Unknown error (4000)

Question

Hi - I can't burn purchased songs from iTunes to a CD on my Dell Windows XP Pro machine. iTunes gets hung up while initializing the disk, then cancels the burn and gives me an "unknown error (4000)" message. I was able to burn one disk successfully before this happened. Thanks. Any help greatly appreciated.

Yes. I downloaded a patch for the Samsung from the Dell site this morning, but it didn't help.
