello, I am having problems with my power connector not staying in it's socket allready!!The laptop is on a small table and the laptop is only used a few times a week!Is there a Right Angle 90-degree Power Adapter Connector Converter for TOSHIBA Qosmio X875-Q7290?I think this would help solve the problem. Thank You

Get an aftermarket universal charger, perhaps?    Their connectors are mostly  right-angle.    I have some iGo Green model that looks like this but is an older model.    http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16834993922

I need help identifying which Magsafe Power Adapter I need for my Macbook Pro Model A1398, EMC 2673?

Provided the computer-end fits, you are free to use one with a HIGHER Wattage rating. No damage whatsoever will be done to any component, but it will likely run cooler (but may be slightly heavier).
If you use one with too LOW a Wattage rating, you will not be able to charge and run at the same time, and your computer's top speed (for its most intensive computations) will be limited.

  • Qosmio X500: power adapter stopped working for no reason

    Hi,
Now i have my Qosmio X500 for a year and i like it, however i have small problems with it, and i would like to know if it can be problematic.
The first thing is that my power adapter stopped working for no reason,
So i bought a new one, but it always made some noise when the laptop was fully charged.
I know people with the same laptop and their adapter didn't make that sizzling noise, it looks like it was already defect from the begin.
Then i have one dead pixel in the middle of my screen, no problem for me.
Finally my screen is a bit loose from the laptop, when i close it, i can move it, it always seems like it's not on it's correct place, because when i close it normally it's not 100% horizontal...
Also when i replace my screen, my speakers make crackling noises and my webcam stops working.
So all those problems i have annoy me, especially the last one (webcam and speakers problem), can this fit in the warranty of the laptop? I did extend the warranty for one year...
    Thanks in advance.

    > The first thing is that my power adapter stopped working for no reason,

I think this is AC adaptor fault maybe a broken cable or something like that I would recommend you to replace this get in contact with the dealer and ask for the new one.
    > Then i have one dead pixel in the middle of my screen, no problem for me.
I found a info about such issues:
+Information on screen technology and pixel failure tolerance for LCD displays

Maybe you should ask Toshiba notebook technicians for a check maybe some screws or the hinges are loose.
The speakers should be checked with connected headphones. If you will not notice the same crackling sound using headphones, then the issue might be related to speakers

Anybody know what power adapter I need for a trip to Vietnam?  iPhone/iPad.

The Apple power supplies work at from115 to 240 volts. The only adpator you need is the little plug that converts our flat pins to the ones use in Vietnam. The last time I needs one for my trip to Israel I went to Ace Hardware and they help me find exactly what I needed.

  • T60 - Lenovo 2623 laptop and Aluatek STD-19034 Universal Power Adapter

I have a T60 - Lenovo 2623 laptop with a standard power adapter that I got in an office lottery.  It is a great system. I wanted to get a second power adapter to have in my day bag for the just-in-case situations and found an Aluatek STD-19034 Universal Power Adapter at Fry's Electronics.  The device and their website state that they are compatable with the Lenovo laptops.
    Part Model: STD-19034
Brand: AC Adapter - Original Aluratek Part.
    Description: Aluratek STD-19034 AC Adapter open end :: Input: 100-250V 47-63Hz 1.4A
    Output:19V 3.4A
    http://www.adaptertech.com.tw/JP/16_ac_dc_switching_adapter.html?CID=2
Since this is a 65w adapter, my question is will the device really be compatible with my laptop.  The standard Lenovo adapters for this laptop are either 60w or 90w.  The Amp output on the Aluatek is between the two standards, but the Voltage output is 19 versus the standard 20.  I don't want to damage my laptop.
What do you think ?  safe to use ?

Lenovo uses 20 V adapters, so from that perspective this is already looking bad. Also, there is different plug sizes and polarity, so you have to make sure this matches that with your normal adapters.
I would suggest you stick with the OEM laptop adapters.

  • Universal power adapter for zen v p

I'm currently living in Australia and i'm going to asia for a holiday during Christmas. I have just bought a zen v plus 4 gb, but found out that there is no power adapter bundled. So i've decided to buy a uni'versal power adapter to recharge my zen without using my computer. However, in feature page for the uni'versal power adapter, the zen v plus is not listed as a supported player. So i'm wondering if the uni'versal power adapter can support a zen v plus.
    Thanks in advance.

  • New Airport Extreme 802.11n Universal Power Adapter?

I travel a lot and need to use the AirPort Extreme both in the US and Europe. Can anyone who has it already tell me if it says on the bottom of the power adapter 100-240V, 50-60Hz before I buy one? It is not specified anywhere else on-line.

This is what's on the power supply.
    AC 100-240V 56-60 Hz 0.5A OUTPUT 12V --- 1.8A
But don't you think the Airport Express would make a better travel router? After all that's what it's designed for.

  • Creative Universal Power Adapter: doesn't ship to Canada

Creative doesn't ship the uni'versal power adapter to Canada (fulfillment by Amazon.com)
Anyone in Canada know how to get this (apart from asking someone in USA to buy it and ship it for them?)

Have you attempted a restore again? Sometimes a correct second try could work.
If the icon doesn't go away (after the restore) for over a minute of being connected to the charger, try the resetting your iPod again.
Also, before trying a restore again, fully re-charge your iPod (3 hours should do it), then connect it to your computer to restore.
If you are getting any error messages, or the restore process seems to have had some kind of failure, please list them and when it occurs.

  • Universal Power Adapter

I am traveling to India with stopover in Hong Kong and Thailand , do I need to buy any extra power adapter for my iphone , all i have is the flat pin to round pin converter ( for India ) and i saw the range on the charger says 110 to 240 and 50 to 60 hz so i guess this should work , any do's and dont's ?

Well... the shuffle's "high-power" USB port requirement translates to 5v (standard USB voltage) and 500mA.
    USB standard:
The USB specification provides a 5 V (volts) supply on a single wire from which connected USB devices may draw power. The specification provides for no more than 5.25 V and no less than 4.35 V between the +ve and -ve bus power lines.
Draw your own conclusion about the 4.5v or 6v ooutput...

  • Question for an owner of Zen Vision

I'm considering buying one and I like most of the things I've read. It's now between the iPod Video and Vision M. But I have an iRi'ver and there's a major problem with the random function. It will only play from about 200 songs, all with titles at the beginning of the alphabet, because I have a lot of music. I need a player that will select randomly from ALL of my songs. Can the Vision M do this? I'm pretty sure the iPod can.

everything they said is right, the player is awesome.............
    BUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUT
the vision m has been having some serious (and i do mean serious) reliability issues...tons and tons of failing units (known as the black screen of death somewhere around here) problem that neither CL nor the users have been able to solve. One day you are a happy camper with it and the next day BAM! the player is completely dead and the only solution there exists is to change it for a new one (RMA'ing it). To prove it you can just search within this forums or search in google for: zen vision m freezes or zen vision m freees booting and you will find some links directing here with topics of people who have had the same problem as me...a DEAD zen vision m...
hope i didnt spoiled the idea of getting one

  • What is included in the "iPod Universal Dock Adapter 3-Pack for iPod touch (4th generation)"?

What's in the box? Is it a small dock you can rest and charge your iPod on, or is it simply an adapter for the £50 Apple Universal Dock?
    Please reply I'm really confused!

It's only a few adapaters so your iPod can sit and rest properly on Apple's Universal dock.

  • The USB Power Adapter NOT working for 3rd Gen iPod touch!?

    Hi Apple dudes
    Well.. Look here:
    http://store.apple.com/dk/product/MB051ZM/A?fnode=MTY1NDA4NA&mco=MTEyNjA0NTg
As you can see, the iPod Touch 3rd Gen (I got 32 GB, 3rd Gen) isn't listed as a compitable device.. So now I don't know whether to believe the text or the compitable list.. I really don't wanna wasted an already outrageous price on a simple thing like a adapter - And really, what's up with you NOT being able to charge your iPod from a regular USB power adaptar - NOOOOO, it HAS to be the APPLE-MADE one, cause it's soooo white.. Yes, I'm frustrated, 'cause my first time with an Apple product hasn't just been as your slogan says: "It just works!".. Nop.. Problems, confusing software, and you wouldn't even let me now that my username was already taken when I creted this account. Come on... Took me several "Create now" and Browser-switching to figure it out..
Sorry for this aggresive ending, I hope you can help me with my problem after all
    Regards

    Alex:
    Welcome to the  forums!
I can't help you with things like user names. Apple handles that; I'm an Mac/iPod user, not an Apple employee.
Tech specs for the unit you have can be found here: http://www.apple.com/ipodtouch/specs.html. And, based on the back view (4th image) on the page you listed, I'd say you could use it for your iPod, because you should have the USB charge-cable that came with the iPod. (The one that plugs into the computer, and hence, into the back of the charger.)
However, I'm not an expert in European iPods, being American.
As for software...Apple software, if you're used to using Windows, takes time to get used to. I'm still finding things out, and I switched a year ago. It takes a little time.
    Best of luck--
