Unknown Adobe Business Catalyst error has occurred. Status: 503,0. when Clicking Publish or Manage
I get this error when I attempt to click on the Publis or Manage tabs in Muse. HELP.
It happens on all my customers sites.

Unknown Adobe Business Catalyst error has occurred. Status: 503, 105002
This error appears when publishing from within Muze to BC. This error started after updating Adobe Air and happens on all sites I attempted to publish.
Any one know how to resolve this error?

The error 503 appears when the site is currently unable to handle the HTTP request due to maintainance of the server.
Right now there is maintainance going on.

Keep a check on above link and ones it says "Maintainance over" try to publish the site.

I checked the status and there doesn't seem to be any maintenance going on today, what's giving the error? Or better yet, is there a time when I will be able to publish again without issue?

There was some issue with publishing site to EU data center. It was resolved though and the status page was updated. Please refer to the following link http://status.businesscatalyst.com/

i just accepted the new adobe policy and now i cant publish anymore. When i click on publish this error pops up: unknown business catalyst error has occured: status 403, 107003

That cleared it up, thanks for the quick response. You might consider sending an email that lets users know of this issue. I would never have figured it out. I don't often log on to the main Adobe site.

I have an error on Adobe Muse when trying to publish my site that reads: "Adobe Business Catalyst error has occurred. Status: 0, 0. How can I fix this error and let Muse publish my site on Business Catalyst?
Some background info: I previously published a "preview" of my site a few days ago, there was no errors at that point, and the preview link still worked, but in my attempt to update the preview (i.e. changing the temporary URL) the same error would come up. For the time being, I was only able to put the site "live" by logging into adobe business catalyst on my web browser.
From my existing research, I've followed the instructions from these previous questions, and still have not been able to fix this error.
- trying to delete opm.db file http://forums.adobe.com/thread/987242

I cleared my computer but I managed to get After Effects CS6 back by looking in Windows old on my hard drive, every time I try and open AAE I get this error message "After Effects warning: An unknown Adobe Player Engine error has occurred. Scripting will be disabled."
What should I do?

Sync Error "An error has occurred please try again" with Contacts using Desktop Manager

I've been trying to fix my Boss's sync issue for sometime. I hope some one can help.
He has a BB Curve
He uses Microsoft Entourage 2008 sync'd with Mac's Address Book
His desktop manager is up to date
When syncing contacts he gets "An error has occurred please try again"
I went under advanced settings and click replace everything on blackberry device. That worked and his phone is now up to date with his address book however if you don't click "Replace.." the error still occurs.
He fusterated because he wants to be able to sync back and forth not just from his computer to his phone. I hope this all makes sense and someone can help.

I've tried restarting the computer, resetting my Internet Explorer since I own a PC (Windows 8.1), and when I created a new login user, I was told "There was no response from the server. Check your network connection, and try again. If the problem persists, try again later." I really need to publish my work. Can someone please help me?

ShermanI believe you have already tried signing out of Muse and CC and then signing back to CC and open Muse , if not then please try this on first place.
In case you are selecting any data center while publishing , please try to change the data center and then check.
Does the same happens with any site and all sites ? Try to create a single page new site and publish to BC as a new site , also try to select any listed site under options menu and then proceed to publish , check both conditions if that works.
Still problem , then Go to Edit Preferences > Publish account and check the Adobe ID used for publishing your site to BC , validate if not correct.
If you are using multiple Adobe ID , then try with any other Adobe ID in preferences publish account and then check.

I've started incorporating video tutorials by our Subject Matter Experts into my Online Help, produced in RoboHelp HTML.
The first day I tried it, of course it worked, no problem.
The second day I tried it, it started doing this:
Pressing either Yes or No on the dialog must be done several times before the dialog goes away, and returns one to the home page in my HTML help. This page is within our website and works fine in any other browser under conventional circumstances. Any ideas?

One thought here. What if you inserted an inline frame? Are you using RoboHelp 9? If so, click Insert > HTML > IFrame. Configure the Inline Frame with the URL of the topic.
If you don't have RoboHelp 9, type XXX where you want the frame to be. Then select the XXX and flip over to HTML view. Change the <p> and </P> so they instead read <iframe> and </iframe>. Then return to WYSIWYG view. From there, size the frame as desired and you may then double-click it to see a dialog to change other attributes.
Might be worth trying if you really want the thing to appear as a topic in the Topic pane.
