my iphone can not live, I plug into itunes, itunes can not squeeze my mendeteksinya.kemudian sleep + home button for 12 seconds and then I remove the sleep button and keep holding the home button. iphone finally detected. itunes iphone then showed the recovery mode. itunes was ordered to restore and update the iphone. after a successful download, itunes restore iphone too. but when the restore process, a message appears unknown error occurred (2002). I tried many times, but still just like that. if there was anything like my experience? Please help.
Are you using a valid Apple charger that came with the iPad?
Attempting to use a computer USB port, an incompatible charger, or attempting to charge via a wall socket that only receives power from a wall switch — can all lead to a low, or depleted battery condition. Has this iPad been wet, or dropped?
Verify all of the above, and correct. If the iPad still cannot hold a charge, consider taking to an Apple Store, or authorized service provider to evaluate it.

I have been given an Apple 3G which is in jailbreak. After restoring and updating my phone to get rid of jailbreak the iphone will not accept any updates or restoration. Unknown error 1015. Please help! I am new to all this and want to start using the phone legitimately.
I believe from the situation you describe your iPhone 3g has the iPAD baseband 6.15.00 which is interfering with iTunes. Remember Apple does not allow downgrade of software typically. The current 3g firmware 4.2.1 has a baseband 5.15.04 which is lower than, what I believe your baseband is of 6.15.00. So to install the current 3g firmware 4.2.1 would actually be a baseband downgrade, which iTunes will not allow. So to fix your iPhone you will have to search the Web like diesel vdub said. There are no parts to buy and your iPhone will work again I promise.

Unknown error in itunes - please help!
I am experiencing problems synicing my ipod touch with itunes.
When I plug in my ipod and click sync it loads for a while and then comes up with a message saying "An unkown error has occurred (-69)"
Can anyone please tell me what this means and how to fix it, because everytime I have tried to click on diagnostics itunes has frozen?

Whenever I press "save" on the save for web GUI this comes up. http://prntscr.com/4gpseu I really don't know what to do. I need to save a small animation (3 frames) as a gif. I'm on Windows 7 32 bit with Photoshop CC 2014.
You can use either AVI or MOV but MOV will give you a bit of lossless compression (small file size reduction over uncompressed AVI).
What I mean by lossless is try exporting to MOV, in the video settings set the codec to "Animation", keep the colors at RGB (Millions) or if you need alpha then RGB+Alpha (Millions+). Keep the quality set all the way to the highest. Then go in audio settings and choose anything you like. Export the movie.
Now take the very large MOV file it made into Adobe Media Encoder. Once it's imported, choose a preset (H.264, etc) and choose your desired compression settings. You will see there are a lot more compression settings. Also set your audio options. Then when you're done customizing your preset just click the green start icon and let AME compress your high quality source to a much smaller file size.
Just clarifying, after you import your video in AME and you choose your preset you have to click the presets orangeish hypertext to customize the presets settings. It will not overwrite that preset so don't worry about what you change. Pay special attention to the bottom of the custom settings panel because it lets you see the output file size. Adjust your quality controls until you hit the file size you want (both video and audio). You also have a preview panel so you can see the output at any part of the timeline using those settings. -

My ipod was acting up, it wouldnt sync any new songs purchased after i updated my itunes. So i thought okay i will restore it, and sync everything back, so i restored it and now it tries until a message saying 'The ipod 'IPOD' could not be restored. An unknown error occurred. (14)'
