Unknown charge from my account

I just found my visa war charged for 8,45 today for iTunes store. But I did not buy anything recently, What happened to my account?

Most of the people on these forums, including myself, are fellow users - you're not talking to iTunes Support here, we won't know what it's for.
You've checked the purchase history on your account via the Store > View Account menu option on your computer's iTunes, and have you got any auto-renewing subscriptions ? If you can't find what it's for, or you didn't make the purchase (and nobody else has access to your account and/or devices), then you can contact iTunes Support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption

    Contact iTunes Support - nobody here has access to your account to find out what they are.
    Check the email address iTunes Receipts are sent to though. Maybe there's an in-app purchase you (or someone with access to your password) made.

    I would like to know how to tell what I am being charged for. I have two .99 charges on my bank account and I am unsure as to what they are for. One in particular is from today and I have not purchased anything. I did do some app updates. Am I being charged for updating a purchased app?
    I would like to know how to get the specific information of purchases that are appearing on my bank statement. I have tried searching for the reference number from my statement but did not find anything.

    Check your account history for the relevant order numbers/purchase date, cost etc. of the disputed items
    Go to the Apple Express Lane Support for iTunes

    Choose iTunes Store
    Then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
    Click Continue
    Choose the devices and versions of iTunes that you normally connect to the iTunes store from and click continue
    you will be taken to a page where you can e-mail Apple who will aim to respond within 24 hours

    I got my iPhone on Aug 21, and on my account page, I have usage from Internet/MEdia net. Included: 0, Used: 1.29mb, Remaining: 0.
    What is this? I checked out my data page, and it says it's from "wap.cingular" but it's only been used a couple times, when in reality, I use my phone for data constantly throughout the day. I don't have any apps for it or anything, the only thing I do is go to Safari.
    But, when I look at the data usage page, the earlier entry is from 8/27, which is only yesterday.
    Basically, I don't really care what shows up, I just want to make sure that I'm not being charged for something ridiculous. Especially since I have the $30/month unlimited data plan.

    It will be corrected before you are billed. I had "overages" like that for voice and data at first (looking at the account online), but they disappeared before the end of the statement period. In my case, it was for calls made before the number had fully ported over, etc.
    You only need to be concerned if there are charges associated with data usage when you get your statement.

    You should look into the game, the three extra charges are most likely in-game purchases.

  • Why when I redeemed a gift card on my ipad and rented a film was I charged from my account and not the card?

    I was given a gift card and on the back it said I should go to music on my device and to the bottom of the page and click redeem.  I did and entered the number on the card.  I then went to films to rent a film and have received a receipt for a payment taken from my card.  What did I do wrong?  Is it indeed worth having these gift cards if I don't want to download music?

    I have the same problem as I first redeemed my gift card on my ipad and I can see the credit through itunes, but when I tried to purchase an app for my mac it appeared that my gift card has already been redeemed.  The App Store gift card said it can be used on downloading any apps to iPad, iPhone, Mac.

    The first line of prevention is you.  How were these "unauthorized" charges even made in the first place?  Was it a child under your control?  Did you leave your device around unattended?  Did you lose the device and not take steps to cancel features activated on the device?  Did you not read the fine print and note that some applications have secondary charges or subscription services?

The application cost is 55 Indian Rupees on iTunes store and when I provided my payment details rupees 60 has been charged from my account and I received the SMS confirmation. After two days on 25th Jan 2013 I received another SMS alert that Rupees 55 has been charged for purchase made on iTunes however I didnt purchase any other item except Whatapp on 23rd.     If you google "zynga mobile fraud" then you will get a lot of information on "zynga mobile".
    You need to stop all payments to Zynga they are causing the apps store to cheat your customers.
    I have CC this email to Bill Husted (Technobuddy), who is a syndicated newspaper writer that I read in "the Atlanta Journal-Constitution".

    i found numerous charges from I tunes that I didnt autorized. I know that my 8 years old daugher wanted to dowload a game and it was free game. Then I saw several charges on my account from Tiny zoo and Tap zoo. What a SCAMM!!!

    May 31 st-  $40.89,
    May 23rd- $ 8.97.
    If you were offering a child game why would the game become a total FRAUD and SCAMM?
    I am please requesting to revome fraudgelent charges from my account ASAP.

    those charges could come from so-called "in-app" purchases. you can put a restriction on those via settings > general > restrictions.
    in any event, this is a user-to-user forum so Apple does not hear you here. you can contact iTunes customer support using this form.
