Unknown error when renting a movie

I've never had an issue with renting from iTunes before, but I'm getting the following message tonight: "An unknown error occurred (- 50)." What is this? How do I fix it? I'm not seeing any support links or "report problems" from within iTunes.
(I know I'm connected because I just updated a ton of apps.)

Yes, I have an idea: do not use a string for $parameters; use a double-quoted here-string:
$parameters=@"
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>
etc...
( and don't forget to delete the grave accents - back ticks )

Download error when renting a movie off the iTunes store app

Hi, I tried to rent a movie off the iTunes store app today(I have rented before with no problems), but when it was in the processing stage it started saying Download error. Tap to retry. Now its taken up 1.3 gigs of space but it never finish processing so its not there. Very frustrating and i cant fix it.

Apple Tech support doesn't respond here. This is a user-to-user forum.
You can always restore your Touch to get the memory back. And as, of course, you have everything properly backed up (you do, right?), you can just reload when you're done. I don't know as there is a faster solution.

"Unknown Error" when attempting to move/drag a folder in the Folders Panel in Library Module. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Thank you.

Last night, I attempted to drag one sub-folder into a different Parent folder but then I received the "unable to move & unknown error" notification. After a few more attempts I received the same notification. My solution was moving the folder into the different Parent folder outside of Lightroom. I moved the folder in my PCs Operating System.
Has anyone else encountered this issues? Any solutions?

Your method of using the OS is considered best. If you copy (drag) a folder to a new place you simply right-click on the folder name in the LR Library and choose update folder location. Then navigate to the new location.
LR automatically updates the catalog database. You can then delete the original folder.

Error when renting a movie: Item not available

I'm having trouble renting a movie from the iTunes store. It keeps giving te message: Item not available - make sure your computer's date is set correctly and that it allows cookies from the iTunes Store. Both are fine - date and time are right and cookies are not blocked...
What's causing this and how can I fix it?

Are you trying to move the folder to the root level of the target external drive. If so try first making a folder in external drive and then retry moving to that new folder. A similar problem was reported in this thread http://forums.adobe.com/message/2950191#2950191 on windows where you could not export to the root level of a disk. I recall having a similar problem on my Mac and I believe that it was the same.

Error: NFS3ERR_NOENT -   This is by design of OneFS, we coalesce files and then flush them out to disk which is why the commit time is accurate but the file is not immediately available. however when an async option is used within the mount options this should be avoided if writing asynchronously to the cluster. That error can happen for many reasons...one of the reasons that I occassionaly get it is because I try exporting a movie to an external drive that has been formated in the old FAT32 instead of the NTSF standard. FAT32 only allows for file sizes up to 2 gigs. And as soon as it reaches that...I would get that error. I don't know if that is why you are getting that error...but it would be easy to check. 1) are you generating a file that is over 2 gigs? 2) is your drive that you are exporting to FAT 32 (just right click the drive in My Computer and select "properties" then just look for what it says next to "file system".

Unknown error when exporting 32-bit 5.1 wav audio

I get the ever useful "Unknown error" when exporting the audio from Premiere Pro CS6 to a 32-bit, 5.1 channel uncompressed WAV file most of the time. I was able to get it to work just fine by pasting the audio to a new project, but that isn't working anymore. I get the same error when I change it to 24-bit audio. However, when I change to 16-bit sound it works fine.
First, is there a real audible difference between 16- and 32-bit when it's all going through a WAV to AC3 converter? The AC3 files get dumped into Encore as the audio track so that I can get 5.1 sound on blu-rays instead of Encore re-encoding things.
Second, what would cause it suddenly not work, and how can I get it working again?

"Unknown Error" When Syncing Photos

Okay, so I have a 60 GB fifth generation iPod. I can get music, videos, everything but photos to sync just fine. Originally I tried to sync the photos from a 450 MHz. iMac G3 running 10.3.9 and iPhoto 4.0.2. I got a "-37" unknown error when trying to sync the photos (the music worked just fine, albeit slowly). Technically this setup is supported, although not recommended. So then I sent the photo library over to my October 2005 Powerbook G4, running 10.4.7 and iPhoto 5.0.4. The upgrading of the photo library went smoothly, but the iPod still would not sync the photos, this time giving a "-50" unknown error.
I have restarted the computers and iPod, used every possible USB port, etc. I restored the iPod on the iMac and that didn't work. I have not restored it from the Powerbook, as the music library on the iMac is large and it takes a long time to move it over USB 1.whatever it is. If anybody thinks this will solve it I will try though...
So, is the iPod the problem?

it could possibly be a photo that is causing it... corrupt or wrong format or something...
try only putting the photos on in several stages so that you can find out which one it is...

Unknown Error when I Logging and Transfer P2 Card files in FCP 6.0.6

I have been trying for the past two week to Log and Transfer P2 files to my external hardrive using FCP 6.0.6 unsuccessfully.
Originally I tried to Log and Transfer directly from the Panasonic HPX-170 in between my shooting. The first time it was a success but from then on I always get the same Unknown Error when attempting to transfer. When I encountered the Unknown Error during the second transfer I went on to create folders with the P2 contents on my external Hard Drive.
When I drag any of the P2 folder content on the Log and Transfer window I can see all the clips. I can successfully transfer small B-roll clips I have but any big size file (all my interviews) return an Unknown Error symbol at the end of the transfer. I believe this is probably why I didn't encounter any issues during my first time.
I tried deleting the preferences in FCP and then Logging and Transfer and it works if the systems settings are set for the Mac Pro but not for the external HD. The problem is I don't have enough space on my Mac. I have cleared 45GB of space but my P2 files total 54GB. I tried the same process with a Mac Power Book with FCP 5.1.4 and again in encounter the same problem.
The external HD is a 1TB Western Digital that I have used before with FCP for editing but never before with P2 files. Its in good working order and has 79GB free space remaining. Both the camera and the P2 cards (16GB and 4GB) are also performing as expected.
I would appreciate any suggestions.

Shane's Stock Answer #36 - "One or more clips failed to import..."
Very often in the field with this camera the camera operator will delete clips from the P2 card that they just don't like. That is the beauty of this camera. But, the still for that video file (located in the CLIP folder in the CONTENTS folder)...the still that you see when you are in the P2 Import window...is not deleted. So you will see the image, and the name, but the video file would have been deleted.
What you can do it compare the file names in the VIDEO folder and CLIP folder and see if anything is missing. If something is, then you know what the problem is. You can then just import the rest a few at time, skipping that one.
ALSO...in the P2 Import window...in the P2 Browser, there is a little sprocket drop down menu. Click on that and choose PREFERENCES. Uncheck REMOVE PULLDOWN and then try importing again.
ALSO...make sure your file names aren't too long. Try shortening them and see if that works.
ALSO make sure that the folders that contain the CONTENTS folder doesn't have any odd characters like /!@#$%^&*()?.

Hey Wincy , If you want to download Internal Table's data in to Excel just use the Method
cl_gui_frontend_services=>gui_download....
